Whether you decide to admire the unforgettable panorama from your lounge chair, the swimming pool or the inviting jacuzzi at Villa Perla, you’ll find it difficult to tear yourself away from the glorious vistas. Enjoy sights of cruise ships and fishing boats passing in the distance throughout the day. You may even catch glimpse of migrating whales making their way along the coastline!
Attractive décor and a comfortable floor plan welcome you to Villa Perla. The airy living and dining areas open to the scenic terrace, setting the scene for the best of indoor/outdoor entertaining and relaxation. Each of the spacious bedrooms offers an en suite bath. The magnificent primary suite is a remarkable sanctuary and boasts a large jacuzzi tub in the spa-like bathroom. The villa also offers a well-equipped kitchen, and dining area for 12.
Outside, the villa’s offerings beckon you to spend countless hours enjoying the sunshine and sea breezes. The outdoor dining area, media system, sparkling swimming pool and garden area create the feeling of a private oasis. When you’re ready to hit the town, you’re just a short drive into the heart of Cabo San Lucas and the many activities of the marina.
Note: Villa is on multiple levels with several flights of stairs; not recommended for guests with physical restrictions.
Construction Note: A new home is under construction nearby. While disruption is currently minimal, activity may increase. Work occurs Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Estimated completion: March 2027.
