Yes. All guests must be at least 25 years old, including the primary renter.

Our villas are designed for private stays; however certain events may be permitted with prior owner approval. Please note: Events, outside guests, DJs, or amplified music require advance approval Approved events may include event fees and/or permits Quiet hours must always be observed. Occupancy limits may only be exceeded with prior approval. Unauthorized events, guests, or DJs are not permitted If a villa is not approved for an event, or if your celebration is larger in scale, our concierge team can easily arrange beach clubs, private venues, or yacht charters so the fun doesn’t miss a beat.

No additional deposits are charged beyond the standard refundable security deposit. For bachelor and bachelorette groups: The standard security deposit is required and must be paid by electronic transfer (credit cards are not accepted) The deposit is fully refundable and returned within 14 days after departure, pending a post-stay inspection Pre-approval may be required depending on the specific villa and owner guidelines All requirements are clearly disclosed before booking is confirmed, so there are no surprises.

Each villa has a strict maximum occupancy, which includes any approved visitors. Exceeding this limit is not permitted and may result in fines or termination of the reservation without refund, unless explicitly approved in advance by Cabo Villas and the property owner.
