The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was always very helpful. The buffet always had something for everyone! The entertainment was fun.

The resort was beautiful and spacious and the place was very clean and immaculate.
Jesus and Paulie (poolside waiters) were very friendly and always there when you needed a cocktail. Felix (baggage) was very helpful and of course, how can we forget Enrique....what a wonderful host and always there to make sure that everything was at the best. The staff members at Riu Palace were amazing and very friendly.I feel that the choices at the restaurants on-site were very limited. The buffet was amazing, but very disappointed in the restaurants. I feel airport transportation should be included in the cost. Whale watching in Cabo was amazing.

Nik Reyes followed up quickly and was very knowledgeable on our destination.
We were nervous the resort would still be under construction from the hurricane and Nik assured us it was in perfect order and he was correct. The resort was amazing and one of the most cleanest places I've ever stayed. The staff was extremely friendly and more than accommodating. The view is breathtaking and the whale watching tour is a must; within minutes of being on the water we saw several humpback whales. I would recommend this resort over and over. Food and beverage was very good and options were limitless. Everything was fantastic! . I would use ESSV again. I actually forgot to bring my documents and called ESSV in a panic and my documents were emailed to me within minutes. Transportation and resort knew exactly who we were and were extremely friendly.

Things worked well.
When the Sant a Fe was closed, we were automatically upgraded to our ocean view at the palace, same price. The food was, by and large, better than expected. The paella was fresh and available lunch and dinne,r and the sports room with all the leftovers and trimmings was a great surprise. Our trip was great!

The best part of our visit was how the staff made sure we were well taken care of.
Our dates were just after Cabo really began opening after the hurricane. The Riu corporate made sure that one of their two sites in Cabo was 70% occupied in order to fully use staff. We were booked at RIU Santa Fe but were incorporated into RIU Palace. We had a wonderful stay and will book again on another year. Everything was excellent!
