Love that the rooms are spread out through the house. Luis was an awesome host.

Upon arrival to our Cabo Villa I worked closely with Jessica who called to introduce herself as our travel advisor. She made sure our transportation was set up, advised of different places and activities that were still open due to COVID restrictions and answered other general questions. Even throughout the trip she was readily available. ARRIVAL Our transportation was ready for our group of six as soon as we arrived at the airport and they were very easy to find. The van was large enough for us to stretch out and be comfortable as well. The driver was nice enough to take us to the grocery store to grab a few items before we got to our villa. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with several dining options and advice for excursions. We came to a gated checkpoint and began going uphill for a good distance (not far). Our group was in shock as we rode up the path and saw not only the BREATHTAKING view but the BEAUTIFUL houses. Once we made it to our accommodations we were greeted with margaritas and met our concierge Angel and another staff person who showed us around. The home was pristine - each room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had plenty of linen and towels. There was a washing/machine and dryer we were able to do our laundry. Upon arriving one of the rooms air conditioning unit wasn’t working but Angel made sure they fixed it the next morning. The pool was being cleaned when we arrived (nothing major just a few leaves). Pool was a great size! Not a small dinky pool either - large enough for us to race in the water. The beach was a five minute walk downhill and although it wasn’t swim-able it was beautiful to walk and listen to the waves. Throughout our time there Angel Provided us with his WhatsApp and he literally responded within minutes. He helped us book excursions, rent a car, and even helped me find a birthday cake and sparklers! Anything we asked for he was there. He helped us book in home chefs and massages too - both were great!! The

She arranged pick up from the air port, in home personal chef and travel back to the airport, everything flawlessly done. Once arriving to Villa Desierto, omg breathe taking. I couldn't believe a home could be this beautiful. Made us both feel like Kings and Queens in a castle, even the daily maid service, great service! The pool overlooking the beach , again OMG!!!! We slept outside 2 out of the 5 days we stayed; may sound crazy but with the view and weather mix trust me you'd do the same. We didn't have to leave the house if we didn't want too. I'm mean by far the best Cabo experience yet!!!

When we arrived we were greeted with margaritas. The view was spectacular and a short walk to the beach. Also, not too far from downtown. Shortly after getting settled a spa company came and gave us 2 free 15 minute massages. We booked them to come back for full massages and they were amazing! The villa was the perfect size for our group of 10. My concierge Ivan went above and beyond to make sure we had transportation at anytime of day. Each ride cost about $4-$6 per person each way. He also made store runs for us. The drivers were also amazing, especially Carlos! I also booked a chef service through cabovillas for breakfast and it was amazing and not expensive at all. If you’re thinking about booking, do it! You won’t regret it.

Great views of the marina. So close you could walk if you like to walk. Concierge was absolutely amazing. Helped us book tours and get taxis even when we were out. Clean home. Felt really safe never in any danger or felt scared. We would definitely love to come back to stay at Villa Tequila or any of their other homes.

The only thing we regret is not booking for a longer period of time. We hope to return soon!

As good as the pictures look, the real thing is even better! The staff is simply the best we've ever experienced. So thoughtful, caring, accommodating and fun! We literally didn't have to think the entire time we were there because the staff anticipated our every need . If you were thinking you might be hungry in 30 minutes, without even mentioning anything to the staff the amazing chef and her team would have appetizers ready in the kitchen. If you had an outing planned, they would provide waters and snacks for the ride. The planned meals were outstanding! We went out to eat at very nice restaurants a couple nights, but our meals at the house were the best. Angel and Juan are always a step ahead of your every need. Back at home, we feel lost without them. We were absolutely spoiled!

.. booking my trip with Jessica Felts at Cabo Villas was truly enjoyable. I don't always like to have to do all the planning so Jessica was very helpful every step of the way. Of course Villa Penasco is a gorgeous home but I will have to say the Chef and Staff made the trip go from a 10 to a 15! I have stayed in many villas within Pedregal and this one tops them all. The elevator was a key amenity with my older folks as well. Our Chef made fresh sushi from our day out fishing. Fresh Wahoo Sushi and grilled Mahi Mahi was incredible with around the clock margaritas served poolside was wonderful. We didn't have a bad meal the entire stay. I think its important to know during these COVID times we were very cautious making all 14 of our family members get COVID tests 2 days before travel. Its not a requirement in Mexico but we just had family in their 80's joining us so we wanted to be extra careful. The staff wore masks the entire time and provide hand sanitizers and wipes in every room. Honestly, my family and I felt safer at Villa Penasco then our hometown back in the Newport Beach! My family and I can't wait to return! Miss the staff already! Everyone should experience this Villa at least once in their lifetime! Enjoy!

This house was absolutely amazing! The view from sun up to sun down was everything. It was always clean and for 12 people we still had plenty space. This house made our trip more than what it was from the cleaning service to the catering services and the birthday set up, everything was nice. Especially Giovanni. He was so helpful with every single thing I bothered him about.

Perfect for hearing the surf day and night. We’ve had 10+ girl’s trips to Cabo now. We’ve used Cabo Villas and have never been disappointed in the villa or the concierge service from the rental process to the departure on the final day. This year with COVID, they were quick to ensure the villa and all personnel would be clean and protected with PPE. Our views of the Pacific were unobstructed in the pool, on the patio deck and the inside upper living area. We took some walks around the neighborhood, down to and along the beach and into town. I HIGHLY recommend using Cabo Villas for your rental needs and Villa Fiesta was just what we all needed to “get away”, de-stress and feel safe in doing so.

The bedrooms are very spacious and have AC that allow you to stay cool during the hot weather. Common spaces were great! We didn’t use the kitchen but was well organized and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were awesome! Temperature was just perfect to jump for a quick splash. There’s strict rules about no loud noises after 10pm, but overall our family was able to enjoy all the amenities and have a pleasant stay!

Perfectly clean before we got there and the maids did an excellent job every morning. Views were awesome and heated pool and hot tub were great. Having a 24/7 concierge was incredible to coordinate rides and reservations.

Definitely would stay here again.

From working with Jessica at Cabo villas.com she was so efficient and made the booking so simple with the few days I gave her. To the staff and team members at Villa Miramar. Ivan the concierge was amazingly helpful and really took care of my group. To I believe her name is Maria(sorry if I’m wrong) that works as the house keeper she was so gracious to my group. The house is exactly as pictured. Pedregal community itself is super safe and guarded so I never felt any worries. The views from all areas of the house are a sight to see! I would definitely recommend this beautiful Villa and we can’t wait to visit again!

Four of us got together for a long needed trip and were happy this place was recommended to us by Amber at at Cabo Villas. The rooms were perfect and fit us comfortably with are own room, the kitchen and BBQ were well equipped for our crew that likes to cook and the view was spectacular. Our concierge was super helpful and there if we need anything from extra ice, beers to recommendations of what to do. One concern I had is that being on the other side you would have to take a long windy road in but there was another road/shortcut that dropped you right downtown to enjoy the bars and the nightlife. We are already decided that we will be back to Leonetti next year and book through Cabo Villas.

LOVED it! Villa Carolina was so comfortable and well appointed. And all the cabovilla.com team were fantastic. Having a concierge avail anytime was awesome for the few restaurants we booked and transportation to / from the marina and golf. We used pre stocking for food and drink and it was perfect. Easiest and most relaxing trip. And villa Carolina A/C worked great and the sparkling pool at the end of each long day fishing was exactly what our group needed. I’ll do Cabo w a villa from now on.

Everything from A-Z was done ahead of time prior to our arrival with 5 star service... I would highly recommend this place!! Best chef service ever!

The perfect house for a group of 12 & each room had its own attached bathroom. The property was beautiful and the house was well-stocked, making is easy for us to cook meals for the group. I want to give especially high praise for our concierge, ANGEL! He was super helpful, very responsive via text & an all around gentleman - we are very appreciative that our stay included his services. We will definitely be booking through Cabo Villas again!

Just 3 small steps down to the beach and crashing waves. Ivan our concierge was awesome. He arranged all transportation to and from with simple text for multiple groups in our party to different places at different times. The staff in the home became like family. Every morning they showed up with smiles. They kept our cooler full with ice and drinks on the back patio. They would set up private beach area with chairs, loungers, and umbrellas. Each night they’d quietly come back and take down everything, then do it all again the next day. The staff was right there when we needed them, then invisible when we didn’t. No matter how much fun we had late into the night, the staff had everything back to clean, early the next morning. You can be on the beach one minute and in your private pool and hot tub the next. We had 11 in our party, some together, some not. House fit us fine. The house is shaded in the early morning, then the sun comes over the rocks. Many multiple levels of outdoor seating to relax. We will go back.

The Villa was incredible and set right on the beach and the pictures do not do this outdoor living area/pool justice. We were there with 4 couples and there is ton of space to gather or if you want to retreat and have your own space, there is plenty of room. As amazing as the Villa is, it becomes over the top when you add the level of service that comes with the place. Working with Kimberly for CaboVillas.com was incredible and she was very accommodating to our every request and quick to respond to any and all questions. Rosenberg and his entire staff were the most amazing people and all they care about is that you are comfortable and having the most amazing vacation ever. Your wish is their command with Rosenberg and team, and unfortunately I am not sure if any other vacation from here on out will ever compare, because of how spoiled we felt all week long. Casper was an incredible bartender and pool side server. Juan, our chef, made the most amazing meals we could have asked for. Breakfasts were out of this world, ceviche, guacamole, rice and beans for apps all day and the dinners were exceptional. We will most definitely be back at Villa Tranquilidad again very soon. Best vacation we have ever experienced.

..home was beautiful, location right on the beach was awesome for ocean swimming and the infinity pool was top notch. Rosenberg and his crew, especially Casper made the trip worth every penny. They worked their tails off and every request was taken care of. Juan the Chef is amazing as well, all the food was over the top!

!! Our host went out of his way to make sure all our last minute needs were met, great job!! The place was clean access was super secure (no worries there) You can walk anywhere in just a few minutes, this is one of our many stays at this spot and its great every time! Thanks Cabovillas!

From planning to the actual stay, everything was seamless and allowed us to enjoyed our vacation. We even had an amazing concierge, Ivan, that was on call 24/7 for whenever we needed anything at no extra cost to us - he had margaritas, chips, and guacamole waiting for us when we arrive. I can't recommend Cabovillas enough, thanks so much for providing an amazing time in Cabo. We will be back and will only book through Cabovillas!

Even during a global pandemic, CaboVillas was there to help us throughout the entire process. They helped us coordinate, were patient with all the craziness and still managed to make sure everything was perfect! Highly recommend, I will definitely book with them again.

It's located on a street that dead ends so you won't be getting much traffic going by, if at all. The rooms are well appointed and the bathrooms are large. Lots of hot water and the water pressure is excellent. We come to Cabo for the fishing which is always outstanding but coming back to this villa is a nice way to end the day!

We could not ask for a better vacation. Cabovillas.com was incredible. I would highly recommend this house and this company over and over again. Will certainly be there soon!

Everything we experienced was perfect, the beautiful view, the scrumptious meals by the chef and lovely spaces in the Villa. Friendly staff and service were top-notch. We are looking forward to our next stay at Casa Mantea or another Villa in the Pedregal community near the Marina. The CaboVillas website has amazing photos of Villas to scroll through and dream about where we might stay next time.

We loved staying there. The view from the pool is amazing, the house was very clean. Hosts were very accessible and nice to us.

! Our concierge Hector was also amazing and very quick on responding and assisting us whenever we needed him or had a question. The area was private and my party felt very safe. Being able to watch the sun set and wake up to the sun rising was an amazing feeling. I would definitely recommend this home to stay at and I plan on coming back and staying again!! Great sized kitchen to make dinner for all of your friends. The pool is a blast with the bbq set up near by. Plenty of bedrooms.

Especially if you have a big group. So many bathrooms. So many beds and even the sofa is sooo comfortable. Ivan was the absolute best concierge. We plan on coming back and we want him as our concierge again. He went and got groceries for us, all we had to do was text him and he sent a driver. We had a small sugar ant problem and he promptly sent the maid to come clean and get rid of the ants. Other than that it was great! He even helped us set up a chef to come cook for us in the morning one day and it was so good! The views are spectacular. 10/10 recommend! And we were soooo close to downtown. It was like a 5 minute drive and we were there. The security is top notch so we felt SUPER safe. We will be back soon!

Living space outdoors is wonderful with pool, spa, chairs, and grilling area with more seating and palapa-style covering. The pictures are no exaggeration.. the home is GORGEOUS!! Daily maid service is a huge plus as she keeps the house clean, makes the beds, washes the dishes, empties garbage cans, etc. She is out of your way and very professional, you hardly notice she's there. 24-hr concierge service only a text away and they respond quickly at any hour of the night (we had to call them at 3am due to loud party next door which is not allowed in this neighborhood). Home is well air conditioned and very spacious! Truly a wonderful home to stay in!
