From the moment I arrived, I could feel the love that the owners put into this home. I loved being surrounded by such beautiful Mexican artwork - statues, Mexican prints, handpainted mirrors, unique sinks, Mexican tapestries, and hanging star lights outside near the jacuzzi. This villa exudes a warmth that is luxurious without being pretentious. It’s so inviting, vibrant, welcoming, and also cozy! No detail was overlooked - the kitchen is incredibly equipped with anything and everything you could want or need, including a drip coffee maker and a Keurig - AND coffee pods. Even the two downstairs bedrooms have their own Keurigs! I have some great memories of sitting at the table with the firepit, enjoying meals with my group, watching the sunset over the ocean from the porch swing, swimming in the pool, and sitting in the jacuzzi under the stars. It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday with my loved ones. I can’t wait to go back!

at Cabo Villas the customer service was top notch! Every attention to detail was met and every service we used was professional, courteous, and punctual. The Villa was spotless, every transport we took was clean and on time, and all the services were above our expectations. I would most definitely use Cabo Villas again and will highly recommend them to friends and family.

It was the perfect size for our party of 6. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The backyard and pool were our own private paradise. Our concierge, Mariana, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing! Every restaurant she booked was perfect and she answered texts/emails right away. All the transportation we arranged through Cabo Villas was always on time, friendly and we felt very safe at all times. I would highly recommend Cabo Villas to friends and family and would stay at Casa Jazmin again...it was a wonderful home away from home!

! The pictures don’t do this villa any justice! The staff was amazing as well! Mariana, our on site concierge person was on top of everything. She really made our stay so smooth! She made sure our dinner reservations were confirmed and she made sure pick up times with our driver was confirmed and made sure they were on time. We had one issue with pickup, and she immediately fixed the issue!! Mariana and the customer service worker Tish were awesome with fixing the issue promptly!! We also booked a chef for dinner one night and then again for brunch, that was amazing as well! 10/10 would recommend the chef services! And last but not least, we cant forget about the maid services, coming back from a long day every day to a clean villa just put the icing on the cake! We literally didn’t have to lift a finger! Would highly recommend booking with Cabo villas, they will not disappoint!

The house itself was spectacular and we couldn't imagine anything better. The house was perfect and offered so many comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. The grounds were the most impressive on the beach with lush landscaping and the wonderfully warm pool. As far as the staff, Nico was the star of the show! He is a true treasure and wonderful person. He attended to our every need and was so genuine in his positive attitude. Chef Pedro and his crew were tremendous and our meals were better than any five star resort. There aren't enough accolades we can give to our once in a lifetime vacation! Thank you!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was always very helpful. The buffet always had something for everyone! The entertainment was fun.

A great location with a view of the Sea of Cortez and beautiful sunsets over Cabo's city center. Secured in a well patrolled gated community of beautiful homes, and a 10 minute walk to a secluded beach we quickly felt home and at ease. Perfectly located about 10 minutes Uber or rental ride to Cabo City center or 10 minutes up the highway to an excellent public beach called Chileno in addition to convenient restaurants and grocery access across from the gated Cabo Bello community. The Casa was comfortable and accommodating. With obvious efforts to maintain Mexican architecture and character, the Casa provides a refreshing change of scenery. A sun deck with bbq and dinning facilities, a complete kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and bedding and a beautiful pool surrounded by lovely landscaping help complete the picture. With the convenience of washer and dryer you can get by with just a carryon. I would not hesitate to book a repeat performance next year.

We enjoyed the art festival in the square. Along with all the local cuisine. CaboVillas.com took such good care of us.

Everything from the airport pickup, to Giovanni our concierge, to the house to the chefs was wonderful

The house is in a great location (Pedregal), updated/clean, and had lots of space for us. Giovani was wonderful and quick to respond when it came to anything we needed. We also used the catering and spa services which I highly recommend and 10/10 would do again. We are all already talking about when we can come back and visit again!

If you are looking to relax, or work, by the pool, take a walk down the beach (which is right outside your door) or take a quick cab to town, this is your place. The condo was very clean, secure, quiet, and well kept. We will be coming back!

Quickly became used to them. The villa was comfortable and we used all the various seating areas as the sun moved around each day. Everyone was happy, everyone got along. Only wonderful things to say about our stay. We initially used taxi cabs. Then changed to Ubers. Ubers were better and no issues going in and out at the gate.Thanksgiving meal by the chef another delicious mini banquet with a surprise beef addition togo with the turkey, plus a rich tasting chocolate log for dessert. Fishing was a tremendous success. Family went out twice. Along the coast first day and the off shore second trip even better with 15 marlin brought into the boat. Each person, including teenagers, caught two each. Our grandson three. The one excursion to swim with the whales was canceled due to government regulations and too late to find reservations for anything else. We went down to marina that day for lunch and found the nice mall. The zodiac boat excursion Thanksgiving morning was my favorite. Thoroughly recommend it. It was fun that we could text and call from the boats to the house. Great reception. The two housekeepers were so pleasant and worked without interrupting us, but could be found if needed. We really liked how they found where we were sitting when they arrived each day and found us again to say they were leaving in the afternoon. The young lady was very sweet. Not a lot of English, but we managed to communicate very well. The special decanter of tequila along with the chocolate a lovely surprise. I made sure to bring the whale tail decanter home with me. Thank you to Cabo Villas for the gift.Thank you, Beth, once more for any and everything else.

Property is safe (gated), few steps from the beach, and has an amazing pool and outdoor area! Feels and is very private! House felt very cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Concierge was absolutely the best showing around the property and answering all our questions! We will definitely come back and recommend Casa Jazmin to my friends! The property was stunning and very comfortable for our group of 14. Amazing views of the ocean including morning whale watching! As a group of women traveling to Mexico, we felt very safe and secure in Pedregal. I also can't be more appreciative of our concierge, Pablo. He was very responsive and helpful at all hours of the day, and knowing that someone was keeping an eye on our group gave us comfort. Cabo Villas was fantastic to work with, helping us coordinate private chef catering and transportation. Looking forward to booking our next vacation through Cabo Villas.
