Twelve of our family members stayed at Villa Gran Vista for a week between Christman & New Years. Caretakers Nato & Lucy spoiled us with excellent service. They even prepared exquisite meals for us at the villa of fresh fish & shrimp with homemade guacamole. The home was beautiful, with each couple having their own master suite with a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Every amenity & more was provided for us there. We also felt very secure & safe in this gated community. Great area for long walks too.
I've been to Pedregal many times and have rented several wonderful villas. Villa Gran Vista was the best experience I've had because it has the ideal combination of luxury, view, space, amenities and affordability. Many other villas have several of those benefits, but few, if any, have all of them. Miranda was very helpful. She was capable, responsive and a pleasure to deal with.I was able to deal with one person who not only assisted helping us decide which villa was best for our particular group, but was also helpful in providing ideas to arrange for related services (rental cars, chef services, etc.).
Carlos from Denni's catering was a true professional and very nice. We were particularly appreciative of Furtunado and Lulu, the caretakers who reside there at the villa.
Kassi Almand in reservations was superb! Villa Gran Vista was a dream house for 6 couples celebrating turning 50! We enjoyed whale watching from the pool deck and hot tub, drinks around the fire pit, and especially knowing our catering team was arriving with dinner each night. So relaxing. We will return soon!
