We had more than enough space as the house was huge! The photos absolutely do not do it justice. We had the time of our lives. Luis was our concierge and was amazing about coordinating shuttles and helping us with our random requests. The chef dinner on our first night was a MUST. We had leftovers for the whole weekend. I will be back!!! Can’t stop thinking about this place.

The bedroom spaces provide open balcony areas, with equally stunning views, and are located on separate levels, allowing for complete privacy. I absolutely loved my stay and walk away with the warmest of memories.

We had an amazing time relaxing by the pool and soaking up the sun!

The rooms are very private with private bathrooms. There is a foldout couch in the main room that is very comfortable and sits many as well. The air conditioning worked fabulously and coming from Texas... A/C is very important! Especially after a long day of travel. This made my check-in wonderful! The Villa was clean and beautiful and very well maintained. It was easily accessible and the community was not a maze to navigate through. You can walk from the villa down to the beach and this particular beach is swimmable. Not all beaches in Cabo are swimmable. The views from the patio are stunning and you have a direct view of the water from your villa. I would definitely recommend this villa and I am looking forward to returning myself.

It was spacious and the views were amazing! Alex helped me plan every little detail out for this trip. She was great and very responsive to any request I had. The in home concierge while we were there made things feel so seamless. This was the perfect vacation spot and I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Kimberly from Cabo Villas was extremely helpful in helping us select the property and was very responsive to our emails. She made a point to reach out to us ahead of the trip to make sure everything was in order. The villa itself had a spacious outdoor area with lots of morning sunlight, good size pool and jacuzzi. The views from the VIlla were excellent and we were able to enjoy several impressive NYE fireworks shows from the top level. Overall Cabo Villas helped us have a wonderful vacation.

The villa is incredible and the staff takes it over the top. Everything was perfect. Luis and Ivan were amazing and we cant wait to stay and see our Cabo family again!

Upon arrival, we were greeted with drinks and all smiles from the staff. The house is BIG, the rooms are spacious and very clean. They have everything to make you feel comfortable; fireplace, fire pit, a beautiful infinity view pool, hot tub, jacuzzi, and gym. It is located in the Pedregal with a beautiful views of sunrise and sunsets so picture-worthy, no filter needed! Now let me talk about the staff, all of us on that trip were grateful for the amazing staff! Betsa and her crew were helpful with every detail, from getting toothbrushes, to helping me get Mexican candies for my kids. I absolutely LOVED practicing my Spanish and chatting. Now the food! OMG the food was absolutely the best. All meals we felt like we were at one of the fanciest restaurants. Presentation was great and the meals were full of flavor, without being overwhelming. It is definitely worth the money and I wish this was a yearly family gathering. Can't say enough about this place.

What an incredible home! The first thing you notice about the Villa are the views. Absolutely gorgeous sunrises can be seen from 6 bedrooms and all the living areas. Every little detail has been thought of in the design of this home, from the gourmet kitchen with every possible gadget, multiple seating areas, game room, infinity pool/spa, super comfortable beds and fitness room! The Villa is so convenient to a private beach, the marina, restaurants and shopping. The sweetest housekeeper, Letty, keeps everything immaculate. Highly highly recommend! 5 stars ++!!

Plenty of space with hot tub and pool when we wanted to just hang out with ourselves (group of 6). Easy walk to the action when we wanted it. Uber can come pick you up at your door or there were always taxis sitting just outside the gates, 3 minute walk from the villa, when we wanted to go farther.

Luis was the man when it came to setting up taxi’s for us or answer any questions we had.

They make everything so easy and convenient. Alex and Hector did a great job.

The best views I have seen in Pedregal. The house makes you feel like you’re on a cruise ship. The concierge Ivan took such good care of our group of 9. He organized all the transportation for us and made sure we were taken care of!! Breakfast with Alejandra’s cannot be beat, she was a fantastic cook! We can’t wait to go back next year!!

Luis was a wonderful concierge, and ready to assist with any needs; and Diana was so sweet and kept the villa looking amazing - even with 16 girls in the house! It was an amazing trip and we can’t wait to go back!

Cabovillas made our stay SO easy and had everything we needed, just a text away. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend this place. Already telling my friends and family. We will be back soon! Thank you, Giovanni and Oscar, you were amazing.

There were 15 of us total and everyone had plenty of room to sleep, lounge, get ready, etc. The pool was great for us to hangout in when we weren't off doing other activities and we loved how easy it was to walk to the beach.

The pool was perfect for us and we enjoyed the open kitchen! The staff was so helpful and nice with rides and reservations. Will definitely be back!

.. Wake up early to a beautiful sunrise, while lounging on your personal room patio. Go down to the kitchen for a cup of fresh brewed coffee made from fresh ground coffee beans. Swing in the swing while enjoying your coffee and taking in the view of the beautiful blue waters. If you want to exercise, walk around the property a few times, as it is huge, or go to the exercise room followed by a sit in the sauna! Later, lounge on one of the comfortable poolside lounge chairs enjoying the view of the infinity pool and take a nice refreshing swim! Make a nice drink in the game room bar then play some pool or shuffle board. Need a nap during the day? Easy.. room darkening curtains makes your room like night time. Opening doors provides you with wonderful breezes anytime of the day. Of course AC’s available too. This Villa has its own water purification system, and the water tastes really good! If you are cooking, you will be in a fully equipped kitchen. And you won’t be excluded from all the guests as the concept is fully open to living/dining areas. During the evening, sit outside around a massive fire, or in the hot tub and count millions of stars in the sky. Two fully equipped laundries available, should you want to wash before going home. This property is fabulous.

The views take your breath away, they almost don’t seem real. Everything we needed was there. Each bedroom had the comfortable bedding and had it’s own ensuite bathroom were with nice little extras like makeup wipes and even Band-Aids. The kitchen was a cooks dream with everything you could possibly need, even a juicer for fresh OJ every morning and fresh lime juice for margaritas. They even had an herb garden with fresh mint for mojitos and other spices for cooking. I was the first one in my group to wake up every morning and would sip my fancy espresso from the hanging sofa swing each morning while I watched the sun come up. We had so much fun sitting around the pool during the day and the hot tub at night. We ended our evenings playing pool or hanging out by the fire pit. It was a great place for big groups but also had areas for private times. We never wanted to leave!

You won’t regret this place because of the location.

The Villa better than the photos showed and in immaculate condition. The layout of the Villa was perfect for giving our group privacy in their rooms but also AMAZING socializing areas. Pre- arrival emails made our arrival easy and having the Villa pre-stocked was perfect!

Great location and great house! Pablo was our concierge and did fabulous! He was extremely responsive whenever we needed a taxi and needed his help. We loved having the margaritas and chips and salsa ready for us upon arrival! Will definitely use Cabo Villas the next time we come to town!

Pablo did an amazing job and was extremely responsive! We loved having chips, salsa, and margaritas ready for us once we arrived. Our staff was outstanding and incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in. We had our wedding here and would do it ten times over; just an unforgettable experience. If I had one complaint it would be that we could hear some of the music from the town, but that was expected facing the marina.

I stayed here last year on girls trip and loved it so much I brought my family back. I was so excited to see their faces, they said the pictures didn’t do it justice. The layout of this property is perfect and we’ll definitely be back!

The dining room is big enough for a fancy dinner, but eating around the firepit or under the palapa takes advantage of the views. The staff was wonderful, we had 6 meals at the house and each was very tasty. They accommodated my request for lobster our final day and also served as decorators for each dinner as well as brilliant bartenders during the day and evening. The home theater is roomy and comfortable and well fitted with all the apps you need to enjoy some down time with some popcorn and friends. The spa director arranged a team of massage therapists so all our guests could enjoy treatments right at the house. It was really an ideal way to share time with my bride and our families!

Incredible stay overall. Below are a few pros/cons and some tips for your stay. Pros: *GORGEOUS house and view *Massive - we had 14 people and everyone had their own bed, could have easily doubled the attendance. Beds were comfortable, bedrooms and bathrooms immaculate, overall premium luxury villa *Stocked with all the cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc. you could need and a filtered ice machine! Grill worked great outside *Pre-trip concierge (Alex K.) was incredible, transparent and highly communicative - put up with all of my annoying logistical questions and were very helpful in arranging all of our trip needs *On the ground concierge (Pablo) was excellent, highly responsive and able to take care of all our needs in a moments notice *Cleaning crew was incredible and a massive value add. Worth every penny to alleviate the anxiety associated with a messy home. Cons (not really cons, but more of an FYI): *Though the villa may seem walkable to the marina, the hills in Pedregal are STEEP. We did it once and that was enough. Consider it easily uber-able. *No oven, not sure if that is standard but we bought some late night frozen food at WalMart only to learn we didn’t have an oven Tips and Tricks *You cannot call an Uber to the airport for pickup, make use of the RT shuttle from Cabo Villas - seamless process *Concierge is able to readily call a sprinter van for the entire group on a moment’s notice. These run $5pp to the Marina area or more to a further out golf course, airport, etc. Convenience cannot be beat, however it is very easy to call an Uber to the villa. It is ~$5usd for an UberX from the villa to the Marina area at the time of writing. Make sure you call the gate to let them know to let an Uber in! Ubers to airport are easy too. *We did the taco bar catering special from one of their preferred vendors - this was a good deal and a nice ’welcome’ meal. Other meals from their vendors are much more expensive but they note that those vendo

Everything from the staff to the rental home was perfect.

The villa’s staff played a large part in making our stay an unforgettable one. Our concierge, Angel, was very helpful and responded immediately with any requests we had. My group also looked forward to Alejandra’s breakfast each morning, she is a fantastic chef! The villa itself is peaceful, clean, and spacious with beautiful views from virtually everywhere in the home. Pedregal is also closely located to downtown Cabo and only a short taxi ride away from many great restaurants, bars, shops, and activities. Whatever the occasion, I can’t recommend this villa enough!

We loved all of the private amenities including tennis/pickleball court, infinity pool, hot tub, gym and movie theater. The villa felt so spacious and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. We appreciated the concierge and housekeeping staff and had a good experience with the recommended catering and spa services.

The staff was amazing! Every room was very clean with fresh smelling linens, the pools were clean, food was great. We have no complaints. My friends want to visit this house annually!

Every room is amazing and has its own bathroom. We could walk from the house to the marina. There is a gorgeous view from the pool and patio overlooking the water. This is an excellent property for a group of adults to stay together.
