There's nothing quite like coming back from Los Cabos with a camera full of photos, a notebook full of ideas, and even more excitement to help our guests plan their vacations.
I'm Beth Peterson, and I've been with Cabo Villas since 2020. Every day, I have the pleasure of helping guests plan some of life's biggest celebrations - whether it's a fun-filled bachelorette getaway, a multi-generational family vacation, or a corporate retreat celebrating another successful year. What keeps drawing me back to Los Cabos is the atmosphere. There is just something about Cabo. The warm hospitality, beautiful scenery, and relaxed energy make it a destination I never get tired of visiting.
On this trip, I was especially excited to tour some of the incredible new luxury villas we've added to our collection. There are so many stunning new homes! One thing I always love about our villas is how they showcase beautiful local Mexican artwork. It adds so much personality and really gives each home a sense of place.
One villa that immediately stood out to me was Casa Cardonal 29 at Diamante. It was beautifully designed, thoughtfully appointed, and filled with artwork that made every room feel unique. Another hands-down favorite was Casa Kokomo. Yes, the pickleball courts are fantastic, but what really impressed me was how the entire property feels like your own private luxury resort. It's one of those places where you can imagine your entire group spending days together without ever wanting to leave.
We also made a quick stop in Palmilla, where I couldn't pass up the chance to dip my feet in the ocean. Sometimes it's those little moments that become some of your favorite memories. And I must give a shoutout to our TransCabo driver, Sam, who knew all the best stops along the way and made getting around easy and fun.
One of the biggest culinary highlights of the trip was dinner at Casa Familia prepared by A Matter of Taste. The meal was absolutely incredible. Every dish was beautifully presented, and the attention to detail made the entire evening feel so special. It's easy to see why hiring a private chef is such a memorable part of a villa vacation.
For activities, our sunset sail with Cabo Sailing was definitely a favorite. The crew made everyone feel welcome, kept things fun, and always prioritized safety. We sailed around Land's End and the famous Arch before continuing past Solmar to watch the sunset. Surprisingly, after all my visits to Cabo, I'd never cruised that particular route before. Seeing the coastline from that perspective made for an unforgettable evening.
One of the most meaningful parts of the trip wasn't a tour or excursion; it was spending time with our concierge team. We gathered at Casa Familia over coffee and snacks, sharing ideas, asking questions, and discussing ways we can continue to create exceptional experiences for our guests. Being able to connect in person with the people who help make every Cabo Villas vacation so seamless was incredibly valuable.
Every trip to Los Cabos reminds me of why I love what I do. Visiting these beautiful villas, experiencing new activities, and reconnecting with our local partners allows me to come home with fresh recommendations and firsthand knowledge I can share with every guest I help.
