Standard Cancellation Policy
More than 45 days before arrival: The 25% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. No additional payment is due.
45 days or less before arrival: The reservation is non-refundable. The remaining 75% balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
If we are able to rebook your dates: If Cabo Villas is able to re-rent the same property to a new guest for the same dates and at the same rate, payments received will be refunded, less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total rental amount.
Rescheduling
Reservations may be rescheduled 21 days or more before arrival, subject to the following:
New travel must be completed within one year of the original check-out date.
The same property and number of nights are required.
New dates are subject to availability and any applicable rate increase.
A $100 rescheduling fee applies.
One reschedule is permitted per reservation.
Holiday reservations are not eligible for rescheduling.
Limited-Time Flexible Rescheduling: Select villas qualify for enhanced flexibility allowing reservations to be rescheduled up to 3 days prior to arrival for eligible travel through December 19, 2026. View Flexible Travel details and eligible terms
