The open floor plan worked beautifully, and was maintained wonderfully. We want to back when it is warmer.There is a prevailing wind toward the house. Walk to the beach and to town is good exercise!

La maison est grande et jolie (belle piscine, super home cinema) mais aurait besoin d'une rénovation.Elle est louée pour 18 personne, alors qu'il n'y a que 6 grands lits. Les autres dorment sur des matelas gonflables par terre. Les lits n'étaient pas installés à notre arrivée. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance car les 2 premières nuits les voisins ont oganisé une grande fête très bruyante. L'agence nous a dit qu'on ne pouvait rien faire car il n'y avait pas d'accord de voisinage. Le plus décevant reste le service. Même si les gens sont gentils le prix est exorbitant. J'habite au Mexique et je loue des maisons très souvent, avec un service toujours impeccable. Ici nous avons dû payer 300 dollars la journée pour un "chef" pour nous aider en cuisine. Il n'y a pas d'autres options. On est sans personne sinon toute la nuit alors que la maison est très isolée. Nous avons eu une coupure d'électricité dans la nuit. Du coup plus d'internet, plus de téléphone, on ne savait même pas comment remettre le courant. Pour le prix, je trouve cela décevant.

They took care of all the logistics so we could focus on having a great time! Their restaurant recommendations were spot on and we never had to worry about how to get from place to place. Thank you team!!

Upon arriving at Villa Lorena we were amazed at the view, layout and the overall property itself. We were greeted by margaritas and chips/salsa which was a great perk after a day of travelling. The view from Villa Lorena is spectacular. We witnessed multiple whale sightings throughout the day from the pool deck and hot tub. The house/furniture has been upgraded from the time the pics were taken for the VRBO site. The exterior doors are French doors (not patio doors) and the couches in the family room have been replaced and are very comfortable. Bathroom pics weren’t included on the website however they don’t disappoint. The showers are huge and there is plenty of room for toiletries on the counter and in the vanities. There is also a 1/2 bath off the kitchen which was a definite plus for our group. The kitchen has everything you need and the laundry room off the kitchen has 2 washers and 2 dryers including a large horizontal freezer. The BBQ is off of the laundry room not the pool deck area. The beds are comfortable and fit our group perfectly. Housecleaning every other day was perfect. They were flexible in what you want cleaned/laundry which was great. Hector was our concierge and he was very accessible and assisted us on cabs etc. Lola was very helpful in answering our groups questions throughout the booking process. We took advantage of the transportation to and from the airport which was fantastic. We highly recommend utilizing this service. Pride of ownership by the owner, housekeeping, and concierge services is evident and appreciated. This is not your typical rental property. We have rebooked for next year as Villa Lorena was absolutely perfect and was our home away from home!

Loved the house and the converge service! We will be back in a few years! The dishwasher wasn’t working most of our vacation but the house keepers did most of the dishes! Overall great experience

com with Jessica. Upon arrival Giovanni amazed us even further. Our group consists of 4 couples and we had room to add 2 more couples if needed with plenty of space. The view could not be captured even using a panoramic camera, simply breathtaking. As we lounged pool side we could watch the boats scamper in every direction through out the day and night including cruise ships and mega yachts. All day whales could be spotted from every window, a pair of binoculars only emphasized this. The furnishings and decor where perfect and anything you might have thought you needed was a call away to Giovanni. Until next time.

The house was perfect for all 8 of us. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, pans, etc. We had 12 people for dinner one night & had plenty of seating. The view from the pool is gorgeous, you can see the whole coast all the way to San Jose. The concierge services were amazing!!! we will definitely go back. Our only complaint was that the house was right above the highway so when you sat out back you could hear cars going by but it never kept us up at night.

Rented Villa Leonetti thru Cabovillas.com. Home and view were spectacular!! A big THANK YOU to Jessica Felts (Cabo specialist) and Giovani Barrios (our concierge). Loved the Caborey Sunset Dinner Cruise. Drive to La Paz and go to Balandra Beach - so beautiful! Medano Beach and Lover's Beach right in Cabo San Lucas fun too! So many great restaurants. For an extra special dinner occasion, make reservations in advance at Sunset MonaLisa ... on the pricier side but ABSOLUTELY worth it!! Ordered 3 times from Eat Cabo Catering (drop off dinner & breakfast) and last nite there had chef cook at the house ... sooo reasonable and food was delicious!! Our first time in Mexico - but won't be our last!!

We were there for a family wedding in San Jose. We spent two nights in the town at different venues and two nights at the Villa. Rosenberg and his staff prepared fantastic meals for us, with very little notice! They made us feel very welcomed and answered any and all questions concerning our visit. Rosenberg was always gracious and saw to it that cars and drivers were available to help us get around. Our only regret was that we had to leave to get back to our Real Lives! We will forever remember our time at Villa Tranquilidad and can’t wait to come back.

The view is an incredible way to start/end the day from the upstairs patio or the pool/hot tub on the lower deck. The bedrooms are all great - one of them is a separate casita steps away from the main house (good for anyone in the group wanting a bit more privacy - is also the only Queen bed while the rest are King beds). Our concierge, Hector, was an amazing resource for us throughout the trip and helped us navigate away from tourist traps. Also, his welcome margarita was amazing. He helped us arrange local taxis to/from the house when needed - however, we ended up walking to/from the main parts of town (~15 minutes plus a little sweat when coming back home!). Overall, I can't recommend this place enough for a group trip.

This was my 4th time in Cabo and first time staying at a CaboVillas property. I would not book with any other company after the service and amazing properties CaboVillas provides. I highly recommend the property Villa Diamante de Law!

It was important to us to have a place for our friends to gather and enjoy time together. However, we wanted to ensure they have their own privacy as well. Villa Del Corazon was perfect. The owners were responsive to the needs of the group and the concierge/cleaning team were friendly and professional.

Las Rocas is a first class beachfront property set up for large groups to celebrate lifes great moments. The grounds are constantly maintained and the service again was top notch. i cant wait to come back and relax!!

Lola was quick to respond to every question or request I had. I was worried about the expense but it was so worthwhile knowing someone was there to help, make recommendations and ensure everything was ready for our trip. This house is incredible. The gated community was safe, accessible and just stunning. We could walk to town and to the beach from our door, and it was easy to coordinate either rides through Cabo Villas or Uber in and out of the neighborhood. Giovanni was there to greet us when we arrived with fresh salsa and margaritas and explained everything we needed to know about the house. We didn’t have time to take advantage of any of the activities but instead opted to spend our long weekend hanging at the house and exploring the area by foot. Plenty of towels, every amenity you could think of, a cleaning service mid-stay. We had one issue with a toilet and someone was on site within an hour to fix it - unbelievable service. We loved the pool and hot tub, and ate dinner and breakfast out on the back patio each day. My only regret is that we didn’t know about the Pedregal beach sooner! It was a great walk. We also checked out Mango Deck downtown for a very different kind of beach experience (kind of wild) and Hacienda Cocina for a dinner out one night which was lovely. Thank you Lola and all of the local concierges on site who made our stay so easy and fun. I hope we’ll be back!

Every spot in the house is really clean. Héctor is an excellent concierge and all rooms and bedrooms are in excellent shape and clean.

We could walk to downtown or take a quick taxi ride. The views were spectacular and the host was amazing. Will definitely stay with them again!

Massive place with great areas to dine / swim / cook / relax. Private location which is peaceful albeit a taxi ride away from the town and other activities. Highly recommended overall.

Our group of friends were very happy with our stay here. We loved the space, each person or couple had their own room with their own bathroom, the most amazing part was the full time concierge staff member and the helpful cleaning staff. We also had a chef come and pre stock the house which was helpful since we didn’t rent a car. One item to consider, we preferred the hot tub to be a bit warmer and on for most of the day by just specific hours, and so they had a technician come out to help right away. Also note that there is NO sound system we didn’t quite realize that but lucky we brought a small portable speaker so we could have some music by the pool, had we not done that we would have attempted to have them help us get a way to play music. They were all very attentive to our needs and we appreciated that! The beach access is a close walk or a 3-4 min golf cart ride away which we did daily, perfect ocean to take a dip in! Also you can walk or golf Cart to the stores across the freeway over the overpass and that was handy too! We will definitely come back to this house or community again if we vacation here again!

Amazing views and the house is massive. We had 10 people stay here and it never felt crowded. We will definitely stay here again.

Lola, Julie & Jessica are such great hosts and were incredible timely on their responses and even let us check in early so we can set up the house. We were greeted with margaritas and chips and the concierge was super friendly and helped with booking cars to and from our nights out. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

!! These pictures DO NOT do the place justice. The view from anywhere in the house is un matched! The community is very prestigious and safe. The house is HUGE! Your party will be very comfortable and have their privacy. Upon arrival the host greeted us with margaritas and snacks to eat. There was someone available to answer any questions 24/7. The bars, restaurants, marina and shopping are all at the bottom of the hill which is about an 8 minute Uber ride. I was mostly in contact with Lola and she made this experience the best it could be. I wish I could give this place 6 stars. I will definitely be staying here again and very soon. I highly suggest this place for your stay in Cabo San Lucas. It is very well worth it!

The view is worth every penny. We could see whales swimming on the bay from the terrace!! We had a group of 15 and everyone had a bed to sleep in. The kitchen is very modern. We also had a Chef that came to the house and prepared dinner for us! The house is a little hard to get to but it’s definitely worth it!

Fantastic views. Immaculately maintained. We were joined by eight other couples for three nights. The common areas are spacious, the pool area provides ample lounging and all the bedrooms allow for privacy.

Nice ocean view. Easily accessible. The welcome and housekeeping were perfect. We had a wonderful time.

The pool is large and heated and the rooftop patio is the ultimate place to spend your evening watching the sunset! Spacious living area with open concept kitchen/living room/outdoor patio. The home is far up a dirt road and about a 15 minute drive to downtown Cabo. Our family loved our stay as it is a perfect vacation home for relaxing.

Wow! what a villa with an incredible view. We were disappointed that the pool was NOT heated so we were not able to use the pool. The service, housekeeping and the chefs were fantastic. We would highly recommend the food service we went with. The kids enjoyed diving, ATV ing, parasailing, we did the sunset dinner cruise, had dinner at the Office. BUT! The one thing we were VERY DISAPPOINTED in was the fishing trip on the Yahoo. The two guys in charge of the boat were very disorganized. They didn’t have any live bait so we traveled two hours very fast over very rough water to get live bait. The ride was so rough that we all bounced all over the boat, even some of us ended up black and blue. My chair collapsed and I fell to the floor. Needless to say I hope to never take a boat ride like that again. The two guys never came down from the top to check on us, my daughter finally yelled up to them that they needed to slow the boat so some of us could go to the bathroom. The first mate did not seem to know what he was doing (since we have been on at least six charters before this trip. ) The bait was only a short distance away from the boat, still in the wake of the boat, bouncing on top of the water—it was like we were just out for a boat ride. We paid for the whole day and really only fished for less than five hours, at three o’clock he informed us we were going into dock. With your reputation on the line ( in recommending this outfit I would sincerely think twice in the future about your recommendation)—there has to be better companies your organization can recommend. We had a wonderful Destination Specialist (Giovani Barrios) he was very tuned in to every thing we needed. Thank you for all your help in making this a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation for all of us. We will keep you in mind for our future travels. PS. One thing I would like to add is when someone rents that villa that they be warned about all the steps in it. Than

We truly loved the pool and the view was spectacular. Ton of room for the party of our size and we couldn't have been more happier.
