It had INCREDIBLE views, very spacious rooms, a golf cart that could quickly access the beach and a fantastic beach restaurant. Kimberly was very helpful in the planning process and Ruben was helpful during the weekend getting us aligned with cab drivers when needed. Overall, we had the best trip!

The home has the perfect view of the Pacific Ocean and we saw whales breaching all day long! The home was absolutely beautiful and set up perfectly for guests. The management company was VERY responsive and friendly. There were plenty of dishes and pans for everything and the beds were VERY comfortable!! (sometimes hard to find in rentals) There is even a game room and spa room which we took advantage of. There is a pickleball court (paddles & balls provided) and a very short walk to the sand. This was our 3rd stay and we have already booked our next stay. This residence is by far the best place we have stayed worldwide.

The house is so gorgeous w/ large spacious gathering areas, a large kitchen, dining space for at 12 at one table and more tables for additional guests, The standout pieces to this palace are disappearing, grand glass doors that open to the outdoor verandas from bedrooms, family room, dining room for indoor outdoor living! The view of whales breaching and playing in January and February is remarkable to see. The spa room we used many times for couples massages, the collections of one of a kind traditional furniture, mixed with local artisan art and decor makes for a treat for the eye no matter where you nestle yourself. We found ourselves content to just stay and chat with friends in this luxurious place, not needing to go out for tons of entertainment. We hired a chef who functioned well in the five star kitchen. There are tons of local artisan shops, local restaurants, Edith’s is my favorite, The craftsmanship and quality of this home is unmatched!!

Alex K. was incredible helpful in making our decision about where to stay. Alex K. was patient and answered my MANY questions promptly and thoroughly. We were attending a wedding of my nephew in the Pedregal area and Alex K. answered all of my questions about transportation and location. Thank you Alex K. We had a great time.

!!! I was in Cabo for my bachelorette and can’t say enough good things about this property and the people who manage it. The house was beautiful, well equipped, and clean. It was truly perfect for my big group and we felt so safe, as it was in private and gated location. Outside of the house being perfect, the attention and accommodations they made were truly beyond any other rental I’ve had. From the moment we got there to our checkout the staff was pretty much on call for anything we needed. We had no problem getting to and from the property, thanks to their help. They also had someone available to clean for us and had so many many services available to us that I know we couldn’t get anywhere else. Definitely booking through Cabo Villas again!

The house is the perfect size for the number of people that we travel with. Our favorite part about this villa is the pool. From the scenery to the full sun and outdoor patio and sitting space, we spend all of our days soaking up the sun. We often order in the chef to prepare a lunch and have it served to us outside in the patio. We love to grill outside around the pool as well. I would highly recommend this villa!

Second time to Villa Carolina. It’s beautiful. Exactly what we wanted. Staff never disappoints. Pedro went above and beyond. Can’t say enough good things about Cabo Villas team.

Quiet and peaceful soul cleansing

With a birds-eye view of Cabo's prettiest beaches, whale activities, and the majestic Sea of Cortez, Villa Bellissima is a modern day palace. We truly unplugged and had every need met. Highly recommend the full staffing option. The service is top-notch and the cocineros privados are Michelin-comparable. Insisting on a bespoke vacation experience, we found Villa Bellissima to meet and exceed our expectations. We will be back.

It far exceeded my expectations and made for a memorable vacation. The views and whale watching from the spacious patios, hot tub and pools was great. The size of the home easily accommodated our party of eight with room to spare. The exercise and massage rooms provided nice options and privacy. Every bedroom suite was well appointed, spacious and had great views of the beach. The home is not only nicely designed, but the furnishings were captivating. As one of the party said, "I feel like I am staying in an art gallery". What a fun place! Close to downtown, fine dining, the harbor for whale watching or deep sea fishing, and many opportunities for golf. You may also find that just hanging at Villa Vista Encantada is what you enjoy the most! A definite 5 of 5 stars.

From the onset, the host was responsive, communicative, and friendly. Once we arrived, we were greeted by our personal concierge who was a huge asset throughout the trip whenever we needed anything. The villa is breathtaking, the photos don't even do it justice. The place is huge, with each room having a separate entryway and bathroom, and the common areas having plenty of seating. There are breathtaking views of the ocean throughout the home and the place sits in the best neighborhood, Pedregal. There was daily housekeeping which was wonderful, they did a great job of keeping the place spotless. Overall, I would give this place 5 stars (more if I could!).

The villa was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The catering staff was excellent, and concierge was always there for our needs.

It’s just a 2 min walk to a beautiful beach. The home is nice and spacious, each room is its own suite, not a bad room on the property. Great deal of effort has gone into the decorating and function of the home. We’ll be back for sure!

Far exceeded our expectations! A lifetime of memories were made! The views, the property, the staff all were straight out of a movie! We absolutely had the time of our lives! The only negative feedback is that the hot tub did not consistently work as it was on a timed cycle, and was only hot in the mornings. The noise ordinance for the community is very strict. As the house lends itself to outdoor entertaining and being poolside, there is very little tolerance of music above a very low level. That needs to be stressed or there are large fines.

The living space, kitchen, and pool area were perfectly spacious with an incredible view and every bedroom was spacious, comfy, and most with ocean views! Our concierge Jorge was extremely attentive and helpful whenever we needed amenities or excursion changes! I would recommend anyone stay here with friends or family and would be lucky to go back!

House layout was perfect for entertaining with friends. All the rooms had fantastic views. Our Catering Team was excellent, and we will definitely request the same chef and butler (Victor & Edwardo).

An amazingly appointed home that is as comfortable as it is beautiful. The art and architecture are rivaled only by the views and tranquility of its location. The proximity to the city affords all the convenience of being in town. Yet, you’d never know you were a stone’s throw from such a busy place. The tranquility of this house and its location are hard to imagine. As a person who loves to cook food and enjoy meals with friends, the kitchen and grill area had me feeling right at home. So also did the dining area. If the kitchen is the heart of a home, this home has a huge heart. There is so much more too. The pool and patio will find you comfortable with amazing views and plenty of space to enjoy the company you keep. The bedrooms are cozy, comfortable and private. The art throughout is well considered and beautifully placed. I look forward to my next stay there. If you are reading this and considering taking the opportunity to stay I would look no further. It is a pleasure and privilege to enjoy this property.

The home is elaborately and creatively well-decorated. The view of the Pacific Ocean and sunsets from the patio is stunning. Great pool, movie room, kitchen, and amenities. Easy walk to town and Pedregal beach. We will definitely be returning to stay at this home again with friends & family. Loved each moment. We were Spearfishing most days with our boat leaving from the Marina every day. Location is super convenient since we were able to walk to the boat. Less than 10 minute walk to the boat. Hot tub was great to relax after an active day.

The combination of fabulous architecture and landscaping, views beyond imagination, truly stunning interiors, museum-quality art, and luxurious details that inspire and delight make this a truly one-of-a-kind property. The indoor common areas are perfect for entertaining or just relaxing with a book. The kitchen is glorious and the outdoor living and dining spaces are breathtaking... and that doesn't even count the infinity pool and jacuzzi... or the garden... or the rooftop deck and plunge pool! In addition, each bedroom feels like a master bedroom, with it's sweeping views, decorative accents, and en suite bathroom. Casa Besame is perfection of form and function!

This casita was absolutely perfect for our family. We were very comfortable with the space and the out door surroundings were beautiful. The pool/spa over looked a nice green grass area where the children could run and get extra energy out. The gym and lagoon water park were close enough to walk to or a short drive. Our kids really enjoyed all the activities/games they had at the lagoon. The water park was really enjoyable as well. My two older kids were able to go and enjoy while my little had ice cream and played in the water. The restaurants were good and easy to access/ get reservations. They have a car service that will pick you up and take you anywhere on the property or call concierge services for a taxi to travel outside of the property. Safe, easy and fun! We all look forward to coming back!

Great experience from start to finish

The house and grounds are gorgeous. Alex was very very easy to work with and answered all questions in the planning process. Our concierge Jorge was extremely responsive during our stay. We highly recommend doing a whale watch tour right out of the local marina. We will mention that if people are considering staying in the villas at Pedregal they should not expect a beautiful and unspoiled water view and should be prepared for lots of walking and driving up and over bumpy roads to get to the villa. Pedregal is built high up in rocky cliffs. That said, it’s close to downtown and amenities. The excursions outside of Cabo San Lucas will take some time to get to and you will likely drive on dirt roads wherever you travel to. The only suggestions we have for the villa itself are to improve the lighting throughout the inside of the home (lighting outside is ample), especially living room and bedrooms. The bedrooms would be enhanced by benches or chairs for ease of getting dressed (there are none) and bathrooms could use additional towel racks. The outdoor spaces are very well maintained and very comfortable. Our family of six adults always had ample space to spread out and relax. We also appreciated the welcome gifts and amenities when we arrived! Thank you Caba Villas
