Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Please review the cancellation and rescheduling terms applicable to your CaboVillas reservation before booking.

Standard Rescheduling Policy

Reservations may be rescheduled 21 days or more prior to arrival under the following conditions:

• New travel must be completed within one year of the original check-out date.
• The same property and number of nights are required.
• New dates are subject to availability and any applicable rate increase.
• A $100 rescheduling fee applies.
• One reschedule is permitted per reservation.
• Holiday and Limited Offer reservations may not be rescheduled.

Standard Cancellation Policy

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless CaboVillas is able to re-rent the same property for the same rate and period of time. If the property is successfully re-rented under these conditions, a refund will be issued less a 10% cancellation fee.
