The service was amazing. But the best part was the response rate and service I received from Cabovillas staff.

Our family of 13 stayed the week of Christmas & had more than enough space. The location is peaceful with breathtaking views! We were walking distance to the private beach & the kids had access to the backyard playground. The shops, restaurants & bars are a short drive away.

Hector the concierge is very helpful and was available all the time to fulfill our needs. The cleaning ladies were also very nice.

We will definitely use again.

A beautiful well- appointed Villa with a great pool on the hillside facing the Sea of Cortez. Alex Koenig did a great job helping us plan our visit. Giovanni, our concierge was welcoming and attentive to our every need. The only drawback was the daily construction noise, but we know that was something you couldn't control. Thank you for all your help!

Alex was amazing with her information and suggestions. I have rented and used 100's of property managers and Alex was the best.

The host was always accessible when needed

They were with you on every aspect of your trip. From helping you pick the right home and location to every excursion and dinner. My Cabo Specialist, Alex, was over the top great. She was helpful, kind, informative, knowledgeable and trustworthy. She helped me plan everything and all her suggestions were spot on (like having a Welcome Dinner for you at home after a long day of traveling). The home was perfect for us. Beautifully layed out with a pool to enjoy the view. Our concierge assigned to us was Angel. He was the best. He arranged shuttles for us daily for our excursions, arranged dinners, and anything else we could possibly need. My only negative feedback could possibly be to have the kitchen stocked a bit better with cooking items such as pizza cutter, coffee grinder, bowls for salads etc...We cooked in a few nights. Also a few spices or oils would have been nice. I would 100 percent recommend Cabovillas and Alex. And, 100 percent come back to this home. We had 8 adults and 1 baby with plenty of room for everyone.

Best view in all of Cabo. Staff was amazing. Ivan scheduled all of our transportation throughout the entire trip and also took care of any miscellaneous request we had (groceries, re-stocking, etc.). The cleaning staff was in and out fairly quick and didn’t bother us at all while we were enjoying our stay. I highly recommend staying here. Worth every penny.

Concierge took care of everything for us and the house was beautiful. We are already planning two trips back.

Cabo Villas’ attention to detail is second to none. From booking and communication with Nik to onsite concierge service with Hector to our housekeeping staff, the service was fantastic.

Villa Las Brisas was incredible. We’ve been coming to Cabo for years and this was one of my favorite villas. Truly, the pictures do NOT do this place justice. The house is hacienda style so the ’main’ house has 3 bedrooms and there are 2 casitas attached to the house. This is a wonderful way to have privacy yet be part of the main house. The beds were so comfortable. The linens fresh and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. Plenty of supplies were provided. The pool and hot tub were easily heated to our liking. The location in the neighborhood is ideal. It’s not ocean front but you have a beautiful view out to the ocean from throughout the villa. Our house cleaner Letty was a real gem. She quietly moved about the house each day cleaning and putting on fresh sheets and towels. Most days she prepared a breakfast or lunch for us. All delicious! She was such a highlight. The owners should be very proud of this home. The price was very fair. We also loved the neighborhood, beach access and feeling of security. The landscaping is simply incredible. Don’t pass on Villa Las Brisas.

Francisco ( Paco) and his staff went above and beyond our needs! The villa is spectacular: we really couldn’t have asked for more! I celebrated a milestone birthday there and had the best best time! Thank you Paco!

Paco was helpful and highly responsive before and during our stay (helping arrange services (incl taxis) along the way) Butler service and dinner was a great touch. Incredibly helpful and proactive without being overbearing. The trip was excellent and we will return!!

Amazing Staff; Beautiful House

Could not have asked for a better group of people to help, everyone went above and beyond. And the house and views are stunning!

Looking now for an equal setting in other destinations will be impossible to match!

Our concierge Mariana did an unbelievable job and took great care of us.

The view of the ocean was stunning, and we were able to appreciate it from within the house as well as when we were spending time by the pool. We enjoyed having a full kitchen so that we could prepare meals to eat outside under the palapa. I was even able to use the spotting scope to do some whale watching! The easy access to the beach was wonderful. On our last day we walked across the beach to Mar del Cabo and ate at Restaurante Encanto.

The staff at CaboVillas was awesome helping schedule and booking all of the events. Home was well stocked with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a great room with a beautiful view on the top floor facing the ocean, as requested. The staff at the property are amazing! We will return!

Everyone agreed that the layout of the house was perfect and that the view was outstanding. We especially enjoyed the unexpected fireworks! The bedrooms were most comfortable and there was room for everyone. I'd especially like to praise the cleaning lady. She worked so quietly and did a suburb job. We hardly knew she was there. In fact, all the service people were special and responded to our needs quickly and cheerfully. Kimberly, at Cabovillas took great care of me during the two years (covid) it took to finally set up the rental.

Everything went so smoothly from picking us up at the airport, the over the top assistance of our concierge Luis, to the always smiling and helpful cleaning staff. I couldn’t have had a better more relaxing vacation!

The booking of the villa and experiences was excellent and the staff and chef were exceptional. Thank you to the entire team at Cabo Villa’s and Mantea who made our trip one of the best ever.

Well equipped kitchen for cooking for your group. In addition, the staff (Luis) is very attentive to your needs throughout the stay. The area around the pool is a bit dated and is in need of some maintenance. The outdoor speaker quality is not great as a previous guest must have blown them. All in all, we’d stay again!

From the preplanning, to the house, and to the staff. Couldn’t have been more perfect. We will be back! They took care of our every need.

This was my first off-resort experience and I loved it. I will come back to this place every time I come to Cabo. It was that hands-down fantastic. We came with a group of eight friends for a reunion trip and we literally had the trip of a lifetime. This place is a DREAM. It’s bigger and more beautiful in person. I believe we are the first group who rented this place out, so I’ll go in detail in my review to help you decide if it’s the right place for you. Hint, it is. I’ll start with the house itself. The most impressive feature was the pool. Wow, was it spectacular to look at and so cozy - it was heated to at least 88, maybe 90 degrees so we were in and out of it all day and night. The jacuzzi was big enough to fit eight women and our cocktails. We could easily control the temperature and spa with a push of a button. There were at least 8 loungers (with plush white towels rolled on each - everything was high end!) The backyard also has an outdoor seating nook with eight chairs, a fireplace, and a TV outside. There was also a gas fire pit over-looking the view, so it was nice to have plenty of conversation spots outside. The only downside was mosquitoes (we came in early December), but they had spray and set up Citronella candles. It wasn’t a huge deal. The house has four beautiful bedrooms with king size (super comfortable) beds, ensuite bathroom, and amenities suchs as toiletries, robes and safes in each room. There is a huge master suite and bathroom on one side of the villa with the three others on the other side. The main living area is a grand room with cozy couches, a fireplace, big screen tv, and a dining table for 8. The kitchen is open and beautiful with sub-zero fridge etc. They even had a huge 15 ft Christmas tree which added to the ambiance. The marble floors made it *a bit* echo-y with 8 ladies who don’t have an "inside voice" - but I couldn’t hear them the one night I retired early to the bedroom, so families with kids will be fine.

Very clean, spacious. Heated pool and hot tub. Pedregal was a great location for us. We felt very safe, and the villa had all the comforts and amenities we could have asked for. Just a note that the bottom bedrooms that are connected, also share a bathroom that is in one of the rooms. Good for families but not ideal for 2 adults expecting their own private rooms/bathrooms. Pablo was a great onsite concierge and was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. We didn’t have hot water in some of the bathrooms when we arrived but when we raised it to Pablo, he addressed it right away.
