"Great Time!"
Large, clean and well set up house. Back yard area with the pool, hot tub, fire pit and the view can’t be beat. We used the golf cart to go to the beach which was a really nice addition. "Perfect for large group!"
All the bedrooms had a bathroom en suite. Wide open floor plan. The pool, jacuzzi and pool table all got a lot of use! The staff was great! Although the homes are tucked up on a winding road, getting transportation in and out was really easy. I would definitely come back!

Staff is friendly and very attentive. The home is beautiful and wonderful for larger parties. Hot tub and pool make up for not having a view. The villa was wonderful, in the safe gated community of Pedregal. Home was spread out so guests are not on top of one another, pool was beautiful with a view of the ocean. What really made this trip phenomenal was the services Cabo Villas provided. We booked catering through Cabo Villas/Chile & Lime...Diego and Gloria were hands down the best. We also booked private transportation through Cabo Villas which was so reliable, never late for 1 ride and always with professional drivers. The house is located only 5 minutes away from downtown Cabo San Lucas, truly no complaints!

Pablo was an excellent concierge and was available to us 24/7. Requesting shuttles for our activities was very fast and reasonably priced. Not to mention the house itself was incredible with the best views! The catering food was also delicious and the welcome drinks as well. The only issue we had was that the water stopped working in the house one day, but Pablo resolved it very quickly. I would highly recommend booking your stay with Cabo villas in the future!

"RELAX at this surfer's dream house"
Villa Costa Azul offers beautiful sunrises and evening sky at sunset. You won’t need to use your car; there are two fantastic restaurants just a short stroll down the beach! It’s evident that this location is beloved by the locals who often bring their dogs and kids to the beach. When the locals endorse a spot, you can be sure it’s something special! I haven’t experienced relaxation like this in years, and having the surf break right in front of us was a dream come true for our adult children! The house itself was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for barbecues, playing games, and cherishing quality family time. Everyone on the Cabovillas team was excellent to work with; from travel planning to grocery service. The housekeeper Lucy is sweet and thorough. We couldn’t ask for more! Without a doubt, we’ll be returning!

From door to door airport service to welcome margaritas, they made the entire trip fun and easy. Our concierge, Pedro, was extremely responsive and flexible throughout the trip, helping us with rides, food and other requests throughout the weekend. Alex Koenig was out specialist who helped plan the trip. She made it so easy to set up food pre-stocking, golf and transportation. Pablo was our 24/7 concierge and he made our van rides to and from restaurants a breeze. Anytime we needed a ride, we were picked up with in 5 minutes. Anytime I texted him he responded immediately. Thank you Alex and Pablo for helping make it such a great trip! CaboVillas is the best way to do Cabo and the only way I will do Cabo in the future.

"Amazing trip"
The house was well appointed, and clean, and there was plenty of space for our group of 8 adults and 8 children. Our experience working with the Cabo Villas staff was also great. The concierge to the chef service, and massage were all excellent. The beach access was great. The only downside was some construction at resort next door (our stay was in April ‘22) but it didn’t really bother us too much, and the separate king suite shower was a bit finicky to use. The villa is located near the golf course but you do have to drive out of community and on main road. There are no facilities within the community. For us this was no problem, but worth noting. The villa stay overall was incredible and we can’t wait to go back.

"One of a Kind Villa"
It is truly a magical place. It is in the gated community of Pedregal at the top of the hill. This gated community is extremely safe. Our luxury stay began with a gorgeous drive up the cobblestone streets to Villa Aurora. The whole place is stunning. Every room has floor to ceiling windows with amazing views. You can see all the way to Cabo Harbor and can watch the cruise ships coming in. It has a beautiful infinity pool and hot tub. Every morning we sat on the lounge chairs by the pool to watch the spectacular sunrise. It also has an expansive firepit area with comfortable couches. The open layout of the house makes it great for larger groups. Every detail of the home is well thought out. It has a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare meals or bring in a home chef. The indoor kitchen, dining and living area has a wall that completely slides open, giving full access to the pool/outside area. The game room, also equipped with a full sliding wall, opens to the outdoor dining area, and has a beautiful bar that makes it a fun spot for entertaining. It is also equipped with workout room and a sauna. The beds are super comfortable, and each room has its own bathroom with all the amenities. Everything was spotlessly clean. We highly recommend this one-of-a-kind home!

"Incomparable experience!"
The first trip was beautiful and well appointed but we felt a bit isolated. Our second trip we stayed at the spectacular Villa Aurora, a private residence at the top of Pedregal. It was an incomparable experience for us and our friends. This is a new house with the most spectacular view of the city and the ocean - you simply do not want to leave. We arranged for a private chef and bartender who catered to our every need without being intrusive, at a very reasonable price. The rooms are set up like a small hotel that would be great for a family or a group of friends. Lots of common space - inside and out - to take in the views and enjoy your company. We had privacy and security but were also 10-15 minutes to town, restaurants and activities. It’s the perfect location and can’t wait to visit this one again!
