Very friendly, easy to talk to, and extremely helpful!

Views are magnificent and the house has everything you could ever need. Updated sound system for plenty of good music everywhere on the property. Spa/gym just a stones throw away was such an added bonus, they even scheduled personal yoga sessions for us. We had surfers with us and they found good waves just minutes from the house. The service we received from Earth, Sea & Sky Vacations was exceptional. Carlos was unbelievable - always available to schedule a last minute dinner reservation, cab, excursion, or grocery order. We loved our maid who worked so hard all day washing towels, cleaning dishes etc. The pros out weighed any negative which were...hospital visit from eating some bad sushi expensive cab rides back and forth to town. We will return.

My wife and I traveled with our 3 teenagers and having walk-up access to Medano Beach and the Hacienda pool was key for us. Additionally, the restaurant at the Hacienda was excellent and very convenient. Our late-teenage kids also enjoyed being able to walk to the marina area for shopping and ice cream in the evenings. The condo itself and the staff was excellent. The property was spacious and all of the furnishings were luxurious and in good working order. In all, our stay was wonderful and we could not have expected more from our vacation. Great job Earth, Sea & Sky Vacations in helping us with our arrangements.

We have rented this villa for three years in a row and love it. The outside is the best feature with the pool and hottub. We spent 90% of our time hanging outside. The view and atmosphere are by far the best. We are able to walk down to the marina for dinner and drinks. Victor was there greet us when we arrived and was very helpful making sure we had everything we needed. Earth, Sea and Sky Vacations were awesome with setting everthing up from transportation to food. We used Dennis Catering for breakfast and for a dinner. I highly recommend doing this as it was a great experience. I highly reccomend this villa you will not be dissappointed.

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a good time or just a relaxing time!

Villa Fiesta has been a terrific home to share with family and friends. We were here for 2 weeks and never tired of the view, as we watched surf fisherman reel in the roosterfish nightly, watched the moon rise from the spa or just watched the boats go out every morning while enjoying our coffee. Carlos was responsive to our every need promptly. The masseuses from Suzanne Morel provided an extra level of "vacation mode" we didn't think possible. We had a Mother's Day brunch catered in and it was delicious and no pots or pans to clean. 2 days of fishing resulted in 9 marlin caught and released. Next trip I will have my surf pole to use at easily accessible beach.The TV was on the fritz for a couple of days but when your having this much fun who needs it. One drawback, taxis had a hard time finding the Villa, put the name on the house. Let's do it again !!!

My husband and I have travelled to Cabo for years now since we live in Los Angeles. After 10 years of staying at cheap fisherman hotels to upgrading to nice all-inclusives...we knew there had to be a better way to spend our holiday-avoiding the crowds, the manufactured buffet lines, and tourist attractions. By renting this home we were afraid of being too disconnected to the community, but after staying in Pedregal, we couldn’t have been any more off course! This home is a 10 minute walk or cab ride down into town where you can dine at 5 star restaurants, easily go fishing (my husbands favorite past time) at any hour, as well as just un-plug, check out and relax in your own private oasis minus any other tourists botching your afternoon relaxation. We stopped at Mega on the way in, picking up groceries for the week and never had to go to the store for the duration. It was enjoyable cooking for ourselves, as well as our treat nights out to fancy places in town! I run my own sale company, and I was connected easily with the house phone for Mexico as well as a separate line that went straight to the US-all included. We had at least 6 wi-fi devices connected to the wireless connection at any given time-all worked so well, it was a dream! The views from this location are bar-none. Not to mention the management and concierge for the home never missed one of our calls! The walk through of the home was definitely necessary and put us all at ease right after getting to the house. Our taxi service back to the airport was prompt, on time and very friendly. I’ve never felt so secure while vacationing. This neighborhood is also so cool-you can walk around admiring all the millions of dollar mansions with their different architecture that is only a 10 min walk to the private beach. Paradise I tell you!

!! Once we arrived, everything was just as you told us, only better. The transportation from the airport worked without a hitch. Carlos (the ESS rep) had margaritas and chips on our arrival. Armando was there with the keys and a tour of the villa. The rental car was in the driveway. The cribs had already arrived. Everything was as promised. Thank you for making reservations for us at THE OFFICE restaurant. It is one of our favorite places. They were ready for us with a table right in the middle of everything. Everyone loved it! Clearly your reservations mean something in Cabo, because they couldn't have taken better care of us. Also thank you for making arrangements for our massages. They were an absolute hit. Andrea with the Spa company brought two masseuses and they were just wonderful. We could go on and on about how great our weekend was. We will just end by telling you that we would use your services again in a heartbeat. Thank you for your professionalism on every level. We can't imagine a better experience.

She was not only helpful but had a great positive energy. She took extra time to make sure that I was going to be happy with my vacation.

We have stayed at a private villa in the Pedregal and several resorts near Cabo. The agents have been very knowledgeable and helpful with our planning and selections. It's a comfort to know that your hotel reservations and accommodations have been efficiently taken care of in advance, and I always recommend Earth, Sea & Sky Vacations to my friends because of their professionalism and securing the best price.

I’m sure the fact that we booked with Earth Sea and Sky had a lot to do with that. We were very close to our friends at the Villa Del Palmar. Everything worked out perfect! P.S. We would like to go back in March, let me know how soon we need to book in advance and if you have any deals at the Palmar.

It was really fun to get a beautiful Cabo magazine and nice travel pack mailed to us for our tickets and itinerary. We also took advantage of the shuttle booking service--it made things so easy and affordable. We will definitely book here again! We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. By phone and email, the staff was attentive, prompt and responsive. I loved the professionalism and expertise demonstrated and I felt like we were really well taken care of. We very much appreciated our experience.

Victor was incredible! First, he was terrific at communicating with us and letting us know what was happening. He was there immediately to see if we wanted to go to another villa to take showers or move our refrigerated food. We SO appreciated that he went and got lunch for us and brought it to the villa. It was perfect. Through the entire experience Victor only had solutions/choices for us. He reminded me of you! Inez, the cleaning lady, was also such a valuable resource during the outage. Even though she speaks little English, she was amazing at communicating with the property manager, electrician, Victor and still taking care of us at the same time. I also know that you had a back-up plan for us in case the issue at the house couldn't be resolved. You don't know how much we appreciate that! Knowing that we had another place to go, if needed, kept us calm in a situation that could have been a bit nerve-racking. As you know very well, I have high expectations. Once again, you and your team came through in a less than perfect situation. This is why we keep coming back to ESSV and Cabo. We can't thank you enough for your outstanding client service!!!
