! The Pedregal community has great facilities - tennis, pickle ball, spa, cafe. Service staff was excellent. Rebecca was kind and wonderful, keeping our Villa spotless. Our service host Ivan was always responsive and efficient at booking activities and organizing Covid tests.

Close to town and getting a shuttle was easy working through our concierge. The pool and hot tub were great. Overall, a wonderful time in Cabo and we will definitely be back again soon!

Awesome place, great people to handle all situations

Kimberly was fantastic setting everything up with us. Very responsive and helpful. Then Luis was tremendous when we arrived on the property and literally helped us with anything and everything that we needed. The staff that helped cook and clean were amazing as well. 10/10 Couldn't have been better, everything went off without a hitch and everyone with Cabovillas went above and beyond.

Overall the all inclusive plan fit our needs as expected.

Forget Hawaii go to Cabo and be sure to book with Cabo Villas. Friendly people, great food, quiet streets, amazing beaches, spectacular villas, marvelous views. And ask for Luis as your concierge. He is the kind of person who can elevate a great trip to awesome status. Already planning a return and rapidly losing interest in going anywhere else for foreseeable future!

We had a small wedding ceremony packed between a family reunion/vacation over New Years in 2015. We are so glad that we contacted Amber at Cabo Villas. Amber took care of EVERYTHING. We rented the Villa Bellissima which is a magnificent 24,000 square foot villa in Pedregal. The villa is mind blowing and all of our guests (and my husband and I) were speechless at how incredibly amazing the villa is and how lucky we were to have rented it. It was definitely a bucket list house. Amber provided a list of caterers, wedding planners, photographers and helped find restaurants and boating adventures for us. I would not change a thing and think Amber did an amazing job helping us plan our wedding and holiday. Amber is super professional and was extremely responsive every time we called or emailed. In planning the rest of the holiday after the wedding, Amber listened carefully to our needs and desires and worked tirelessly to put together an itinerary that suited us, meanwhile generating a mix of activities and perspective of the places we wanted to visit. During the trip, there was not a misstep; everything ran like clockwork, while allowing you to make adjustments as you experience the reality of the places and pace. Amber had all of our transportation arranged and she was more organized than us!!! Amber has the patience of a saint, is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about Cabo. Thank you Cabo Villas for making the trip a once in a lifetime absolutely amazing experience!

Although I was unable to find a place that suited the large size of our group (20+ individuals), she was very pleasant to deal with and really went to great lengths to try and find us a solution. I just thought that it would be nice to relay that feedback to her. Thank you

I wanted to let you know how great our Concierge Angel was at Villa Ballena. He was on top of all our needs and activities from day one. On the night of the wedding, one of my relatives took our car to leave the party to go back to the Villa because she was sick. Unfortunately, she left the car running – with the keys locked inside. She called Angel who arranged to get a spare key from the airport and get it to us. He solved a big problem for us. Thanks again for all of your work and help.

The team was always responsive, timely and on target. They always went the extra mike to ensure my daughter and our family had what we needed and answered all of our questions and concerns. There was simply nothing that was not perfectly done and ultimately successful. I would recommend Amber and her folks to anyone for anything in Cabo. There is simply no one better and no team more accomplished.

We have stayed in the Pedregal area of Cabo before (incidentally, also booked through CaboVillas previously), and while the other property was fantastic in it's own way, Villa Leonetti took it up a few notches. From start to finish the process was effortless. Our stateside concierge, Eve, was very attentive and helpful. She got everything set up before hand so that when we arrived at the airport (at almost midnight due to an airline delay) our transport was waiting for us with a smile. Our Cabo concierge, Hector, really took it to the next level. We arrive at the villa at 1am, and there he was with a pitcher full of the best margarita any of us had ever had from his own family recipe. The house was immaculate, and the fridge was stocked with everything we had asked for. Hector gave us a comprehensive tour along with great suggestions on places to go in town. He was so friendly and genuine we settled into our vacation instantly. The bedrooms were all beautiful with big jacuzzi tubs and full balconies. Beds were super comfortable. The AC worked perfectly (which was great given that in August, it was HOT!!!). The sensation of moving from the living room out to the balcony and back was like scooting from the pool to the jacuzzi and back, bliss. The view from up there over the city and the ocean was like nothing I'd seen, and it was equally awesome, but totally different day vs. night. Occasionally, as I bounded up the stairs in the morning, and took in the view, I imagined a choir of hundreds as background "oooooohhhhhhhhhhh". The next morning, Hector had our rental car delivered to the villa, that's just how he rolls. I'm not sure if he has voicemail because he always picked up his phone. Even in the middle of the night when we were jonesing for pizza, he set it all up. He even offered to drive it up there himself, no joke. The whole experience was just...WOW!

The ladies and I are so thankful that you were available at all times. We were very happy with our experience at Casa Phoenix and everything that you did. Thank you, thank you,THANK YOU! I will definitely stay at Casa Phoenix on my next trip to Cabo.

Literally Cadillac transportation service from airport to villa. Greeted by Hector and his delicious margaritas! Refrigerator prestocked and vacation in paradise begins. Villa Lorena is comfortable, very clean, well appointed and perfectly located to watch the sunset over the gorgeous Pacific Ocean

Cabo Villas has proven to deliver an excellent customer service experience on all three fronts. It really makes a huge difference. The level of service you all have provided, has made a positive impact in my overall vacation experience. Keep up the good work folks!

Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the villas tremendously! I did want to note that the gentleman who was our point of contact and a representative from your company, I believe his name was Giovanni Barrios, was amazing! Never did we feel we were being led in the wrong direction with his helpful guidance. He went above and beyond and also made our trip seamless and hassle free. I appreciated his efforts tremendously and was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism. I have complete confidence that he can handle almost anything that might be thrown in his direction as he had displayed this skill during that weekend. I know for future returns to Cabo I will call upon him, and make special requests for him again, as well as you too! I have nothing but great reviews for both of you and the CaboVillas.com organization. In addition to the highly impressive efforts of Giovanni, the main representative from, "A Matter of Taste" was phenomenal. The food tasted great, but the gentleman associate with that company who was at our villa every day was able to help pull together last minute lunches and dinners for our group (not an easy task with so many men to feed). He did an amazing job ensuring that all guest and myself were well taken care of and happy. Both gentlemen far exceeded my expectations and I look forward to working with you and CaboVillas again in the future. Thank you again, I’ll talk to you soon!

Everything was excellent especially the golfing at Cabo del Sol.

We were nervous the resort would still be under construction from the hurricane and Nik assured us it was in perfect order and he was correct. The resort was amazing and one of the most cleanest places I've ever stayed. The staff was extremely friendly and more than accommodating. The view is breathtaking and the whale watching tour is a must; within minutes of being on the water we saw several humpback whales. I would recommend this resort over and over. Food and beverage was very good and options were limitless. Everything was fantastic! . I would use ESSV again. I actually forgot to bring my documents and called ESSV in a panic and my documents were emailed to me within minutes. Transportation and resort knew exactly who we were and were extremely friendly.

Frank Valvidia was extremely friendly and helpful booking my stay the day before my trip to Cabo. We kept in touch and he updated me with all of my doubts in a timely and professional fashion. Everything was excellent, the highlight of our trip was snorkeling!

Kim Doane was a pleasure to work with. She was very personable, informative & accommodating to our requests & needs. We were picked up at the airport & greeted with margaritas & chips with salsa upon our arrival to the Villa. We were assigned a concierge with a 24 hour contact during our stay. Pre-stocking the villa with groceries is a must! Looking so forward planning our next trip to Cabo.

The villa was exactly as advertised on the internet and the whole process of leasing and entering and exiting was handled efficiently and professionally.

I contacted Nik at Earth Wind and Sky Vacations and he was really knowledgeable about the villa and services offered there. Nik arranged private chef's from "Matter of taste" catering that were absolutely amazing. We had 11 people in our group and everyone raved about the private chef ( I strongly recommend them). The Villa is massive you really don't get a true appreciation for how grand it is until you check in. We were welcomed by a representative of Earth Wind and Sky and the house manager is such a nice guy. The staff in the villa are also amazing you never hear them and they keep the place spotless. We used both pools one heated the other not and spent many hours just taking in the view. The bbq is huge and works great if you want to enjoy some burgers etc. I spent 3 days at the Villa before heading down to Capella for another 4 days ... truth be told I should have just stayed at the Villa it blew Capella away. Nik also arranged a Cadillac Escalade Limo from Golden Nugget limo's which was also very handy. If you are looking at entertaining 10 to 16 people you can't go wrong with Villa Bellissima we are already looking at coming back in November.
