The nine suites, some featuring ocean views and private balconies, offer individual media centers and plenty of space for each member of your group to relax in comfort. Inside, you’ll also enjoy the lavish gourmet kitchen, and an Internet study with multiple stations.
Outside, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy the spectacular Baja sunshine. The spacious terrace offers an infinity pool with swim-up bar, a Jacuzzi for 8 and 12 lounge chairs. Fire up the gas barbecue, turn on the outdoor fire-pit and settle in for a marvelous evening enjoying the colors of the sunset dip beyond the Pacific.

Villa Descanso’s full-time house staff is a distinguishing feature that separates this villa from most others. They provide the ultimate in personal attention and service, handling the indoor cleaning and maid services, outdoor cleaning and maintenance. They are knowledgeable of the villa and can assist with questions and problems should they arise. They are also excellent cooks, and for an additional fee (negotiated directly with them) are available for meal preparation and cooking.

We will definitely be back! The best part of this house was every room having a bathroom and then some! All the best were comfortable, and cool. The A/c worked great! House was also clean and beautiful just like the photos. House staff was outstanding as well as the chef!!! The concierge was quick to respond and accommodate any transportation updates. A group of 15 friends ventured to Villa Descanso for my 30th birthday and we could not have selected a better villa! The 10 bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group. Everyone had space to relax. Pablo was an amazing concierge. He was responsive and helpful! We loved hiring the villa chefs, Jonathan and Juan, to prepare a group dinner and lunch, too. The Pedregal is the ‘Beverly Hills’ of private residential gated communities in Cabo San Lucas. Despite 30 years of steady growth, the Mediterranean-inspired community still manages to hold onto its Old World atmosphere while simultaneously embracing the new. Built into a magnificent granite hillside surrounded by exotic desert vegetation, the area’s 360 acres feature sweeping panoramic views over either Cabo San Lucas Bay or the Pacific. With cobblestone streets, fine restaurants and numerous recreational options, the emphasis is on privacy and a casual, tropical lifestyle. Exquisite showpiece homes abound.
