I was very impressed with the security which provided a piece of mind while at the Villa or away. Only issue we had was the cleaning service never removed the trash from the previous visitors. There were multiple empty 30 pack boxes piled off to the side near the pool area. Besides that it was a great Villa! Jessica was awesome from start to finish!

Not close to the beach so you'll need to drive but a stone throw away from the marina if you're planning on taking a boat out. I recommend this house for families and couples trips.

Our group fell in love with the view that we had of downtown. We had a group of 10 and it was definitely helpful that all four bedrooms had a bathroom each. The distance from the villa to downtown is doable however, we found ourselves doing shuttle/cab most of the time due the house being on a steep hill. It cost about $3/$4 + tip per person. Our concierge was attentive and made sure that we had a ride each time we went out. We would definitely stay here again!

The view here is everything we wanted and more. The house has anything you would need to make your stay safe and comfortable. They have really thought of everything that you would need!

Villa Turquesa tops them all. The owner’s attention to detail in the architecture and decor are not lost on me. Chef Lorenzo’s meals are excellent and the service truly great. Thank you for facilitating such a wonderful vacation (which I do not want to end). Your coordination to make my trip special is very much appreciated. I will absolutely be back to Villa Turquesa with my daughter and extended family. It’s far too special to say a final goodbye.

The home was beautiful, clean and fit all 10 girls comfortably. The gated community makes it safe and quiet. We had a wonderful hostess and concierge and never had any issues with transportation. They helped us make reservations at nice restaurants and provided recommendations for fun new spots. I highly recommend Cabo Villas and Villa Jade De Law!

They arranged transportation which was very easy to find at the airport, we were then greeted with margaritas and guacamole by our concierge Hector when we arrived. Hector was great, available 24/7 for anything we needed (taxis, restaurants, etc). The villa was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. It was very close to the downtown area about a 10 min taxi and the neighborhood was extremely safe. I would absolutely go back and stay at the exact same place, we had an amazing time! The beach is about a ten min walk. However, you are unable to swim in the beach there because the current and rocks but a beach you can swim at is only ten mins away. Would definitely recommend Perla de Law!!!

Got us into the villa early even though check in was later which was huge. The car service from the airport to the villa was also a big plus. House was better than the pictures and they are quick to help with anything when needed. Definitely would recommend them to anyone booking in Cabo!

It was so beautiful and had so much room for everyone :-) The cleaning staff was so friendly and welcoming. All around amazing trip and stay!

The location of the property was incredible and the views were awesome. My wife and I would get up every morning prior to the rest of the family and go walking throughout the neighbourhood where it was incredibly peaceful and beautiful. Evonne, Miguel and Luis were awesome hosts and staff at Cabovillas were incredibly accommodating.

From the moment you walk into the breath-taking entrance, you really feel like a celebrity. The rooms were very spacious (especially the master), and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was so polite and very accommodating. Will definitely come back soon!

Lola was awesome with coordinating pick up and making sure rental car was delivered on time. WE totally enjoyed our stay. Only had one issue. IN the middle of bbq'ing , the gas tank ran out. Called the maintenance guy and was told that he would return my call. After an hour I decided to call him back. When I called back he stated the gas store was closed. I'm like why did you bother to call me back??? but besides that , everything else was wonderful...

From the moment we booked this house, the property managers were so helpful in assisting us with securing chefs and different excursions. But nothing compared to when we walked through the front door. THE VILLA IS SPECTACULAR. The view is unreal. The house is immaculate and open and spacious and gorgeous. I remember being a bit nervous thinking the pool wouldn't be big enough for all 10 of us, BUT IT IS! it's deceptively large and deeper than you think! The hot tub was amazing, and even though it overflowed a couple of times (not sure why), Luis, the concierge was always a text away and sent someone right away to come and look at it. We had a plumbing issue one day and Luis came to the house himself and 11pm to fix it! If you are thinking about adding chef services, we went with FresCo and loved it! Wendy is an amazing chef and my group and I still talk about Jorge to this date. He made sure we were never without a margarita or mimosa. You will not regret booking this house. I may try to book it again next year!!

The villa was wonderful with a private pool and great outdoor space as well as the nicely appointed interior. Inside and out this villa was a winner! Out party ranged from a 21 year old to an octogenarian and everyone enjoyed themselves. There are several larger complexes a short walk down the beach when you are looking for nightlife and restaurants and town is just a short drive. We will definitely be back!

The view was magnificent, the beds were comfortable, the sound system was amazing... I could go on and on, but I can't recommend Cabo Villas (and this villa specifically) enough. 10/10, would book this again!

Located in the gated Pedregal community in Cabo San Lucas, this Villa is the best of all worlds. The Villa is very comfortable and felt more like our home than a rental. Just outside the kitchen / living is a terrace that looks out over Cabo and the ocean and a perfect spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We caught fish on day 2 and the concierge arraigned for a private chef to come over and cook it for us. The meal was fantastic and view from the terrace made it just special. The master and guest bedrooms both open up to the pool / hot tub for days and nights of sun and relaxation. We started our mornings with a walk through the Pedregal over to the private beach on the Pacific side. The ocean is not swimmable, but you can find tranquility sitting in the sand watching the waves. From the Villa, it’s a 10 min walk into town and a 20 min walk to the Medano beach. Taxi’s are also readily available if walking isn’t your thing or after a night at Cabo Wabo. Being in the Pedregal is very safe, with 24 hour security. The Villa is spacious and can accommodate 3 couples, with each having their own bedroom. We love this Villa and all that it has to offer and will definitely stay here on our next Cabo adventure!

Our entire crew loved it, particularly as all the rooms had stunning sea views and on suite bathrooms. our concierge, Angel, was very helpful, we had an amazing break in Cabo due to, in no small part, the villa. Suggestion though! Make sure to close your curtains as the grounds crew start early!

I posted videos and pictures of our trip and several people want to book the same. I would recommend booking private transportation for your entire trip.

We had a fun and relaxing time, and it is close to downtown if you want to enjoy the nightlife.

Spent 3 nights there before checking into a resort for a wedding and we all wished we could have stayed at Hacienda Edith the whole time. Having the concierge was a perfect added touch. Anytime we had any requests or questions we got answers back within minutes. Tons of space and incredible views. Great stocked kitchen we were able to cook and hang out at the house and watch the sunset on the patio during dinner. Would 100% recommend and hopefully we will be able to stay there again sometime soon.

We could not have asked for a better weekend, from the stunning views as soon as you enter, to the spacious layout, and amazing service. I would definitely recommend this home to all of my friends and family. The kitchen area was perfect for hiring a private chef and the dining table was grand enough for our group of 13. The location was great, too! Just minutes away from town so it was easy to go out when we wanted. Kimberly from Cabo Villas helped us plan every detail and coordinated transportation which made for a very smooth weekend. Can't wait to go back!

The grooms family stayed in another beautiful Cabo Villas property just down the road so it was really convenient. Jessica was very helpful with the booking and managing some last minute emergencies like our photographer canceling!! Thankful that Jessica could find someone for us that did an excellent job. The villa is magnificent and everything is picture perfect. I’m still just blown away by how incredible the stay at Villa Perla de Law was and the experience was one of the best we’ve ever had. The staff were friendly and kind. Our concierge Angel, was always able to help get us transportation, book excursions or handle any local recommendations. This was really one of my top trips of my life so far and I’m a fairly well traveled person. Thanks Villa Perla de Law for a wonderful experience and a great wedding!

! It was better than I had imagined!! From beginning to end!! Thank you to Kimberly for making the reservation process so easy. She answered every question without hesitation and assisted me in every detail!! When we arrived there was drinks and chips and salsa waiting with a warm welcome from Giovanni!! He was the man!! He showed us around and eased any concerns about the property we could have had!! No matter when I needed him, he was always there. The 30 min. massage was definitely a welcome surprise. Now lets get back to the house!! The views were spectacular!! It was amazing waking up every day to this beautiful scenery!! The house was beautifully decorated inside and out! The size of the property was big enough for us to get lost trying to find each others rooms!! There are so many hidden treasures! Now as far as walking around the area, only if your a fitness junkie!! The house is a journey to get to. There are hills and mountains to get to it but once you do, the beauty you see will be worth it! I would love to come back here and stay again and again.!!

We had 9 people in our bachelorette party group and the house was the perfect size and set up. The booking includes concierge service and that made the entire trip/planning even easier. Excellent communication and quick responses from the host. I would 100% recommend booking here for your next Cabo trip!

We took 10 of my close friends from all over the country on a 4 day trip here and it was fantastic. The views from the pool were absolutely incredible and our concierge made everything so easy for us. From groceries, to reservations, cabs and more, you truly feel like you're a rock star when you're staying in Pedregal. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and luxurious as well. Would highly recommend for large groups and I will certainly be returning!

The view is unbelievable. The kids enjoyed the pool so much.... it was the favorite part of their vacation. Just a quick walk to the marina and downtown area. I highly recommend Villa Haydee

The house was perfectly set up with each bedroom having it's own bathroom. Two kitchens with one located right by the pool which was very convenient. Maid service was very good and detailed. Concierge service was available at anytime for any needs.

Everything is absolutely spectacular and there is ample space for a large group. We were 16 total and had more than enough room to relax, eat, hangout etc anywhere in the home. The staff was also so helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend this home.

Weeks leading up to the trip, Jessica was super responsive to every question and email sent, which made things very easy. Upon arrival, we had two staff members waiting to help us with luggage, blow up pool toys we had brought, and offering to make us a snack. We didn't realize how much help was included! We didn't have to cook, clean or do anything. The staff was amazing and never in the way or lingering- so very sweet- we really didn't want to leave them! We were a group of 8 girls and had PLENTY of room. Spent most of our time lounging in the pool and taking in the breathtaking views. The pool/view is as amazing as the photos show- breath taking! It was hard to decide which room had the best view, because every room has an ocean view and extremely spacious. The cleaning crew would sneak in every morning and clean our rooms- such a nice service to be included in an Airbnb! Would highly recommend staying in Pedregal- extremely safe security with huge sprawling properties overlooking the ocean- simply heaven!

Leading up to the experience we worked with Lola and she was phenomenal at arranging activities and being communicative with suggestions. The house was gorgeous, amazing views and lots of space. Pictures don't do it justice. All appliances worked great and the pool was gorgeous. Concierge on the ground was also good. Very knowledgeable about the location, mostly timely for responses. Note Mexico in general has a tipping culture that the concierges on the ground also work with so just know that going in!

Very clean and modern. Great for large groups of 12 or more people. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely recommend them for others in the future who you book. The weekend was enjoyed by all of us, and Jade de Law is definitely on our radar for our next return trip to Cabo.

We stayed at the stunning Jade de Law villa, in the Pedregal community. When you walk through the front door, the view of Lands End over the infinity pool leaves your speechless. I could have stayed in that pool the entire stay. But there was too many other fun activities planned. Alex Koenig with Cabovillas.com was super attentive and helped me plan the entire 4 days in advance. From coordinating airport transportation, a parasailing outing, to confirming a private chef to cook a meal each day for the entire group. Each day, the chef outdid herself with some of the best authentic Baja Californian Mexican cuisine. Our onsite concierge / property manager Angel was great about describing the villa and amenities and was quick to get us shuttles or cabs whenever we needed. The villa is virtually brand new, with luxurious bathrooms attached to each of the 8 bedrooms. Perfect for a group of adult couples like us, or families. Ever since we returned, all the chatter amongst the group has been about when our next return trip will be. Can’t be soon enough in my opinion.
