Views and pool are wonderful…. As my family of 20 had a great time!

Kim was great in finding the villa and setting everything up. The villa was better than in pictures. Angel made everything easy. Lorenzo and his family were unbelievable - food was great and service was even better. All activities/rides were on time. THANK YOU for everything.

Great service the house was as expected

Pedro was always a call away to make taxi and yacht reservations. Jonathan purchased groceries and prepared a delicious breakfast every morning and dinner on our final night. Cleaning staff every morning did great job. House is perfect.

This year I have been inquiring on a few properties, always receive an extremely quick response, can not wait to book through Cabo Villas again!

The Team, Service, and Villa Chavez was exceptional. This was my first time booking a house versus a resort and I will be booking again soon for next year. And I would not think of any other service than Cabo Villas and Amber and her team.

The house was absolutely amazing, very clean and comfortable. They had it decorated for Christmas which was perfect for our holiday vacation. The onsite staff was fantastic and the chefs made the most delicious meals. Overall, we had such a great family vacation and can’t wait to go back!

We stayed there the entire time in Cabo, we never wanted to leave. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to just chill in Cabo.

The view, the villa, the pool - better than we were expecting!

!! I can’t wait to get down there again. Having taken several trips to Rancho I can tell those interested that this place will not disappoint. It’s the only place I’ve been to that I can’t exaggerate its beauty, seclusion, ambience, and quality of care from the staff! My passport can’t get here quick enough!!!

Rancho de Costa is the perfect spot for large groups of friends or family who want to be on the beach. Everything from the rooms to the food was top notch. The staff made us feel at home as they always do and attended to our every request. Our group of 20 has been to Rancho de Costa 5 different times now and we always leave happy and relaxed. The pool and palapa area is very large and easily accommodates large groups of people for eating or just hanging out during the day. There are plenty of options for fishing including pangas who can take 2 or 3 people out for half a day or you can charter a larger yacht out of La Paz or Cabo and take a larger group. The fishing in the area is world class and I highly recommend going if you like to fish. There is a movie theater, gym and tennis court on the property which are nice options in addition to all of the water-based activities. Rancho de Costa is a hidden gem that sits on a very remote beach. You won't find crowds at Rancho - only tranquility and good times. I highly recommend this place for your next family getaway.

Each time I go, I find myself enjoying it more and more. Rancho is a rare opportunity to experience Mexico for its natural beauty in a truly private setting. I love going to sleep and waking up to the sound of waves gently breaking on the beach which is literally right outside your window. The sunrise at Rancho is strikingly beautiful and motivates me to wake up early every morning I’m there…which is helpful when getting an early start to fishing. Sport fishing is the one of the main reasons Americans come down to this part of Mexico. If you were to stay in Cabo, it would take at least two hours of traveling up the coastline by boat to get to one of the best fishing spots on the Sea of Cortez. For us at Rancho, it’s a 10-minute Ponga ride before the fish start biting. I’ve had some incredible fishing experiences here that I’ve never been able to replicate anywhere else (including an epic, 150 lb marlin catch). The staff at Rancho de Costa are very friendly and take pride in hosting their guests. The Chef Dariel does an outstanding job cooking the meals and will prepare whatever fish you catch that day. I have had Marlin, Wahoo, Dorado, Pargo, Yellow Fin Tuna, and Sea Bass prepared many different ways and they all taste incredible. Ramon, Ivan and Isabel always have smiles on their faces. Ramon and Hugo do a great job as a fishing boat captains. They have been hunting the Mexican waters their whole lives and they know every inch. It’s hard not to feel like you’ve made a lifelong friend when you spend the day fishing with them. If fishing isn’t your bag, then maybe lounging around the poolside is. The Palapa at Rancho is one of the biggest I’ve ever seen and is beautifully constructed. It does an amazing job of keeping you cool even on the hottest days. It’s hard not to take a siesta on one of the lounge chairs there when a cool ocean breeze happens to wander in from the east. The golf course surrounding Rancho was designed and built by Tom

The resort was outstanding with 3 very good meals per day, relaxing under the thatched palapa looking out on the Sea of Cortez, to swimming in the large pool, and retreating to our beautiful rooms for a good night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all our needs...I especially enjoyed you getting us with the best fishing excursions....I caught 4 Dorado fish weighing about 20 pounds each, and one Rooster fish that weighed about 22 pounds...The chef prepared the Dorados for us and were delicious.. One of the most outstanding events was to see the sunrise on the Sea of Cortez about 6:30 in the morning.. All of us have agreed to return to your wonderful resort

Dariel and crew take great care of you -- the food was incredible (ask for shrimp and seafood one night - it is top notch), the drinks were great, and they organized everything you could possibly want and need. Our rooms were cleaned every day, and we had clean beach towels placed out every morning. They even supplied cold aloe vera for our burned kids! The villas and grounds are incredible. We had all ten rooms -- each room is large and nicely appointed with its own nice bathroom, and 8 of the 10 rooms have patios that open onto the ocean. But it's the outdoors that really make it. We spent many hours hanging out under the huge palapa and by the pool and hot tub, and many other hours hanging down by the beach. The pool and hot tub have tons of comfortable chaise lounges (many of which overlook the beautiful beach), the palapa has several tables and couches (we had 27 people, and there was plenty of room for us to all eat), and the beach has chaise lounges, umbrellas and kayaks! The beach itself is one of the best I've been to -- it's largely deserted, it's a mile-long sandy beach, and there is incredible snorkeling along the reef that hugs the shore in front of both villas (Villa Langosta and Villa Marlin). It's hard to find a place that is so relaxing and so active, all at the same time. There are so many things to do -- in five days, we walked on the beach, snorkeled in front of our house, took a trip to snorkel with whale sharks, went deep sea fishing, went fly fishing, went for beautiful coastal hikes with wonderful views, went on a whale watching trip (where we saw whales, sea lions and tons of mobula rays jumping and splashing), went kayaking, visited La Paz, and still had time to spend hours just sitting around by the pool and on the beach. Seriously, this place is one of a kind and it's legit paradise. I am already planning my next trip there.

The setting is idyllic. The staff, headed by the amazing Mauricio and Daniel, couldn’t be more willing to please you. The food is fresh and outstanding. I especially enjoy Chef Dariel and Ramon’s hand made guacamole and salsa prior to dinner. There are fun water activities for families, a workout facility, a tennis court and the fishing is fantastic. They even have a theater to watch movies in the evening and a very good masseuse is available to soothe any sore muscles. To be able to catch dorado, wahoo, rooster fish, marlin, sailfish and many other species in water that can be as calm as a lake when there is no wind is truly a blessing. To use an old saying, “Try it, you’ll like‼️“ I have tried it and I love it!

The home was beautiful. This was far from a standard square home. Each floor was unique with amazing views. We enjoyed having nearly separate living spaces for each couple. The location was perfect for our group. We felt very safe in this area yet close to nearby attractions and restaurants. We even had a free hike when we wanted to walk to the house through the beautiful community. Alexandria and Ivan were both very helpful. The daily cleaning service was a nice element to keep our large family organized. The pool was a perfect size with an amazing view. We used the in-villa catering when we arrived which we highly recommend. We also had in-villa spa services that were great and so easy. My only criticisms would be; 1. The beds were very firm to American standards. We all had trouble adjusting to the beds. 2. I would love to see additional rails added to the rooms with double queens which served as our kids rooms. The railing on the balcony was very low so we were constantly concerned with the kids getting out to the balcony. I recognize that would be a significant expense. This home has seven floors. We enjoyed the daily challenge of the steps, but I would not recommend this house if you are mobility challenged. Thank you VillaCabos.com for a great home and experience. We were a total of 11 adults which worked with the 5 BDR setup. Some household updates needed (in kitchen) but the space was great and ocean views amazing! The pool area gets sun ALL day so no need to worry in soaking up the sun. An easy walk to the beach and downtown however may need a cab ride back from downtown.

I’ve never been to Rancho de Costa before so I had no idea what to expect. The facilities were awesome. It seemed all the suites had view of the bay. My suite has a private patio that faces the bay with a great view of the fabulous sunrises. I enjoyed the huge walk-in shower each morning. The exercise room (next to the tennis court) has about every kind of equipment you could need as well as a complete line of free weights. The pool is always ready for a dip. I can’t say enough about the staff. The never hovered but always seemed to be available when you needed them. The meals were incredible and well presented. If you wanted something special or different, all you had to do was ask. One of the things I enjoyed most was the privacy and quiet. At night, even with the doors and windows closed, you could hear the surf (if you didn’t have the fan running). I slept great. The only negative is that I had to leave and come home. I can’t wait until I can schedule another visit.

I recently had the chance to bring a group of couples to the resort - a perfect winter getaway! We rented the Villa Marlin. Each couple had their own luxurious suite, but we all gathered under the massive palapa for an outdoor dinner every evening. We opted to have the staff choose and prepare our meals for us - that’s definitely the way to go! The food is absolutely outstanding - think gourmet authentic Mexican and US high-end steak house/ fresh seafood. They also worked as our bartenders, making superb margaritas and other specialty drinks (all day long 😂). Even though we stayed busy exploring (beach, dunes, and desert) and fishing, and stayed up late every night, most of us made it to view the stunning sunrise over the water each morning. Coffee was always ready before we were up. There’s world class fishing available every day if desired, and the staff always had a lunch and drink cooler prepared for every fishing group. A couple of unexpected highlights: we had a pig roast on the beach one night and Johnny taught us how to make authentic salsa over an open flame! Now I’ve visited Villa Marlin on a family trip and on a romantic getaway with other couples. I can enthusiastically recommend it for both! Thank you so much to Johnny and his staff for taking such good care of us. Two of the best trips I’ve ever taken. I’ll be back!

The professionalism of your operations is a breath of fresh air in today’s world. It is very evident that everyone there is very loyal to you and that you have been equally loyal to them. Good mentors are hard to find these days, keep up the good work!

The staff is very attentive and very responsive. We had a problem with the water pressure (no water!) and they had someone out there within 30 minutes and repaired it completely within an hour. Amazing service, great location, and great people.

The house itself was spectacular and we couldn't imagine anything better. The house was perfect and offered so many comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. The grounds were the most impressive on the beach with lush landscaping and the wonderfully warm pool. As far as the staff, Nico was the star of the show! He is a true treasure and wonderful person. He attended to our every need and was so genuine in his positive attitude. Chef Pedro and his crew were tremendous and our meals were better than any five star resort. There aren't enough accolades we can give to our once in a lifetime vacation! Thank you!

It is a beautiful home with an unbelievable view!! We were able to spread out comfortably throughout the home but enjoyed the pool, living, and dining areas. The location is great for shopping, restaurants and beach!

Not to mention the 24/7 spectacular view of Pedregal beach and the ocean. The villa itself is in decent shape, with a comfortable layout for hanging in a few different places. Cabo Villas and the concierge, Roberto, are responsive and helpful for getting everything you might need.

The view overlooking Cabo and Medano Beach is sensational and the pool/hot tub are fantastic. The layout of the house is very functional with the living, dining, kitchen, powder room and expansive deck on the main level, and 3 bedrooms, 3 baths on the lower level overlooking the pool deck. Cabo Villas was excellent to deal with - very professional and organized. They were there to assist with everything we needed and provided excellent recommendations for dining, beach clubs and excursions. We will definitely book with them again!
