Our recent stay at Villa Serrana, was everything we had hoped for and more. The house is very clean, and Tino was most helpful. We appreciated the kitchen amenities, and wanted for nothing during our 11 day stay! The outside kitchen was used daily and the pool area is gorgeous! Thanks to the staff who made this home perfect for the three of us.

The 4 of us (2 couples) stayed in Villa Serrana for 6 nights and had the best time. The villa was immaculate, comfortable and exactly as described. Bedrooms were comfortable, AC in each room, wireless internet throughout the house, washer/dryer, etc. The bathrooms were clean had water purifiers on each faucet, showers were great, too. Backyard, pool & hot tub were awesome - the best part of the house! It even had an outdoor kitchen which we used everyday! Location was perfect - a short taxi ride to wherever you want to go. The building manager and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Overall it was perfect and anything that wasn't was easily fixed / managed by the staff.
