It’s a spectacular vista during the day and at night. It’s perfect for 8 people. The concierge was very responsive and we had absolutely no issues with the house.

It’s well equipped for cooking and the concierge was very helpful and responsive! All in all, a great place to stay in Cabo.

The kitchen, the multiple indoor/outdoor living rooms, the bedrooms, the view... all perfect. It’s your own private compound. The only thing is the pool isn’t heated, but for most of the year, especially late summer/fall, it will be a perfect escape from the heat.

The concierge team was highly attentive and helped us execute a fantastic stay!

The Pedregal views did not disappoint. We even saw a whale flip out of the ocean from the infinity pool. The staff was super attentive, friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

The house was STUNNING, the concierge (Gio) and cleaning staff was fantastic. We had everything we needed and the arrangements were fantastic. We will absolutely be back. Thank you again for everything!

However, I had to cancel due to the pandemic. I was so happy to be able to reschedule my birthday celebration for this year. Villa Clara Vista exceeded my expectations. The Pedregal views were amazing! We even saw a whale jump out of the ocean from the infinity pool because the views were so clear. Our concierge, Pedro, was a great problem solver. We arranged Chef Services for our dinners. Chef Wendy prepared delicious meals for us. Our Housekeeper, Senaida, kept everything efficiently cleaned. The staff was very attentive, friendly and professional. We were able to really just relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. My only criticism was not being about to use the firepit. The control valve was inside of the bottom of the pit. There was rust all around it and I didn’t want to risk putting my hand in there. I would suggest the owners install an outside control valve to safely operate the firepit. Otherwise, I would definitely return to Villa Clara Vista for another stay.

Quiet and relaxing community. Definitely spend a little extra $ to heat the pool to enjoy it at night. Rooftop dinners were amazing!

Amber made booking our condo so easy and helped along the way with our questions, restaurant recommendations, and booking a rental car. The condo was spacious, clean, bright, and it had magnificent views. It was perfect for our family. Finally, the Zoetry Resort was beautiful, and they treated us like one of their hotel guests. It was lovely.

From the booking process with Kimberly to planning meals and stocking the house with the food, it put us at ease knowing we’d arrive to everything we needed. Upon arrival Luis the concierge was helpful with everything from delivering more water to booking us taxis. The house itself is beautiful and has more than enough room for 12 people. Each room has an ensuite bathroom and there was a cleaning service every day that made it feel like a hotel - even all of our breakfast dishes! The beds were really comfortable. Two of the rooms are detached from the house with a separate entrance which is good if you have people who go to sleep earlier / sleep in later. The pool deck gets plenty of sun and we were able to get the hot tub hot. The only downside was we couldn’t get either of the gas fireplaces outside to work but we spent most of our time in the pool or around the table chatting so it was OK. The beach is about a 15 minute walk from the house and town is about 20-25. Totally doable though the house is at the top of a hill so you will want a taxi back! We will 100% be coming back to this villa exactly. It was a dream trip.

It was so nice for everyone to have some private space off the main house, and there were plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. We LOVED hanging by the pool and the walk to the beach is super easy! The 24/7 concierge was unbeatable! We felt safe the entire time and you cannot beat the views!!!

We stayed for a bachelorette, and it was very spacious for our group! CaboVillas was so helpful with their communication and extra services they offered! The transportation in and out of the Airbnb was seamless! The Airbnb was in a very convenient location, we were able to walk to the Marina! We would love to stay again!

The hot tub and pool were great and our concierge was helpful. We had more than enough space for us to stay and have our own rooms.

From the maids to the cooks; from the location to the house itself, it was perfect in every way. We cannot wait to come back. I cannot think of a single issue or complaint for the property. Bury me at Villa Marcella!!

It is a safe gated community 10 minute walk to town. We were a group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. The Airbnb was stocked with all of the food and items we purchased prior to getting there and our concierge, Angel, was available 24/7 to call us taxis and help with any questions. The welcome meal was great and they accommodated any dietary restrictions. Could not have asked for a better experience. They also helped when flights changed and were extremely accommodating.

We celebrated two birthdays with two families and it was incredible. Highly recommended. Pablo, our concierge was the best. Would definitely stay there again.

We had 5 couples with us, and the home was absolutely perfect for all of us to have our own en suite rooms. The staff from Cabo Villas was wonderful during our stay, and helped us with a couple catered meals in the home, and arranged for a spa/massage day as well. We will definitely be returning as very happy customers.

Rosenberg, the villa caretaker, and his staff went the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable and perfect.

There were 6 of us, 3 couples, and it was super comfortable. The staff and cleaning that came with the house definitely justify the costs. Pedro was our concierge and he rocked!! The view from the pool and back patio are spectacular and we had whales jumping hourly all day in early April.

Combined with the Cabo staff of Ivan, Paz and Rosebella all of our needs were catered to. The villa itself was a dream to stay in and would recommend it without hesitation. I can hardly wait till our next vacation.

During that time the staff at Cabo Villas were fantastic in making the adjustments until we could finally get away. As per usual once we were able to travel the assistance from Kimberly and the staff in California was stellar. In Cabo, Ivan, Paz and Rosebella took fantastic care of us with all requests looked after in a timely matter. The villa itself was a dream to stay in. We could not have picked better accommodations.

The concierge and Cabo Villas were amazing to plan with. Everything went perfectly and I will be talking about this trip for years to come. Book your stay now! You won’t regret it!!

! I came here for my Bachelorette with 13 girls. There was plenty of rooms and space for a party this size. We loved that the bedrooms were so spread out, especially with a group our size. I would highly recommend staying here with a large group! The view was amazing, the rooms were clean and organized. We loved working with our onsite concierge Roberto. CaboVillas arranged everything for us from a personal chef, food/drinks at the house, travel to dinner and the airport. The beds were also VERY comfortable. Thank you CaboVillas for making the trip SO easy and so much fun!! We will definitely be back!
