We enjoyed the pool and loved that it was gated. The service was phenomenal!

Pablo was great to work with, always readily available via (Hidden by Airbnb) for any questions you may have. It’s very nice to have concierge service. The house was beautiful and perfect for our six girl bachelorette party. The stairs are a little tricky so be careful especially after a night of drinking. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for making snacks and breakfast. The pool area is smaller than how it appears in photos, but it was still really nice to lounge by every day. If you’re at all concerned about safety, don’t be. Security was very good, almost too good! The Villa is in fact walking distance to a lot of things but still a bit far so we ended up taking Uber‘s everywhere, which was fine as they were readily available and cheap. There’s a nice little American style market and coffee shop right near the house which was very nice. We loved our stay here, you will too!

The house was exactly as advertised. The CaboVillas team was responsive in the lead up to the trip and our concierge was super helpful throughout the trip. I highly recommend!

All rooms are set up like small living areas! The master suite is amazing! Very comfortable for multiple families or a couples retreat! Extremely clean villa. Tastefully decorated and very relaxing! There were 11 women with our group and there was more than enough space! All rooms had a beautiful ocean view! Daily cleaning was an added bonus! If anyone in your group has difficulty walking or handicapped this is not the villa for you; hence, 132 stairs to the top! Great leg workout daily! Pool was beautiful and fun ! I could go on and on about the villa but you’ll have to see it yourself! The pics don’t serve justice! The margaritas and chips the first day was a great start to our trip! The daily cleaning was awesome! Angel was our concierge and he did an exceptional job! 11 women, lots of last minute changes but he was more than accommodating and very patient! Thanks so much Angel! Thanks Cabovillas for giving me a memorable experience for my milestone birthday! I look forward to returning!

I had no idea how HUGE this place is! This house has everything you need! Surround sound within the house, pool area, and grill area! Our concierge Luis was the best! Luis was friendly, professional and always responded less than a minute.

Very clean and welcoming. Ivan and the cleaning crew were very nice & helpful. They made our stay more enjoyable without a hiccup. This villa will be on our list anytime we visit Cabo.

The staff is great. The only thing I would say is a negative is the 10p-7a quite time. Reason being most of the houses there are being used by larger parties so it’s hard to be “quite”. Other than that everything was perfect.

Everything was as beautiful as expected and then some. We were so happy with the villa, the amenities, and the additional services. I would highly recommend to anyone asking, and I can’t wait to come back!

We had so much fun and didn’t want the trip to end. All the girls and I want to come back for an annual trip. It was honestly everything I could’ve asked for for my bachelorette party. Thank you Cabo Villas!

We had so much fun and we’re spoiled by Olga, the house keeper and Ruben, the chef. I hope someday I’ll be able to go back!

I was debating between 2 places then when I got to Cabo and stayed here I’m happy to made this one my choice. Everything was great from morning breakfast to having a clean room everyday. Just amazing.

Really loved the welcome margaritas and the excellent service from concierge. The view is amazing from the pool. Would highly recommend.

Hector (the concierge) was very helpful and responsive through out our trip. He was very kind and respectful to my family and I. At all times he was ready to help and answer any questions or concerns we had! The chefs and food from Chile & Lime (the catering) company were wonderful. Sergio the chef assistant and Marino the chef prepared the most delicious meals and drinks. They were so generous and fun as well! Thank you for making our trip more wonderful than it was. Everything about this villa was breathtaking. Beautiful and relaxing views were at this villa. Please do not hesitate to book this villa for your trip to Cabo.

Amazing views, great host and beautiful space. A bit Older home with tons of flavor. I can feel the energy of the decor within the home. The host was incredible & was absolutely and incredibly attentive. My guests were so happy with the place. I can’t say enough good things about it. So worth it!! I will be staying here again!

The beach was about a five minute walk. We really enjoyed ourselves and would rent again.

The house is located in the gated community of Pedregal so we felt safe at all times. It is also within walking distance of the beach. This house house an amazing outdoor area with a pool, hot tub and gas grill. Several of the bedrooms have their own patio so lack of privacy is never an issue. We had four couples in our party and never felt cramped. If you rent through Cabovilllas.com, request Ivan as your concierge. He went above and beyond and made our vacation perfect. No one will work harder and he is a genuinely nice guy. We will definitely come back to Villa Fiesta. Oh yeah, It's all about the view!

Juan and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay one that you won't forget. The food, cocktails and service are all top notch. The house is amazing (gorgeous view) and is in close proximity to downtown. I can't say enough great things.

The Villa was a short 5-10 min taxi to the main beaches and restaurants and was arranged by our awesome concierge, Ivan. He really made the trip great, taking care of any and all requests we had throughout our stay. The breakfasts each morning were delicious and the views were spectacular. Highly recommend!

If you have a special event I massively recommend this place. Already booking our next stay. Bonus: The Savvi yacht was amazing.

It had everything we could possibly want! Six bedrooms with private bathrooms, pool, hot tub, pool table, etc. Beautiful landscaping, outdoor kids play area and all inside the safety of the gated community of Pedregal. Close to marina and downtown too. We will be back!

The villa has such beautiful views from every room. Waking up to ocean views was my favorite. There is seating all around the villa with private balconies. Beautiful landscape and vegetation. We had breakfast every morning at the extremely large dining room table with enough seating for everyone (great family moments). Everyone said this was our best family vacation. My only concern was the villa and surrounding properties are built into the mountain. Roads are steep and make traveling by car essential. Walking from the beach back to the villa was tiring because of the steep climb. There are lots of steps in the villa as well. However, that experience was minimal and did not take away from our overall experience.

Would recommend to everyone. Home was perfect and exceptional views. Would like to plan my next year's trip with the same representative and same location.

VillaVista al Mar had everything we wanted and more. The chefs created masterpiece meals each day, which allowed us to enjoy the Villa and the area around us. Villa Vista al Mar was beautifully cleaned everyday by the nicest woman. The amenities were endless and the house manager was a phone call away to help with anything we needed. Amazing views throughout the property. Everything was very clean! The stay from start to finish was everything you can imagine. Waking up to the ocean breeze was something I want To do everyday.

There is a view of the ocean and a patio door to the pool area from every room. The beds are comfy and the showers are great. You can walk to the same beach as Grand Velas shares, very few vendors and access to the restaurant. Through cabovillas.com you can coordinate massages, manis and pedis, or chef services. We will definitely book this villa again!

What a beautiful mexican house in Pedregal. The house is just as described and well stocked for your stay. 5 bedrooms each with a bathroom, lovely home made decor around the villa makes it feel like home. The maid service is great too. We spent most days in the wonderful pool and spa area where we enjoyed the sun and peace and quiet of the area. We ordered the breakfast / margarita packages which were awesome and we'll worth it, thank you Marco. Our nights were spent in down town Cabo where you can enjoy great restaurants and bars around the marina. Drinks back at home to play some pool and chill. Take a short walk to see the Pacific ocean and beach to watch the whales and see the fishing boats coming and going. Don't miss a chance to take a glass bottom boat to the arch, a wonderful sight. We would definitely stay at this beautiful villa again.

Kimberly and her team at Cabo Villas stepped in and helped plan/coordinate our weekend get away for my best friends bachelor party. The villa is located near the top of the hill in the safe and conveniently located community called Pedragal (15 min drive to the DT corridor). Once we opened the doors we knew it was gonna be a great weekend, the villa was clean and fit all 14 guests comfortably. Pablo was our onsite host and was able to help with our transportation and any reservations we needed throughout the trip. Id highly recommend Cabo Villas and would definitely book a large group with them again!

The property is magnificent. The landscaping was gorgeous, the rooms were spacious, the sound system in every room was fun, the pool and hot tub were amazing we swam every day and night. There is even access to the beach in walking distance. One of the rooms has an outdoor shower which was really amazing to shower outdoors in privacy. I am so very happy that we stayed here. Our concierge Angel was SO helpful, kind, and accommodating. He was so responsive I don’t think it took more than 5 minutes to hear back from him. He arranged our taxis to town, sent someone out when we had an issue with the sound system, picked up alcohol and snacks for us, and was beyond helpful and kind. Our cleaning person Lucy was one of the best parts of the entire trip. She cleaned every room in the house from top to bottom daily. She cleaned the windows, the kitchen, she did laundry for us, and deep cleaned the rooms. I was shocked when I came into the bathroom and saw she’d even organized and put away all of my makeup that was strewn across the bathroom counter. The only negative comment I have is that twice we were told by security to turn down the pool bar music when it was mid day (between 3-7) when we were told quiet hours started at 10pm. And there was another house close by that was playing music much louder than us late at night. That was a small complaint in an otherwise magical, life-changing, stellar, vacation. We have all traveled to many countries and cities all over the world and we are all in agreement Cabo Villas is the best, top of the line. I recommend 10/10!!

..the crown jewel of El Pedregal was the perfect setting for my 60th birthday party with 22 of my guests. i hadnt shared a picture with any of them and watched their surprised faces as they walked into the villa and experienced the house and saw the view! Every detail of the villa was very well thought out as were the incredible furnishings, coral collections and beautiful folklore artifacts in very corner of every room. Each room was stunning...linens, towels and even room personalized robes !! To top the trip off was the incredible staff...led by Lorenzo who has been the chef for over 15 years. We also used some outside help for the party that included flowers, entertainment and party decor. The Trip will live on in the memories of the guests as a once in lifetime trip !!! This is a 6 star villa with a full staff of super friendly professionals.

Let's just say we were so glad it was postponed and not cancelled. The trip was help in mid May 2021 for 23 guests and we arrived in Cabo San Lucas in small groups. From the moment we arrived at the villa we were overcome with how enormous it is and the location was simply spectacular. The villa is located high on a cliff top (what it took to construct this villa is mind boggling) and the photos on the website do not do this villa justice. The home was enormous, much larger than we imagined it would be. So much detail has been put into the design and styling of this home, each room is very different than the next and someone with a great amount of design skill, taste and knowledge of Mexican culture, customs and design worked very hard to create this masterpiece high on the cliff top. The cliff top location is located in El Pedregal which is a very exclusive neighborhood that's very centrally located in Cabo and would be considered the Beverly Hills / Malibu or Bel Air of Cabo San Lucas. This location is where celebrities and CEO's make their vacation palaces come to life. The villa is at the very top and end cul de sac of the drive to the top of El Pedregal neighborhood. Now back to the design: with every corner you turn or step you take, another high end designer piece or wall art or ceiling treatment greets you. There was no expenses spared in the design of this home. Every bedroom has it's own name and even the towels in the bathroom of each ensuite bedroom / bathroom, are embroidered with the name of that bedroom. And you don't get 2-4 towels in each bathroom, there are baskets full. Same goes for the pool area, there is the most adorable wooden donkey sculpture that sits as a piece of art and is filled with the most luxurious pool towels you'd ever want. On the pool deck there are at least 10-12 chaise lounges, a pool swim up bar, multiple seating areas for watching the ocean waves that crash 1000 feet below you. The setting is spectacular. Villa Lorena was more than we imagined from the pictures. The villa was exquisite! It was private, open, comfortable and homey but luxurious.

In short, Casa Stella was by far the best experience that I have had to date. When we visited Casa Stella in April 2021, it was one of the newest luxury properties in Pedregal, and we had a very large group (~20 within our party). The house is an architectural gem and is very well designed. Since every couple has their own suite (and because the common areas are spacious), we felt very comfortable, albeit our large group size. Most notably, Casa Stella had every conceivable amenity that made our experience truly unique and unforgettable (full-service kitchen staff, mountain top panoramic ocean views, infinity pool, theater room, gym, masseuse rooms, among others). The quality of service is comparable to that of a five-star resort and the food was excellent. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much, that we did not feel a need to leave the property. We cannot wait to go back.
