Your services were helpful, polite and timely. My wife and I were lucky to be upgraded to a master suite and it was a fantastic place for all of us to gather in the evening to exchange stories, play games and have fun.

The resort and the people working there were fabulous. The kids’ club staff along with the entertainment staff were exceptional and left a positive lasting impression on my two young children, wife and myself. The resort exceeded my family’s expectations. The food was outstanding as well.

We wanted to thank all the friendly and gracious staff we met at the Melia Cabo resort. We had a very pleasant, relaxing, beach walking and whale watching week with you in March. We boogie-boarded one day, which was great, went kayaking, which was fantastic, and swam in your pool each day.
Walking down in shorts to an open-air breakfast at the palapa was a marvelous way to start the day, followed by beachwalking, swimming, relaxing by the pool and reading in your hammocks and chatting in Spanish. All the food was fantastic, and we especially loved the guacamole and chips for an afternoon snack. We really highly recommend the Japanese and Italian restaurants for evening meals. Many thanks for your hospitality.
