It is just a short walk to downtown so when some of the group was ready to go they didn't need to wait on the whole group. With just a short walk to the marina you could take a water taxi to snorkeling, sightseeing or other beach events. The bedrooms are roomy enough and the neighborhood is very charming. The pool is small but just right for hanging out on the patio. One large bedroom downstairs worked great for our elderly parents. Everyone is the group was pleased with this property.

They answered all question honestly and professionally. I rented this property for July in February, and saw it advertised later at a lower price on another web site, I called Cabo Villas and they matched the lower price as advertised, no problems. The Villa de Tres Hermanas was just like moving into another home for a week. Very comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. The location is within walking distance to town and the marina, just remember its uphill all the way back,but not difficult.When you return from your trip into town just jump into the pool and hot tub to relax and rewind. Compare the price of the Villa with the Hotel prices for four The villas win hands down,eat where you want and cook what you want. Food shopping is just a short distance away at Wallmart, Costco, or Sams Club (about a 15 minute drive). The added service of being met at the airport and delivered to your home away from home is a great advantage, Cabo Villas also arranged to have a rental car delivered to the villa and then we returned it to the airport, a great service. All in all one of the best vacations ever.This party of four was two adults and two thirteen year boys.

The house was perfectly located, literally a 3 minute walk to downtown. All amenities were available, including a washer and dryer. The house was stocked with everything. All you need is your clothes and eventually stocking it yourself with food. There was not one bad thing about this place. The hot tub was perfect at night to just unwind and relax. I'll definitely be back at this house for my next Cabo trip.

It was fully furnished and very close to the marina. The pool and hot tub were a bonus. Our only issue was the hot water ran out on day 2 and a message was left with no response. I called when we returned to the states and was expecting a small refund or bonus on our next trip. This did not occur. We love Cabo and will return. We may even stay in the same villa as it was very nice.
