The premier rating is reserved for properties offering the utmost in luxury. They are distinguished by first-rate locations, incomparable ocean views, highest quality furnishings and amenities, pristine condition, and unsurpassed service.

Luxury 5 Stars
The luxury rating represents very high quality properties in prime locations with fabulous ocean views. Their superior furnishings and amenities are in excellent condition. These properties offer a very high level of service.

Deluxe 4 Stars
The deluxe rating indicates a nice and well-kept property in a good location. Furnishings and amenities are of good quality. Their ocean views may be limited. Guests can arrange for services on-site or find them nearby.

Value 3 Stars
A value rating describes a property that is clean and in good condition. Locations may be farther from town or activities. Ocean views may be limited or obstructed. Furnishings are likely to be older and services may be minimal.

Budget 2 Stars
A Budget rating indicates a bargain-oriented property offering basic accommodations without the expanded amenities of full-service resorts. These properties represent a good value with clean, simply appointed rooms, housekeeping and private bathrooms.
