... luxurious accomodations, indoor/outdoor living, amazing panoramic views of the ocean and City lights, and location, location, location! So easy and quick to get into town for a bite to eat and to the harbor for our whale watching tour, but when lounging poolside, you feel a world away! We loved our stay at Villa Leonetti and we'll be back!

It is a great value and has awesome views. We will definitely stay there again.

The pool is fun but small. The house is a bit dated, but has all of the amenities you need for a good trip (well-appointed kitchen, grill, roku for kids to watch TV). The only issue we had was some confusion on arranging a shuttle from the concierge (who was wonderful otherwise). We had massages at the house which we highly recommend! Overall, this was a great house in a beautiful location in Cabo!

It’s long lines hug the rocky hillside. The best feature is the huge, sliding doors in the great room, that open fully to create a true indoor/outdoor experience. We had the doors open most of the time, even in the winter. (No bugs, either!) 2 infinity pools, one heated, one unheated, are beautiful with the sea behind them. Views of the sea are incredible, and it is fun to watch cruise ships arriving everyday. All the suites are comfortable and private; we found nothing out of order during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we felt pampered. Loved the ping pong, pool table, movie theater, and hot tub. 10’ drive the shops and restaurants in town and access to boat trips. We especially enjoyed the firepit, early in the morning...drinking coffee and watching the gorgeous sunrises! All bedrooms have King beds with private bathrooms and ALL face the ocean! We also liked having Fortunato onsite, to answer any questions that we had or provide help when we needed it. I can't express how amazing this Villa is...and we are SO anxious to return again next year!!

Villa Diamante de Law was superb. Met all of our needs in every way. The Villa was beautifully appointed, offered great facilities & space, in a wonderful location – those views and surrounds. Wow! We all enjoyed our stay immensely. Hector our concierge provided excellent support and was a fountain of knowledge and connection. Our gorgeous house keeper spoiled us with her service. Our dinners out at Los Tres Gallos and Ramuri (now called la Pintada Cerveceria) were fabulous, without fault. Our meals and service were exceptional. Christmas lunch was delicious. We were indulged in taste and volume. A relaxing and enjoyable family feast. Our activities and adventures were exhilarating, fascinating and combined with the warmth of the local Mexicans. Even our experience with Hospiten Hospital was outstanding. Our visit exceeded our expectations and we definitely would love to return. We will have no hesitation in recommending CaboVillas to fellow Australians. Our heartfelt thanks for your contribution in our memorable family holiday.

Kimberly at Cabo Villas was incredibly helpful with our booking and made the entire stay so perfect! We definitely will be coming back!

Kimberly was very responsive with all of our group's questions and put my mind at ease. Our concierge, Louis was amazing. He helped us all week long with cabs, tips, and advice. He even ordered pizzas for our teenagers! Thank you Kimberly and Louis we had the best vacation!!! We hope to be back soon! The Villa is beautiful and the views from the terrazzo were great. We saw whales everyday. The hot tub was very popular. We had a group of 10 and were very comfortable with more than enough space. The maid service was outstanding. The house has a great stereo surround system. There was a gym but we didn't need it with all of the stairs on the property. lol. Some people say you can walk to town but we never tried it due to the steepness of the mountain the villa sits on. The whole neighborhood is magnificent and very safe. We enjoyed sunsets at the private beach.

Giovani , our concierge,greeted us with Margaritas and a tour of the Villa. Airport transportation , chef services and stocking of food and drinks were all arranged through Cabo Villas and could not have been easier! Giovani was just a text or phone call away for anything we needed. After a day at the beach we could not wait to get back to our paradise to relax by the pool or relax in the hot tub! This Villa is simply amazing and will be booking through Cabo Villas again!

We soaked up the sun and enjoyed excellent weather. We had beach/water activities in mind yet upon seeing this home we decided to spend most of our time here. Many thanks to our concierge Giovanni- he was always a phone call away and available at any time. He provided great recommendations including an in-home personal chef that exceeded our expectations. Thanks also to Jessica Felts for her excellent customer service in facilitating this vacation. You guys provide an excellent service. Thanks again!

Our kids went nuts with the infinity pool that rivaled the best 4-star hotels we've been to in the past (we travel a lot!). The views of the ocean were crazy both inside and from the multiple rooftop decks! The property had fantastic decor, artwork and while luxurious, it was a comfortable and relaxing setting. Not being familiar with Cabo the property management scheduled all our activities and were able to get us into everything one could want. Our boys came back to the USA with great stories to tell about four-wheeling in the desert, zip-lining over the canyons, snorkeling and a party ship cruise at Land's End and other landmarks. At night, without kids, we hit downtown for the best tequila bar we've ever been to topped off with live music and club dancing later at other venues by their recommendations. Equally as nice were the nights we just stayed in and enjoyed the amenities of the property escaping our busy lives. Every morning my wife jogged the golf course and Puerto Los Cabos Marina which were in close proximity to the property. We honestly did not know what to expect but this place far surpassed any expectations!

com has done it again! Kimberly has been a great planning specialist for us for years and we will definitely continue to use this group for our Cabo trips! Lands End was a beautiful home! The best one we have visited to date. Looking forward to future vacations made with ease! Thanks y’all! Cole

Everything was great and very organized. Pre-arranged shuttles were on time. The cleaning service was friendly and professional. Has everything you need. Great to be walking distance to the city, as we’ve stayed further up on Pedregal previously. The only recommendation is they upgrade the mattresses on the pull out beds and in the downstairs bedroom. Single adults had a very difficult time sleeping on the pull outs. Extremely thin mattress. Otherwise amenities and all were amazing. Highly recommend.

The home and neighborhood are beautiful. Nice layout and great pool/hot tub. Our concierge Luis was so easy to communicate with at any time! Can’t wait for my next trip back to Cabo.

She was great! The house is in a great location in Pedregal allowing for a fairly easy walk into town. The house has a great layout and feels spacious and open. The pool and patio area are great and the beds are super comfortable! I do wish that there was a book of instructions for using some of the appliances and features like the fireplace, gas grill, and TV. Also, while it’s nice that the house is in a gated community with security, it is a little cumbersome getting an Uber to pickup at the house...again, some printed instructions at the house would have been helpful.

The home easily accommodated the 11 (3 generations) of us for a lovely Christmas week. An easy drive to the Fresca super market, a great beach to enjoy on the Sea of Cortez and a wonderful, Margarita welcome by Luis at the home. The pool area has been upgraded & we enjoyed the built in BBQ as well as the lovely views from the veranda. The home is adjacent to the Palmilla & a short drive to San Jose del Cabo. The daily housekeeping services were just lovely.

We had a great time in the day swimming in the pool and sunbathing, and by night soaking in the Jacuzzi. The housekeeper does an amazing job and comes by everyday. Our concierge Angel was really friendly, knowledgeable and super accommodating to our needs. He helped us book ATV rides, a private yacht, gave recommendations for dinner, etc. He’s the best! House is conveniently located, just minutes away from the marina and streets filled with restaurants and bars. You do need a car to get around though. The walk from the house to the marina is not far but is quite a hilly climb and tough workout. I hope to come back someday!

House was central to everything around town. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The views from the home are breathtaking! Had a great time for my birthday and Lola and the team are amazing hosts. Would definitely book again.

Everyone was impressed and loved the house. It exceeded all of our expectations - private, safe, big, clean and modern. Communication before our arrival with Lola was great, and the local concierge, Giovanni, always responded quickly and was super helpful. I would not hesitate to book this house again!

We loved it. I believe the only thing that really could be improved is to recommend that the people that stay in Pedregal, at all, rent a car rather than rely upon taxi's and what not. The rental car will pay for itself in a day. The view was amazing and the accommodations were top-notch! The concierge, Angel, was responsive at any time of day or night. We will definitely be back.

Our concierge was there anytime we needed. We did have breakfast and dinner made at the house and it was the best.

A star has since been rightfully removed. The location, view and architecture are amazing. That said, the property is showing its age and is very much worn and out-of-date. It is a bit misleading to say this is a 6 BR property. The 6th BR is described as a kids room with a shared bath. It is actually a tiny room with a wobbly day bed and "shared" bath means that the occupant must enter another bedroom to access a full bath. The reference to a "home theater" is also misleading as it is a basement level room furnished with a broken worn out pit of couches and an old TV that you cannot actually use because the home does not have satellite. The house does have Roku, but you can not use it because it requires WiFi to stream/work. The WiFi is extremely spotty, and even when it does work, it does support streaming. The mattresses, pillows and blankets in the home are worn and in some cases dirty. The linens and towels were new - which was nice. The home says it sleeps 14, but the highly dated kitchen is not adequately stocked for service for 14. The small refrigerator is certainly not large enough to store food for 14 people. The outdoor space is amazing, but much of it is unfurnished, so it is not really usable. I was surprised there was no safe onsite for passports and valuables. This property could be absolutely amazing, but it is 20+ years old and in dire need of updates and attention.

We loved the house, especially the location in the Cabo Bello community. We were a short drive through the gated neighborhood and then a short walk to the pretty Cabo Bello private beach and 10 minutes to the harbor and downtown Cabo. Grocery stores, Costo and Walmart were all super close. The house is very modern, spacious and well equipped. We cooked many meals in the large kitchen and got a kick out of the high countertops that were perfect for our tall family. The master suite is huge with a lovely bath and plenty of natural light. We spent some mornings on the rooftop deck for yoga and a workout with a view. The main outdoor area had plenty of seating and a nice built-in grill. Our only disappointment was the pool which was very cold and did not seem to get any sun. It may be better in the summer but we weren’t really able to do any more than stick our feet in. The owner and house manager could not have been nicer. We arrived before noon and were invited to drop off our luggage and go explore and shop, then returned at 4 pm to a spotless home. I would definitely rent this home again.

We couldn't have asked for a better location, view, or amenities. We have stayed at many lovely villas in the Pedregal but the view from this one was unmatched. We woke every morning, made a coffee and sat in the hot tub while the sky came alive. We watched the fishing boats make their way out to the Sea of Cortez, watched the fireworks at night from the resorts on the beach and felt like we never wanted to leave our house! We did venture out for three lovely walks to the private beach (great little workout on the way up). We happened upon a bucket list event and got to see hundreds of baby sea turtles being released on the white sand beach. Our group was 3 families with 6 adults and 7 kids total. There were so many bedrooms we had no problem feeling like we had enough room and they all had spectacular views. Kitchen was well stocked with new knives which make a huge difference if you like to cook! They need a couple more pots and pans and kitchen would be perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Sweeping ocean views from every room in the house. Tastefully decorated with every amenity you could imagine Large guest suites, beautiful infinity pool and large bonus room downstairs makes this a perfect vacation home. I would stay here every time I come to Cabo

Our villa size needs depends on the number of guys in the group and Jessica Felts always helps accommodate us. The booking isn't where it ends for Jessica, she assists us with ground transportation, activities, grocery stocking and any other needs we may have. My family has rented Villa Perla de Law twice over the Christmas holidays and have always had a fantastic experience! Thank you to the whole crew at Cabo Villas.

The villa was very large and spacious and in very good condition. The amenities were excellent. We felt 100% safe during the day and at night. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub, but a quick cab ride took us to a beautiful beach with tons of activities and service. Thank you Cabovillas. We would love to come back here again.

....it only got better. The Villa was spacious, comfortable, clean a perfect fit for our family of 13. Sunrises and sunsets were a highlight enjoyed while sitting in the hot tub. We had a chef cook 3 dinners for us and they were excellent. I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Grande!

Hector was always on his game which made my vacation with my family very enjoyable. The food was top notch. Letty the house keeper was also amazing. All in all i am planning on going back with my family.

This home is spacious with it’s gorgeous views of the Pacific and breathless orange sunsets that are surreal! Our party opted to dine in for most dinners & breakfast which was nothing short of a 5-star “culinary experience� prepared by Casa Soñara’s chef, Heriberto. His authentic dishes were prepared with the freshest ingredients from local sources & his presentation of each dish was beautiful! A few of our favorites were the chicken mole enchiladas, skirt steak, huevos rancheros french toast and his chilaquiles. Totally Delicious! Our house manager/concierge, Michelle, exceeded our expectations with her recommendations for daily excursions and ensuring we were comfortable at this lovely home. She booked daily activities that included deep sea fishing, surf lessons in Cerritos, a day on a yacht and a few days at Sur Beach Club. Michelle recommended and made reservations at restaurants that did not disappoint our group...fun & great food! She is hip/ fun and was instrumental in making our trip to Cabo fantastic & memorable! The location has gorgeous views, the home itself is gorgeous, and I never felt like I did without. Michelle, the House manager/concierge, was super helpful, even helped me change my flight so I could stay an extra night. She had great recs for restaurants and the chef at the house made the most delicious breakfasts and even made paella at my request. I didn’t want to leave! Each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. There were towels, beach towels, basically everything you would need. I can’t wait to book this home again - you shouldn’t either!

Rosemburg is an excellent host and the team at CaboVillas are great to work with. Everything was top notch and the view was breathtaking. Looking forward to coming back again this year.
