Transportation to and from the airport was timely and getting taxis into town was easy with the help of our concierge. The villa itself exceeded our expectations with spacious rooms, a beautiful pool, and amazing views from the whole villa. The walk to the beach was also short and beautiful as we could see all of the architecture in Pedregal. The beach felt like a private one and we even saw a humpback whale extremely close to shore! Our group is very excited to return again!

The Housekeepers Paz and Silvina were so helpful, especially to my mother. Our driver that picked us up and took us to the airport really gave us a sense of security and was truly a great first impression.We will forever miss the magical Sunrises that greeted us everyday before an activity. What a view this Villa provides. Whether it was on our walks to the beach or on our fishing trip or a simple companion with a cup of coffee I feel we will miss our mornings with that view the most. My sister tuned 50 on this trip and she wanted the 12 of us to have the time of our lives. She's extremely busy but Alexandra accommodated her always. Thank you for arranging to have the alcohol and water already at the Villa. Who knew this would have been the best idea. This made all of the activities at the home perfect whether we played pool or played in the pool. We had so much space and great sitting areas to mingle and laugh together. Thank you for arranging the day at the beach. We took the glass bottom boat and went to the famous arch and relaxed on Lovers Beach. On our fishing trip we had a whale sighting; a school of dolphins followed us and a sea lion propped up onto the boat to eat our leftover bait. It's like you hired them just for us. It was simply breathtaking. We even caught tuna; 6 of them. We made fresh ceviche, grilled filets and sashimi. I have never tasted fish so fresh. Our last night there was my sisters Birthday and the restaurant was a big deal. Tres Sirenas was perfect. They served an Amuse-bouche which was a great first impression. My sister had the Tomahawk Steak but most of us had the Whole Lobster and she got to dance. She's a salsa dancer so the waiters indulged her on her special day. We cannot wait to go back.

We stayed at the Villa Gran Vista which is a beautiful home on three levels. The main floor has two living rooms and a game room with a pool table. The first floor also has the master suite. The rest of the bedrooms were on lower levels but each had a walk out area, view of the ocean and of course a private bath. There was plenty of space to enjoy each other’s company and also allow each of us to have a quiet retreat if we needed a break. The property has a full time live in couple for maintenance and daily cleaning. Fortunado and Lulu took wonderful care of us. Villa Gran Vista has a nice pool, a large hot tub and a fire pit. Outside speakers for music and a swim up bar with an outdoor kitchen added extra enjoyment. We all had a great time and really enjoyed our entire vacation. Thanks to Fortunado, Lulu, Luis (our concierge), Caesar (our driver), and Amber at Cabo Villas for taking such great care of us. Spectacular views of the pacific from all of the rooms and the infinity edge pool where we spent most of our time. This house is set up perfectly for taking friends or family. Each of the 4 bedrooms is a private suite with a balcony / pool access and its own full bath with shower & tub. I will definitely rent this house again!

Close to all the action. 3 great bedrooms with en suites and balconies. Will be back!

The concierge and property manager were attentive and quick if we had any needs, which were minimal as they had everything set up so well. Would definitely rent again if/when we come back to Cabo.

The Villa was very nice inside and the kitchen was perfectly appointed for our stay. But it was the outdoor space that really captivated us with stunning views, a fabulous pool and jacuzzi, shady palapa, and comfortable seating and chairs for sunning. Steps from all this was a cobblestoned walk down to the beach that was perfect for long walks in the surf. We had an incredible stay and will do it again!

com From the moment I called until the day leading to my trip they were very helpful and communicative, I never felt rushed or pressured. We stayed at villa las Flores and it was spectacular, the pictures does it no justice. When I go back to cabo cabovillas is the only places I’m booking from.

Walkable to marina/downtown. It’s thru AirBnB but it is a commercial company, and there is added security deposit/tipping involved that isn’t included in the total cost on AirBnB. Great location and view, comfortable bed that we slept in. Would book again.

The view is amazing, and the house is very comfortable at about 3,500 sqft. We had a party of seven, everyone loved the house and their bedrooms/baths. Pro-tip: have the van that they arrange for you stop by Costco on the way in from the airport. They'll charge you for the stop, either for 30 or 60 minutes, but it's worth it. We stocked the house for the entire week and barely wanted to eat/drink out. There are lots of glasses, plates, serve-ware, etc., you won't need to buy any cleaning supplies/laundry detergent, etc. it's all there. They don't mention it specifically, but every bedroom has it's own bathroom plus a powder room on the main level of the house. There is a separate casita with a queen bed and a bathroom, no WiFi up there unfortunately, and it's accessed with a bit of a steep climb up the hill and up some stairs. The view from the Casita is spectacular. I don't know who these people are who walk to town, it's a very long steep hike! Only for the very fit. But, my friend and I did a hike around the neighborhood to check out the mansions and made it all the way over to the Pacific side of Pedregal!! Was my personal highlight of the stay. Wow, what a view from the top! There seems to be some difficulty with the guards at Pedregal letting people in, no one can come up to the house after 8pm, and there's a limit on the number of people who can visit. Also, taxi drivers seemed to get lost trying to find the house. We had lots of visitors without a problem, but we were warned that these could be issues. The best part of the trip was the service of our concierge, Luis. We didn't rent a car and he happily arranged a car for us on demand, even when we were out on the town in the middle of the night. We ran out of bottled water, he went himself and bought us water and brought it to the house. Couldn't recommend the service of Cabo Villas enough, next time I'll go direct through them.

We absolutely loveeed the house and it was more than enough space for us. The concierge Angel was awesome at his quick responses and setting up transportation for us at anytime we needed. This is my 3rd time to Cabo and was one of my best stays I’ve had. Super close walk to the beach and only 5 minutes from the night life. Will definitely be recommending this villa!

I don’t think the pictures do it justice on how private each room is which is awesome when you have a big group. Everyone basically had their own little villa and the welcome margaritas and neck massages were a great touch!

The house is beautifully situated in Pedregal so you have views of the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific. We used the infinity pool and hot tub a lot. It was wonderful to be in the pool and look at the unbelievable view. There was a lot of foliage around the house which added to the ambience. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were and the house was very clean. The staff at the house were great. One day Yvonne made breakfast for us--it was great. You can walk to the marina and downtown if you're a walker. We stopped at the security gate and got a map of Pedregal which we found very helpful on our walks. I highly recommend this house and would not hesitate to stay here again.We mainly worked with Jessica on our arrangements and everything went smoothlessly.

The view was beautiful. The construction next door was very annoying as it started early in the a.m. and went until dark.

The place was perfect for our needs. Good size pool, hot tub, ping pong, pool table, well equipped kitchen including chef, outside bar and grill, etc. Everything was as described, the staff was very helpful and flexible.

There was a group of 11 of us here from San Diego celebrating my 30th birthday party and it was seriously the best time of my whole life! It was beautiful, spacious, and private. There is a full time chef and helper on hand at all times as well as a concierge who will take care of anything else you need. The property owners are extremely responsive and everything was so smooth it was a dream. I 100% recommend this house--I will definitely be back!

The concierge, chef, and housekeeping staff were extremely kind and helpful during our stay. Downtown Cabo San Lucas was easily accessible and the view is amazing! I would definitely stay at this property again!

My family and I was impressed and in awe every day of the views and the classic beauty of the villa and its wonderful furnishings. When I go to Cabo I like a Mexican or Spanish feel to a place, and this villa had great style. Everyone was happy in their rooms and we had so many places to hang out and enjoy the weather and each other. The kitchen had great stock of cookware, and the pool had lots of towels - all the things we needed were provided. This is a great value for the price, especially with being so close to downtown! The caretaker staff was so kind and did such a good job. We would like to come back again and a again!

Problem is, that there is now not only a new standard to base any trip off of but she also wants many more "once in a lifetime trips to Villa Las Rocas. Every single thing was to perfection. We even named a new prinicpal in our business the "Aldair Effect" for customer service. The man is a customer service and blender master. Rolofo and Lucero were so amazing and kind that I felt guilty evertime i asked them for something. The only reason that I would not recomend the Villa is so that there remains availability for us to return again some day.

The pictures do not do justice to how wonderful this villa truly is. From the pool with the covered lounge area to the modern style rooms this is a place to really consider for your stay. The kitchen and main living area was well designed. The rooms had their own en-suite bathrooms that was very convenient. All the features and amenities worked well and had no issues. Most of our time was outside by the pool and jacuzzi. There is a gas grill that is next to the palapa where you can enjoy the food. Also featured is surround sound throughout the house and by the pool that has access to Sirius XM radio. The villa is also situated between two empty lots so there is privacy for the guest. Although it is close to the city center it requires a rental car or a shuttle service to get to and from. The area is very hilly and walking at night would not be recommended. It is in a gated area and is very safe. There is access to a private beach that is not a swimming beach. I would recommend this villa to large groups that are looking for privacy and still have the option to go downtown. Great neighborhood and will be back on future trips.

! Although the house is not new, it is very well kept, really clean, and stocked with the essentials. It is just a 5-10 minute ride to downtown Cabo. The neighborhood couldn't be safer. The security guards at the front gate are really strict, so be sure to arrange all your taxis with your concierge (it is more expensive than an Uber but you save time).

The house is amazing and in a perfect location to any and everything you want to do while in Cabo. We had a blast hanging out by the pool and grilling while deciding how to spend the rest of the day out and about. A huge perk is the 24 hour concierge they have available to help with everything from calling cabs or restocking the fridge with food and drinks. I fully recommend this house and renting from this team! We will be back and will absolutely book with this team again.

Manned, gated security keeps even Uber/Lyft drivers out unless you call from the unit's landline. That said, you're nearly a mile from the gate. And it is quite hilly. Just walking is a great cardio workout. Many Pedregal homes have breathtaking ocean and bay views. This unit has both. Our party included five couples and it was never crowded. Being met by our own concierge was great and the margaritas unexpected! At 16-18 years old, maintenance and remodeling are recommended. Furniture, kitchen appliances, wi-fi, and electrical could be updated. We couldn't get the spa to work until our last evening. We asked that the pool be cleaned. All bathrooms but the master one need more light and some type of maintenance. The side gate would not lock. Daily housekeeping was very much appreciated!
