We had a wonderful stay at Villa las Flores. The host team was incredibly proactive in communicating about the property, activities, restaurants, accessibility, etc and our concierge was extremely responsive during our stay. The communication pre-arrival and during were unmatched, the property is even more beautiful than the photos depict, the rooms were very clean and well appointed and the setting is beautiful. While the beach at pedregal isnt swimmable, the walk to and around the beach was amazing and the villa is just far enough away from downtown cabo to have a very serene setting. Easy access via car to many restaurants, beaches, activities. the house easily accommodated our family of 16 - would definitely stay again!

This house was beyond gorgeous! Stayed here with 18 friends for my husbands 40th birthday party. We enjoyed the house SO much. The concierge was amazing, would respond within minutes. I’d say the only complaint would be that the downstairs bedroom AC wasn’t working properly, so I felt bad for the friends staying down there. But the concierge team had a Maintenance team out to look at it within a few hours of complaint, which is amazing service, although it didn’t get fixed, the next day they had someone out again when we let them know. The service at the house was amazing Would definitely stay here again
