- On site staff offers preparation of any type of traditional style Mexican breakfast or lunch including BBQ, buffet or traditional sit down. Cost per meal is $10 per person for breakfast, $14 per person for lunch (no cost for children under 4) and $5 per person for snacks (plus cost of food with receipts provided). There is a $25 fee for each grocery shopping trip. Gratuity is additional and recommended. Discounts negotiable for long stays and large groups. Staff does not provide on-site dinner services but special requests can be made. Existing staff has been preparing meals for Las Rocas guests since 1995. 72 hours’ notice is required. Not available for groups over 25.

What a great experience. It all started with Amber as our reservationist at CaboVillas who was incredibly delightful and helpful. Then, the villa was spectacular (even better than in the photos). Highly recommend this company and property to anyone looking for a place in Cabo!

Pictures do not do this Villa justice! The staff, amenities, location, and property are second to none. Thank you to Lucero and Rodolfo for keeping us well fed, the staff for taking care of our every need, and Luis for all his help. We couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful place to celebrate a 50th birthday with family and friends!

There are no pictures that could do this property justice. The first walk through the door into an open-air living room with the beach in the background, was breathtaking. From the service to the whale migration viewed from the comfort of our couch, everything was absolutely incredible. The place is a little tricky to find and to direct drivers to, so either use the recommended shuttle survive or a service that has GPS (e.g. Uber). The house could use some high quality, durable pool floats for lounging. The staff was wonderful and got some light plastic ones on one of their grocery delivery trips, but it had a hole. I highly recommend staying at this property!
