As a third-generation spa owner, Suzanne has more than 30 years of experience serving elite clients from all over the world. Her full-service day spa in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was the first of its kind in the area, growing to 5,000 sq ft with 45 highly trained, licensed employees. She has since brought her expertise to Cabo San Lucas, where she educates her staff about the most effective techniques & treatments to ensure you receive only the best luxury spa services. ARRIVAL GUIDELINES
Please consider we will arrive at your villa 30 minutes before, to do the spa set up. By being prepared and ready for your appointment, you not only maximize your own time with us but also allow us to maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for all our clients.
WHAT TO WEAR
You are welcome to wear what makes you feel the most comfortable, whether it’s your underwear, swimwear or nude. Professional draping is performed throughout the treatment.
MEDICAL CONCERNS
As we tailor every treatment to your special needs, communication is important. It allows us to perform a proper service by understanding if you had a heart disease, recent surgeries, allergies, pregnancy or any kind of ache.
ELECTRONIC DEVICES
We strive to create a serene and tranquil environment for total relaxation. To enhance your experience and fully immerse yourself in the peaceful ambiance, we kindly request that you disconnect from your electronic devices while receiving your spa services.
SET UP TIME
CANCELLATION POLICIES
For all groups (6 or more), we require 48 hrs. cancellation notice, with the exception of the Holiday Season, when we
require a 7-day cancellation notice.
SPECIAL CASES OF CANCELLATION NOTICE
Reservations made from one day to the next: If a reservation has been made less than 24 hours from the appointment starting time (from one day to the next), no cancellations will be allowed after 6:00 PM on the day that the appointment has been made. Cancellations will only be allowed by calling our office before 6 PM MST closing time. If we have not received the phone call, the appointment will be charged in full.
• Reservations made for the same day. If a reservation has been made for the same day of inquiry, a 4-hour cancellation notice will be required.
Payments are made directly to Suzanne Morel Face & Body Care at the time of services. All our prices are in US dollars. All prices include 3.75% booking fee. 18% gratuities and 16% taxes will be added. These promotions can not be applied with any other promotion. Visa and MasterCard credit card payments are accepted.
