Two couples enjoyed our stay at here. The house was pleasant and adequate for our needs. I liked the location close to town the walk was very doable with a gentle uphill climb home. We enjoyed spending time on the upper deck taking in the view - excellent sunrise location! We felt very safe in the gated community and easily accessed Ubers when needed. We most often walked to Romeo y Julieta and ordered dinner from there. Cannery beach is within walking distance too.

Fantastic location

Had a great stay at Villa Colorado! The house is located in a perfect spot to walk to dinner, beaches, bars and shops! We had fantastic service from the start at booking! I would recommend this as a great retreat from the busy town but just close enough for all the fun!

Villa Colorado Vacation

The property was located in the central part of Pedregal without much of a view of the water. The layout of the property made up for it. The pool/hot tub was a wonderful part of our time there. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. If we return to Cabo we will definitely check Villa Colorado availability!

Roomy and beautiful space in Villa Colorado

We enjoyed our week with Cabo Villas very much. The house and grounds are gorgeous. Alex was very very easy to work with and answered all questions in the planning process. Our concierge Jorge was extremely responsive during our stay. We highly recommend doing a whale watch tour right out of the local marina. We will mention that if people are considering staying in the villas at Pedregal they should not expect a beautiful and unspoiled water view and should be prepared for lots of walking and driving up and over bumpy roads to get to the villa. Pedregal is built high up in rocky cliffs. That said, it’s close to downtown and amenities. The excursions outside of Cabo San Lucas will take some time to get to and you will likely drive on dirt roads wherever you travel to. The only suggestions we have for the villa itself are to improve the lighting throughout the inside of the home (lighting outside is ample), especially living room and bedrooms. The bedrooms would be enhanced by benches or chairs for ease of getting dressed (there are none) and bathrooms could use additional towel racks. The outdoor spaces are very well maintained and very comfortable. Our family of six adults always had ample space to spread out and relax. We also appreciated the welcome gifts and amenities when we arrived! Thank you Caba Villas

This property was just as it looked in the pictures. The house was clean and fresh and well maintained. All the plants were in bloom which made it even more appealing when outside. We had Chefs come and cook for us at the house and they made an arrangement on the table out of flowers from the yard. It is located in a gated community which made us feel very safe the whole time we were there. I would definitely recommend this house!

Lovely gorgeous stay! Hector, our concierge was extremely helpful and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The place was very clean, I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Wonderful villa with easy access to the beach and marina

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa! It was so nice to be able to walk to everything from the villa with only a small hill just at the steps. The villa was very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and balcony. The jacuzzi is very spacious as well. The master suite was also very nice, with easy access to the patio. I would definitely come back again!

Walking Distance to the Marina: Villa Colorado

We loved our stay at Villa Colorado. It was us and our two teenage kids and there was plenty of space. The house is exactly as described. It is in a great location with short walk to the marina and main town. Small but very well stocked supermarket called California Ranch at the bottom of the hill (5min walk) which is convenient (not cheap though). House was immaculately clean and the check in process was super easy. We were met by our concierge Héctor who was fantastic and helped us throughput our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!!

The CaboVilla was amazing. Everything was perfect including the gorgeous home, landscaping and patio area. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Also, Hector was fabulous and always available for anything we needed. He even got us all scheduled for parasailing. Definitively an A+ experience!

Villa Colorado/Sept 2020

I would definitely stay at the homes within Pedregal. It’s a gated/guarded community. Very easy walking into town. Depending on where the home you rent is located the walk back could be tricky (up hill and the road is all paved rock). We stayed at Villa Colorado. It’s a three bedroom 2.5 bath home. Nice, the only thing was kitchen was bare minimum. For myself, boyfriend and my 2 grown up sons it was perfect. The walk to and from town to this Villa was very easy. The only issue if you want to call it that was a leaking bbq faucet (they fixed right away) also the pool water level went out. They are in process of fixing. All minor and part of home repairs. Air conditioning worked wonderfully.

We recently stayed at this house for a girls' trip and it was the perfect place. The concierge staff were very accommodating and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend using them to arrange your rides into town as well, as security at Pedregal is strict and using a taxi company that is familiar with the rules and community was very helpful. We were able to play our music on a speaker we brought without issue. The beds were very comfortable!

Villa Colorado makes perfect for Cabo vacation

We just got back from an amazing week long stay at Villa Colorado. Located in the gated Pedregal community in Cabo San Lucas, this Villa is the best of all worlds. The Villa is very comfortable and felt more like our home than a rental. Just outside the kitchen / living is a terrace that looks out over Cabo and the ocean and a perfect spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We caught fish on day 2 and the concierge arraigned for a private chef to come over and cook it for us. The meal was fantastic and view from the terrace made it just special. The master and guest bedrooms both open up to the pool / hot tub for days and nights of sun and relaxation. We started our mornings with a walk through the Pedregal over to the private beach on the Pacific side. The ocean is not swimmable, but you can find tranquility sitting in the sand watching the waves. From the Villa, it’s a 10 min walk into town and a 20 min walk to the Medano beach. Taxi’s are also readily available if walking isn’t your thing or after a night at Cabo Wabo. Being in the Pedregal is very safe, with 24 hour security. The Villa is spacious and can accommodate 3 couples, with each having their own bedroom. We love this Villa and all that it has to offer and will definitely stay here on our next Cabo adventure!
