This resort was amazing and I cannot wait to go back! The customer service was out of this world! I have been in hospitality for 12 years and have never experienced such amazing service. Everyone went above and beyond everyday for us! The staff alone will make us come back soon.

The value was great and the hotel was described accurately. Highlights were the beautiful hotel, the gorgeous weather, the whale watching trip, the "premium bar," the pools, the workout room facing the beach, the breakfast buffet, the ocean view, the friendly hotel staff and the free Internet service in the lobby. The whole trip was amazing!
