Upon arriving at Villa Lorena we were amazed at the view, layout and the overall property itself. We were greeted by margaritas and chips/salsa which was a great perk after a day of travelling. The view from Villa Lorena is spectacular. We witnessed multiple whale sightings throughout the day from the pool deck and hot tub. The house/furniture has been upgraded from the time the pics were taken for the VRBO site. The exterior doors are French doors (not patio doors) and the couches in the family room have been replaced and are very comfortable. Bathroom pics weren’t included on the website however they don’t disappoint. The showers are huge and there is plenty of room for toiletries on the counter and in the vanities. There is also a 1/2 bath off the kitchen which was a definite plus for our group. The kitchen has everything you need and the laundry room off the kitchen has 2 washers and 2 dryers including a large horizontal freezer. The BBQ is off of the laundry room not the pool deck area. The beds are comfortable and fit our group perfectly. Housecleaning every other day was perfect. They were flexible in what you want cleaned/laundry which was great. Hector was our concierge and he was very accessible and assisted us on cabs etc. Lola was very helpful in answering our groups questions throughout the booking process. We took advantage of the transportation to and from the airport which was fantastic. We highly recommend utilizing this service. Pride of ownership by the owner, housekeeping, and concierge services is evident and appreciated. This is not your typical rental property. We have rebooked for next year as Villa Lorena was absolutely perfect and was our home away from home!

Concierge service through Cabovillas was very responsive. The space was perfect for our group.

The house is beautifully designed with gorgeous brick ceilings, ocean views from all rooms and traditional Mexican décor. The pool overlooking the ocean is the perfect hang out during the day, and the kitchen and living area were great for sharing big meals and spending time together. We had a couple meals catered in by Chili & Lime and they were fabulous. House keeping came a couple times during our stay and refreshed the towels, made beds, etc. This was a welcome bonus which is not typically included when renting a house. I found Villa Lorena through CaboVillas. Kimberly helped me get everything all set and provided recommendations for things to do in Cabo. Upon arrival to Villa Lorena our concierge, Giovanni, met us and provided his cell phone so that we could contact him for anything we may need. This made getting taxis so easy and saved us a lot of time. I would 100% recommend Villa Lorena and CaboVillas for a fabulous vacation!

Ample room for privacy with a big group and within close proximity to all DT Cabo has to offer. My 7 Freleng’s and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were debating on what we could do to quit or jobs and live at Villa Lorena permanently.

We went for a guys trip, 10 guys, and it was exactly what we needed. Everyone slept comfortabley, laid by the pool in the afternoon, and enjoyed the beautiful sunset the villa has to offer in the eveningings. I would definitely recommend the villa Lorena!

! She took care of everything we inquired about. We stayed in Villa Lorena in Pedregal. We were very pleased with the complimentary margaritas and our concierge really was available for everything. My friends and I are still reminiscing about our excursion. I would truly recommend cabovillas to anyone looking for the ultimate getaway. We had a BLAST!!!

It's a five minute walk to the beach and a short drive to everything Cabo has to offer. The house layout was perfect for my girls weekend and would work great for families as well. We especially loved the pool and deck area. If I ever plan to visit Cabo again, I'd definitely book with CaboVillas!

Beach was just down the way which give you a nice walk throughout the stay. I'd highly recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

Nik is great, as is the on-site management team and maid service. Villa Lorena was ideal for the 5 of us. We did our normal 1 hour stop at the grocery and then headed to the villa for our arrival margaritas, chips and home-made guac and salsa! The villa and pool were clean. The kitchen was well stocked for essentials. The only thing we recommend to the owner is having all the locks work for 1 key. Going and coming during the day and evening and trying to find the key to each door upon entry and exit was a pain! Walk to the beach was short. We walked to and from town a few times during the day. At night we used the taxi service. We always stay in Pedregal as we now know the "lay of the land". We appreciate the security provided as well. The pool lounge area is nice. There was a large portable umbrella that we used, as well as nearby covered patio areas when one needed a brief break from the sun. You are close enought to the beach to hear the surf when out by the pool. We used the on-site management team to book a private yacht for 5 hours one day! It was an incredible experience that we highly recommend. We looked online, but ESSV was able to get us the best deal by far! Use them for any booking services, including reservations at restaurants. We definately would stay in Villa Lorena again.

It perfect for large groups. The views are breathe taking. We travel to Cabo every October and we will definitely stay at this property again.

other villas in Pedregal and we've stayed in 4 others over the years. The pool and views are beautiful and the kitchen and living areas worked well for us. One suggestion which was shared with the Cabo Villas representative: the villa was very dark as many light bulbs were out in the living areas, kitchen and bedrooms. This is an easy fix and would make the villa more inviting.

Ocean Views in Cabo San Lucas. Villa Lorena was perfect. 5 of us stayed there for a bachelor party. The house is only a few minute walk from the beach. The pool/patio overlooks the ocean. We couldn't have asked for more. The house was priced on the lower end of the scale which was surprising considering how nice it is. In order to get a taxi into town, all I had to do was call our concierge. Within 15 minutes the van would show. The town is close, but the walk has too many hills.

Literally Cadillac transportation service from airport to villa. Greeted by Hector and his delicious margaritas! Refrigerator prestocked and vacation in paradise begins. Villa Lorena is comfortable, very clean, well appointed and perfectly located to watch the sunset over the gorgeous Pacific Ocean.

The first week was with friends and the second week was with family. The Villa is well located in the middle of Pedregal and offers an easy walk to the beach. The rooms and furnishings are adequate but not up to the standard we have come to expect from the other villas we have rented in Pedregal in the past (Villa Fiesta, Hoya Del Mar, La Perla, Costa Brava on the Corridor). The furniture needs updating/upgrading, the sound system did not work and was so old that plugging in an Ipod was impossible, the speakers in the pool area had been disconnected and, what once would have been a great feature, water falls to the pool, had been neglected and were not working. The pool and hot tub took some tinkering and understanding but we were eventually able to find workable settings. Villa Lorena is well laid out but in need of a good deal of what appears to be "deferred maintenance". Our Concierge during the first week (Giovanni) was very attentive and instantly reachable when we needed him but the Concierge for the second week (Hector) showed up the first day, never left his contact info and was never seen again. This was by far the most "average" of all the Villas we have stayed in. There are certainly better values for the dollar in Pedregal than Villa Lorena.

It was better than ever imagined. And the pictures don't do it justice-- it looks even better than the photos here. Just amazing. Incredible views. The staff was very helpful and we're quick to respond to any need. The house cleaner was also great. And while very rare, the pool was heated. So comfortable. Also, you can walk down to the Bach where there is a children's playground and great rocks for kids to climb on. Swimming a bit too dangerous. The home is perfect for multiple families as it's spread out into mini casitas that give privacy. Great location. One downside is it's one of the farthest pedregal homes from town. The taxi vans are very shady. Concierge would quote us a price then the guy they send demands more money. That's something to watch out for. But great home. Nice kitchen. Good wifi.

Will consider a repeat visit at the same time next year.

Lorena is a bit more pricey than the previous villa we had stayed at but the views and the accommodations were exceptional. Beach is a short walk with awesome views of Pedregal. Town a walkable distance even for 50 yr olds. Appreciated the heated pool since there were some cool mornings. An umbrella was supplied as requested. Well maintained and clean. Villa has 4 bedrooms but we only used the master and the kitchen/living room area. King bed in master bedroom wonderful with great pillows. The bricked/domed ceilings are a piece of art hard to describe. Grill on back patio in good working condition. We had to call for new tank as it was leaking @ the valve but it was quickly replaced. The kitchen has full sized refrigerator with ice maker. Filtered/potable water here and we had no need for bottled water. We want to thank the owner of Lorena, Nik Reyes @ ESSV, Giovanni(our concierge), and the house staff for a great stay. If the price remains reasonable we would love to return.

Relax you won't be disappointed, Villa Lorena is wonderful!!!.. Family of 5, 3 older teens, we were met by Guac and marguerites and this started the splurging. Ample room + separate, fully equipped casita, which we did not need. More decks than you could possibly need, especially given the large deck which faced the ocean and heated pool (not all Cabo pools are). The kitchen, beds and bathrooms are perfect. Quick walk to the beach. Special thx to Crystal Meihl ESSV/FlipKey for your patience in finding us the perfect spot.

It is odd the way they have the other two bedrooms on the main level. Our friends had the master suite and we had the casita below the pool. The bed in the casita is not very comfortable. The door handel broke, the screen on onw window was destroyed and the television was fuzzy. The worst part of the TV was that all TV's had to be on the same channel! The roof and some stones need repair after the hurricane. The stairs make this villa not accessable at all, our friend fell and hurt himself and alcohol was not involved. The housekeeping was excellent. The showers were great.

The house is very comfortable and well kept. Nice step in pool allowing for soaking or swimming. Excellent value in Pedregal!

We were 3 families with kids getting together in a 'foreign' country. The agency handled the reservations very smoothly despite my reservations of having paid a decent amount of money upfront. Anyway, the day arrived when we drove ourselves to the villa. I was certainly unprepared for the drive to the villa because we took the wrong entrance and ended up going up and down steep slopes. If anyone is as scared of heights as I am, you may be better off making sure you are taking the right entrance. We were met at the property by Victor and Jaime who were both great in showing me around and explaining everything to me. They assured me that they were just a phone call away. The location of the villa is excellent with great views of the ocean and if you are lucky, you can also get to watch the whales at a distance while standing on the terrace. The place was in great shape, the rooms were spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The villa is private enough where the three families had their own separate areas due to the way they were designed. Yet, we could get together every morning and evening for activities either at the pool or in the main living area. The cleaning service came in every morning and did a great job. The pool was a little dirty the day we arrived which was a Wednesday and a unsuitable for use. We called Jaime to see if it could be cleaned. Jaime sent someone within 30 minutes to clean the pool out of turn (the cleaning usually takes place on Monday and Saturday). That helped a great deal since the kids and the adults spent a lot of time in the pool. The pool looks a little bigger in the pictures than it actually is but it is still a great place to hang out and relax. The walk to the beach is short and downhill. The beach is great but not suitable for swimming. We were warned to not venture into the ocean there because of the fierce waves and it was good advice. However, the beach is great to walk on and the sunsets from the villa were fabulou
