The amenities, the helpful and welcoming staff, and the views were all amazing. The entire house was spotless and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The chef even prepared an authentic Mexican 4 course dinner complete with a Mezcal pairing! They really thought of everything.

Julie and the team were incredibly helpful organizing everything leading up to the weekend. We enjoyed the private chefs, home massage experience, and all the activities that were coordinated. The house maids were excellent and even made us coffee every morning. Hector was such a pleasure to work with once we arrived. Our whole group didn't have the lift a finger while we were in Cabo. Hector was also great as we had needs during the week and he coordinated all of our rides. The house is even better in person. Everyone got their own private space while also having plenty of communal living room. We can't wait to come back!

Its sprawling layout made us not feel cramped! What can be better than a house on the beach?! We had our sons wedding here and I honestly can say it was perfection! The layout was perfect, with stunning views from every room and great natural lighting throughout. The bedroom suites were spacious and comfortable, accommodating everyone in our group with ease. The amenities were fantastic, offering something for everyone. From tennis court, movie room, game room, gym, to indoor sauna. The pool was a highlight, not too deep, making it safe for most. The property is located in a safe community, and the gate guard was very thorough in checking who comes in and out, adding an extra layer of security to our stay. Additionally, the home is just a quick and easy drive to the market, beach, and local restaurants and bars. The staff recommended by our host were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was memorable. Further, the property manager answered any questions we had promptly, and making our entire stay easy and convenient. The sound system, lighting, and AC control were all easy to use. Bugs were all manageable, thanks to the property’s upkeep. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. If you want a true vacation, this is the home to stay at. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cabo!

It was clean and spacious and everyone loved the modern aeasthetics. Plus, the views truly could not be beat! We got to see whales and some awesome sunrises and sunsets. We truly cannot say enough great stuff about the chef/catering service. The food was fantastic and the presentation went above and beyond expectations. We felt really taken care of by them and only wish we stayed longer to enjoy more food! The massages were great. Everyone raved about them and the spa team was very friendly and accommodating. Mariana, the housekeeping team and all the drivers for transportation arranged were also warm and friendly (prompt/timely). We definitely appreciated the housekeeping team's willingness to work seamlessly around us on the day we largely just lounged around the villa.

The house is beautiful. The heated pool and hot tub were great. There was plenty of space for the 9 of us. Pedregal is a wonderful neighborhood. It’s safe and has beautiful views. It’s a great neighborhood for morning walks and runs. It is hilly so be prepared for a hike back up! We didn’t use the tennis courts but liked the option. We loved the convenience of walking to downtown & the harbor. The villa staff was extremely helpful. Our concierge was Ruben and he was great!

The view is amazing and the beach access is a huge perk in Cabo. The location is ideal! Not too far from the airport but also close to downtown for excursions, dinners out, etc... The home was very well maintained - the home was clean upon arrival and was kept very tidy throughout our stay by the cleaning crew. The rooms all had beautiful views - beds were comfortable, bathrooms were HUGE! The staff was amazing to work with! We were traveling with our toddler and nanny and with that came a lot of up front prep work. They made it easy and stress free to rent anything and everything we needed. The catering options were also top notch - planning and coordinating a menu plan for 9 people over the course of 7 days - breakfast lunch and dinner was a bit daunting but Kimberly was helpful and quick to respond with quotes, questions, pricing, etc. We also had a large pre stocking list that was extremely well managed. I felt at times our requests were annoying and tedious but the Cabo Villas team never once made me feel that way. They were always very kind, patient and courteous. We absolutely loved our chef and his assistant - they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! We always like to visit new homes when we travel but would most definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking in the Cabo area! If we travel to the Cabo area again we will definitely be using Cabo Villas. Thank you again!

We spent many hours in the pool as a group enjoying the views and fun conversation. All but one bedroom maximize the views and even the bathroom windows. The theater room was so nice for movie nights and the house is well done and nicely decorated with great art. I highly recommend ordering full service breakfast every morning, everyone loved the food and it was so special the team is incredible. Hector was very responsive and patient with last minute changes and updates to the itinerary. Will go back!

"Beautiful Villa!"
The villa is beautiful, very clean, and located in a very safe community of Pedregal. The villa is a 2 minutes walk to the pristine private beach. We took Ubers to places and it was very easy. The villa had all the amenities (e.g., plenty of clean linens), kitchen was well stocked, and rooms were clean. Outdoor area was great for laying out and an outside morning workout with a beautiful ocean view. Everything was very comfortable. Zinnet was responsive and very helpful with tips and suggestions in her emails. Jaime, property manager, was wonderful and provided us with a warm greeting upon check-in. He stopped by every couple of days to clean the pool and helped us with anything we needed. Overall, I would definitely recommend this villa.

Exactly what he wanted, a spot on the beach where we could walk out and surf everyday. Costa Azul was the perfect spot for that. The villa was beautiful, well equipped and exactly what we needed. 12 of us rented for a long bachelor weekend and couldn’t have asked for more. The views are as good as they come and the house itself was perfect for a larger group of people. Our hosts were extremely helpful in making our stay as memorable as it was, especially the concierge service and all the staff that helped throughout our time there. "Casa Stella is truly special"
Located on one of the highest streets in the Pedregal hillside, with sweeping views in multiple directions. The layout is resort like with so much open space to hang out, yet also seek privacy if needed. There was no ’bad’ room in the house - every room was unique, special and had its own no compromise bathroom. Everyone had a high quality place to sleep. Every amenity is top notch - movie theater, pool, hot tub. Last but absolutely not least is the staff. Before visiting I noted that several reviewers kept talking about how great the staff was and barely seemed to mention the property itself. After visiting, I realize why. Juan, Luis, Betza and team are truly next level incredible. They have your every need taken care of, are unbelievably thoughtful, accommodating, kind and will go out of the way to make everything more then perfect. Whether it’s handing out snuggies at night for the massive outdoor fireplace, making sure everyone has a drink of their choice, bringing you binoculars just as migrating whales surface in the distance, accommodating desired meal times, diets, special requests. The maid service returns the house to day 1 walk in condition every day. Everything is done with a smile. An unbelievably flawless first class experience (the only downside is having to eventually return to every day life without them). The chef & meal service is a must here, the food was presented in art form, tremendous selection & variety, everything tasted fantastic. As we had a large group we chose to eat at the house for nearly every meal and thank heavens we did. Not only was it convenient & cost effective but eating perfected meals with the view of the ocean the property provides in the company of your group is next level. As the person who plans annual reunions in different places every year, I consider myself a perfectionist when looking at places to stay that check as many boxes as possible - trust me when I say I looked at nearly every property available for rent in

From the moment we booked, we worked with Alex and she assisted with setting up catered meals & activities. The entire process was so easy and you were truly able to sit back and relax once there. Pedro was our concierge once we arrived and he was so helpful too! We just messaged him whenever we needed anything and he confirmed all of our appointments and taxis. The house and surrounding area was just as pictured and felt very safe. I absolutely would return!

"Amazing Week"
There was a second level being added to one of the houses in the complex that caused quite a bit of noise throughout the days, but even that couldn't affect relaxing by the pool, whale watching from the patio and just having quiet time with the family. Ruben was amazing and so very helpful during our stay. There were a couple small issues that happened (broken lock, new coffee maker needed, cold pool) and he handled all of them quickly and happily. If you're looking for complete silence 24/7, this isn't for you, but I used to live in NY - I can easily ignore normal noise levels, especially when the location is so amazingly picturesque. Would definitely return.
