With its built-in bar, entertainment center, and living area that opens onto a large patio with pool, you’ll appreciate the quality and style of this ideal Pedregal home.

Most of the villa’s spacious bedrooms have beguiling ocean views, and all have private bathrooms. There are also spectacular views from many vantage points on the property, but if you really can’t get enough of those sparkling blues, you merely have to take a short stroll on a private road that leads directly down to a scenic beach. Hanging around outside the villa has its perks too, with its infinity pool and the alfresco dining for 8 under the cozy palapa.

The villa’s grounds are appealingly landscaped—in fact, “appealing” is a word that suits this villa perfectly. From its striking hillside setting to its travertine floors, Villa del Sol is an attractive home that will fulfill all your getaway needs.

NOTE: Villa Del Sol can accommodate wedding parties/events of up to 25 guests (sit down) and 50 (standing). One-night additional rental fee + $550 HOA permit (minimum 3-night rental required).

We received wonderful service. The housekeeper was thorough and gracious, our concierge was always helpful, and we were welcomed to hour villa with homemade chips and salsa and margaritas. The home was nice, with plenty of space for everyone. The location was a short walk to the beach and a short cab ride into town. What we liked best was the view of the ocean.
