The location and accommodations far exceeded our expectations. The location gives you a breathtaking view of the city of Cabo, the Pacific Ocean, and the Sea of Cortez. The rooms were beautifully decorated with stunning views of the ocean. At the end of each relaxing fun filled day we got to enjoy the comfort of a quality mattress and pillows for a good night sleep. The Villa is spacious, very comfortable and clean, well stocked, with a beautiful view, located above the pool. The location is quiet and away from the busy tourist area, but close enough to walk everywhere. Angel our concierge was very responsive and easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. "Quick Walk to Town"
If you’re looking for a budget friendly option close to town this villa is perfect for you. Pedregal is full of hills however, Villa Tamika sits near the bottom of the hill making it an easy swift 5-minute walk to town and the Marina. The hot tub and pool were fantastic! The house is very spacious, perfect for groups.

"Casa 78 at copala"
Super clean and well maintained, security 24/7 I have never felt more secure. Amber my travel advisor was on point. We discovered last minute that our daughter passport had expired and they suggested a place to rush our passport. The price for our stay NO ONE can compete with CABO VILLAS. Thank you for everything. The whole place was immaculately clean when we arrived. There were all the amenities included that you could ever need while vacationing in Cabo. The master bedroom had a beautiful view of the rest of Pedregal and was a 5 minute walk to downtown Cabo! Would recommend to anyone looking for a close and beautiful place to stay near downtown Cabo.

"Made My Wife's Birthday"
It is one of the few properties that is located right on the beach. A feature we appreciate. The house is perfect for groups. The rooms each have their own nice on-suite and are well separated so that they provide privacy as well. The house is well maintained and well appointed. The CaboVillas staff is excellent. We had multiple outings, dinners, and car service appointments booked. All were perfectly delivered. In addition, we used the pre stock service and had brunch made in villa daily. The delivery was exact and the staff and food for brunch were perfect.

The staff was incredible and always easy to communicate with. Angel was quick to respond for rides throughout the entire night and into the morning. Alan and crew was amazing at the food and cleanups. And the maid service was early and often every morning! Cannot recommend villa Marcella enough. The view from the pool and outside area was phenomenal and we even got to see fireworks over the marina. We ended up renting a car but I would recommend getting a taxi/Lyft as it is a quick and cheap trip from the villa to downtown and the marina.

"Amazing Cabo Vacation!"
From the beautiful home to the nice staff on the property daily. They made sure that we were taken care of and had a relaxing time hanging out by the pool. We used the in-home dinner catering for two nights and were very happy with the service and food. We also had the massage company come in for 6 in home massages. Wonderful! Our group of 9 would highly recommend using Cabo Villas and staying at Villa Estero.
