Honestly...best vacation we have ever been on!! We do a family vacation every year, but this was so awesome!! The villa staff (Miguel and Mati) were so great, they just made our trip even that much better. Also, our on-site concierge Victor was helpful as well! It was a wonderful experience. The highlights of my trip were sitting by the pool looking out at the ocean, zip lining, bungee jumping & our dolphin encounter. 

Often we don’t take the time to say thank you when we experience above average service. Let me say that you made it simple and took the anxiety out of it. I flew 138 times last year on business and have a great internal travel department to support me. I now feel that for my Mexico travel I have the same type of service at my finger tips with you. Wanted to make sure you knew that I appreciate your efforts.

I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge how wonderful your employee Marsa is. Throughout our entire planning process, Marsa has given such personal, thorough attention. We have been extremely impressed. Even when we have had special or unusual requests, Marsa makes it happen without making us feel like we are asking for "too much." She is extremely knowledgeable and upbeat and has made me feel like she is truly looking out for us. That is just so rare. Dustin was professional and knowledgeable! The activities were outstanding, including the zip line and surfing with Cabo Adventures. All staff was professional, knowledgeable and fun! The chef at the restaurant was very accommodating since I am a vegetarian, he would make sure my dish was delicious and met my needs! The gym was outstanding along with the head trainer Carlos, I hired him for a session and being a former professional athlete it was perfect!
