An incredible place for large parties and family gatherings.

The villa itself is gorgeous with pool / grill outside and direct beach access. We also worked closely with the CaboVillas team to coordinate everything from transportation to massages at the villa to a chef-prepared dinner at the villa. Everyone from our travel representative to our concierge to the drivers to the chefs were great. My only regret is that we couldn't stay a couple days longer. We will definitely be coming back!

The villa is beautiful and the views are stunning, everything we expected and more. However, best of all was the service we received from Cabovillas. We were due to visit earlier on in the year but sadly had to cancel the day before due to a family bereavement. We expected to lose everything but the people at Cabovillas spoke with the owner of the villa and allowed us to reschedule for a date at no extra cost later that year. We were beyond grateful. On arrival we were met with welcome margaritas and chips, guac and salsa and given a tour of the villa. We couldn't wait to unpack and get outside to enjoy the pool and views. We had our 2 year old daughter with us, so we made use of the local businesses that supplied pool toys, which she thoroughly enjoyed. We spent most of our week in the villa and pool relaxing, it was perfection. I could go on but simply, it's an amazing villa and if you book through cabovillas you will have an amazing experience from start to finish.

Good location and I really like the security of Pedregal. Here are the Cons: the Villa is in the sun most of the day and sitting on the patio can be a little intense until the evening. There is some shade but not much. Lots and lots of stairs. The last room rental is a little dark and not very easy access. Not fun to walk back from town (but read the pros). Here are the pros: good for a large group of single people or couples. Has lots of space to hang out as a group. Beautiful views of town and the Marina. Easy to walk into town (be sure to use the exit out of Pedregal that is down the hill and not the main entrance). Well stocked Villa and the garage is a nice bonus if you rent a car. I was very impressed with the villa and would rent again. But wouldn’t rent this with family who has trouble walking or a family with small children. This Villa is for couples (or birthday, bachelor and bachelorette gatherings) that are looking for something with close access to everything yet in the confines of a beautiful Villa in Pedregal.

There are always pros and cons. The cons, construction right next door, luckily they don’t work on weekends, start at about 9 and finish about 5. While outside it is noisy, inside with doors closed it isn’t very noticeable, esp. downstairs in the bedrooms. It wasn’t an issue with our stay. The dishwasher did not work, the tile floor on both decks is vey slippery when wet so be sure to wear shoes. We had an issue with the WiFi but Luis and the property manager fixed it. The pros, Luis was wonderful and helpful in anything we needed, the is upstairs open and nicely laid out, kitchen big enough for a couple to cook in, lots of eating space, great outdoor grill, very comfortable living room, couches pull out if needed for extra sleeping space. The bedrooms downstairs are comfortable and blessedly quiet. 2 rooms have connected bathrooms and the 3rd has one just not connected. Still very nice. There is a half bath off the upstairs so that is really nice. The best is the wonderful view from the upstairs deck. We spent hours out there, from sunrise to late evening. The view all the way up the corridor to the marina is absolutely incredible. We have never enjoyed our views of Cabo as much as we did this trip. At night you see the lights, can hear soft music and hear the seal lions. In the morning the sun rise and watching the fishing boats go out. Wow ! Truly awesome. We will definitely return.

She was very accommodating to me and my large party, and was very professional and so easy to work with. I, too, work in the service industry and she provided textbook 5 star customer service which was very impressive. The Villa we chose to stay at was amazing. The pictures do not do it enough justice. The views were beautiful, the home was clean and spacious, and most importantly, the service from Jessica and the team was A1. I would highly recommend staying at this Villa if you are traveling with a large group.

Very close to the restaurants and bars, the views were great, and the house was quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

I was unaware the rooms were separate (was not a big deal to us). The house was great! The service was even better! Julie truly helped me as a hurricane was approaching and was willing to work with me with whatever we needed even if we decided to change the dates. They were all absolutely wonderful. Ivan, our concierge, was amazing our whole stay. Would definitely recommend a stay with them while visiting Cabo.

Kimberly was fantastic setting everything up with us. Very responsive and helpful. Then Luis was tremendous when we arrived on the property and literally helped us with anything and everything that we needed. The staff that helped cook and clean were amazing as well. 10/10 Couldn't have been better, everything went off without a hitch and everyone with Cabovillas went above and beyond.

I can not put into words how incredible the house, staff, and event was. This place is first class all the way around!

Pre-trip communication with the team was super easy and responsive. Upon our arrival we were greeted by our concierge Giovanni who provided us with the best salsa ever and provided local recommendations for our stay. Definitely recommend this place if you have big groups and need a relaxing getaway!

The Jade Law house is extraordinary, and a super good value. The home is an architectural marvel perched on a hillside facing due East with one of the best views I have ever seen from any home or resort I have stayed at in the World. 7 of the 8 full size bedrooms, have the most spectacular sunrise beach and point view. Each of the rooms is full size so you can easily organize a group of couples and not one of the couples would have to compromise as to who gets the best room. When you walk through the front door the view of the infinity pool outside the super tall full sliding glass doors will take your breath away. The house is spotless and it includes daily cleaning service. The back deck next to the pool has a wonderful seating area with a fire pit perched on the hillside, and is well appointed with an expensive stainless steel BBQ. One other benefit is the home is located in the exclusive Pedregal community and is protected by 24 hour security. If you decide to stay at this home your guests or family will not be disappointed and will thank you for what a genius you were to book such a beautiful home.

...we cannot say enough about the INCREDIBLE view, pool, comfortable beds and beautiful rooms, hospitality, amenities, service, extras, etc!!! Every detail has been considered. We truly were SO impressed and we will definitely be back to stay here again! Thanks for everything Lola and team.

The house is beautiful and the views are absolutely stunning. Cabo Villas is so accommodating, with a concierge at your disposal for your entire trip. Everything we booked went so smooth, we had 9 girls for a bachelorette party and the house was perfect and in a very secure area. Do not hesitate to book with Cabo Villas in Pederegal!

There isn't one negative thing I can find to say about Casa Stella. We had the privilege of staying a Casa Stella in September. There were 12 adults in our group. We celebrated an engagement and a milestone birthday. The amazing staff at Casa Stella when above and beyond our expectations in helping with all the celebration arrangements. The food and service were better than any restaurants we experienced in Cabo. The house is Incredible. Every amenity has been considered. All the bedrooms are very well appointed and there isn't one better than the other. I especially appreciate the little things, like hair dryers & hangers, shampoo and conditioner!! So thoughtful. The views from this home will take your breath away. You will never get tired of laying in the pool staring at the oceans horizon. Its truly unbelievable in person. Makes me sad writing this as I wish I was back there now! We spent lots of time at the villas two bars, one inside and one outside. Both stocked with everything you will need. We sincerely appreciate you sharing your beautiful home with others. We made beautiful memories that we will treasure forever at Casa Stella.

The owner has thought of everything in this house. All you have to do is look at the pictures for this rental and you will not be disappointed when you arrive. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed every aspect of this beautiful home and would love to return some day!

Stylish villa with a Mexican flare. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back again! Super clean and professionally managed. We had a very good time.

Lola was a great host, and the onsite staff was very helpful as well. Great views of the coastline and ocean. The infinity pool is fantastic after a long hot day, or night out. The locals call this the "Beverly Hills of Cabo", and I think that is accurate. Pretty swanky neighborhood. We had a large group and everyone had plenty of space in the villa. The security is tight, and we did have some issues with getting Uber and other third party drivers through the front gate, but that probably had more to do with language barrier. Overall this was a fantastic space, and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Lola!

The property was even more beautiful than we expected. Being able to sit in the hot tub while looking out at the ocean was so relaxing. There was plenty of space for all seven of us - only two of the girls had to share a bed. Cant recommend Villa Lorena enough.

I would recommend taking a taxi or Uber for the way back the hill is steep. The staff was very attentive always answered our text message right away, very helpful. I would definitely plan another vacation with my family at this location.

I felt like a queen staying in this house for the weekend! I was with 8 other girls and, even with a few of us sharing beds, we all slept so well! You couldn’t pick a bad bedroom! Lola was wonderful to communicate with before the trip and even got us checked in early to the house since we arrived so much earlier than the usual check in time. Hector came to the house and made us margaritas upon arrival to get the weekend started! Location wise you won’t be going wrong staying here. Id say it was about an 8-10min drive to the marina which was so nice!

The organization and ease of travel with Cabo Villas is the best. I have used them 3 times now and it really is amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

very modern, spacious and with great views and location. the villa was well kept and clean. the rooms were spacious and the concierge was very helpful in making restaurant golf and spa reservations. the infinity pool was fantastic to lounge and even swim laps

I think this has the best view possible in Cabo. The house is very nicely furnished, comfortable, and ideally laid out for entertaining. Location is fantastic and the concierge service provides everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Our vacation specialist, Alexandra (Alex) Koenig is always so helpful in securing our reservation. There properties are great, and have stayed in 3 different ones, with Villa Lorena, being the latest. The location of the home, in the Pedregal, is perfect and it lets you really plug into Cabo. Will continue to book through Alex.

The place was stunning! Jessica was super helpful before we arrived, and our concierge Ivan was great while we were there! He set up last-minute airport transfer for us, made margaritas when we arrived, and was always available when we needed him for taxis or water bottle deliveries. The pool was private and the house comfortably slept 10 girls with room to spare. Highly recommend!
