We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful. The heated pool and hot tub were great. There was plenty of space for the 9 of us. Pedregal is a wonderful neighborhood. It’s safe and has beautiful views. It’s a great neighborhood for morning walks and runs. It is hilly so be prepared for a hike back up! We didn’t use the tennis courts but liked the option. We loved the convenience of walking to downtown & the harbor. The villa staff was extremely helpful. Our concierge was Ruben and he was great!

Villa Sebastian is an excellent property. It’s very comfortable and well-appointed, and the maid service was terrific. The view of the ocean are good even though you are a little bit further away than some of the other properties that are further down the hill. I would wholeheartedly recommend Cabo Villas and Villa Sebastian.

We extended our trip by one day and had to switch villas. We ended up at Villa Sebastian, wishing we had more time. Property was gorgeous, contemporary and super clean! Great view of the Pacific. We wanted for nothing! Highly suggest!

The Pedregal is the ‘Beverly Hills’ of private residential gated communities in Cabo San Lucas.
