Due to Covid, we had to reschedule our trip twice and Jessica and the team at Cabovillas were extremely accommodating. Not only that but the staff during our stay was always extremely friendly and helped us with any requests we had. The home is perfect for a big group and is in a great location close to town. There was nothing better than watching the sunrise every morning by the pool! Would definitely stay here again!

There was plenty of room for several people to stretch out, relax and enjoy the home. We had the pantry and refrigerator stocked by a local company before we got there and it was wonderful. While we were there, the Covid pandemic was still underway and no restaurants were open. We had plenty of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We would take drinks and food daily down to the pool area and typically grill out for lunch. I would highly recommend getting the skirt steak if you have a company stock it with food. It was absolutely amazing! There are lots of stairs in this home so be aware of that. Regardless of whether you go outside or inside, to get from the top level to the pool area, you will climb/descend approximately 30 steps. The steps outside are pebbled to prevent slippage. The entire inside of the Villa is tile, so you need to be cautious if you have socks on or your feet are wet. Definitely familiarize yourself with where all of the steps are, so you do not trip. At night, we would leave a couple of lights on throughout the Villa, especially on the staircase, to prevent anyone from slipping/falling if they got up during the night. There are extra bath towels, beach towels, blankets, and pillows in the closets of bedrooms one and two. The Villa also has a washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets should you decide to do laundry while you are there. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, utensils, glassware, storage bowls and some seasonings. The bar area at the pool also has plastic plates and cups, as well as a blender and some grilling utensils. To the left of the grill there is a small sink which is really handy. There are speakers throughout the house that you can download an app and play your music on (Sonos). Within the app, you can control which room/rooms you want it to be played in. The villa layout was nice and we enjoyed the glass walls/doors over looking the ocean. Definitely will be staying here again.

Big kitchen with top of the line appliances great for preparing meals. Outdoor space was comfortable for sun bathing, swimming and outdoor dining. Stunning, unobstructed ocean views all day long.

This location if perfect, with its gated community, beautiful views, with the Jack Nicklson golf course meandering thru... and its centrally located, approx 15 minutes between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. A beautiful home with a gorgeous infinity pool and spa that looks out to the ocean. I'm confident that any family or group will enjoy this villa and its amazing staff. We will definitely visit here again!

We watched the whales migrate by while we sipped margaritas from the infinity pool. We had a large group and the home is so large that we didn't feel crowded at all. So much space and areas to relax. Our group enjoyed massages on the rooftop palapa. We hired chef Lorenzo to cook some meals for us and he was excellent as was the house staff. All of our needs prior to and during our trip were taken care of on the spot. We so loved our vacation here that we will be back! It was a great place to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday!

The trip was for my wife's 50th birthday and thankfully we found Villa Grande. It is truly one of a kind and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The home is built on the side of a cliff. It has the most incredible views of the Pacific Ocean that you will ever see. The sunsets were amazing. The services provided by Cabo Villas was truly impressive. Jessica and her team took care of everything that we needed. We took advantage of the daily chef services for breakfast and a couple of nights for dinner at the house. They also helped with dinner reservations and a custom birthday cake for my wife. The house itself is massive. We had a party of 13 and everyone was happy. There are some rooms that have exterior entrances and are a little funky, but all in all totally acceptable and comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms will take your breath away. You have views upon views as well as balconies for coffee or cocktails. The only downside was the pool isn't heated, so it was really chilly when we were there over New Years. Otherwise, this is the perfect spot. It's safe, clean, and very well taken care of. We hope to go back for years to come. It's the best vacation experience that we have ever had.

There were few family members joined us from UK and Canada. this property exceeded everyone expectation and the Villa property staff was excellent. The facility layout is little different and not user friendly with kids or older people. there are lots of steps to climb to go up or down. Property layout is good kitchen - pool- dome area for eating is excellent. both Kitchen and bathroom are dated and need update for this price range property. Had fun with the family and will go again if the opportunity arrives. thanks sharon

The outdoor living space was unbelievable, right on the beach and the perfect pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace every night. The caretakers became family!

We thoroughly enjoyed the villa and all the amenities. The team and all associated with Cabo Villas were a great pleasure to work with. From the concierge, to the catered breakfasts and alcohol delivery, it was everything and more. If you're looking to have bachelor party in Cabo, don't think twice and book Villa Via a La Casa! There was more than enough space to accommodate us all. Looking forward to the next jaunt down to Cabo for always good times!

We have stayed in Pedregal multiple times and we absolutely loved this house and location. It's walking distance from the beach; I prefer to be there rather than the other side of the hill facing the city. The city is a little further away, but we would have taken an uber anyway so it's not a big deal. The house itself is amazing. Every room has an incredible view -- almost like 5-6 separate units with their own bedroom, bathroom, and sometimes kitchenette -- so you get great privacy, but then also these beautiful lush common areas to hang out. Pool, hot tub, patio, fire pit, etc. I highly recommend and would stay here again in a second. Our trip was 5 couples (10 people) and we are discerning, high-end travelers. YOU WILL LOVE IT!

Great location. Gorgeous home. Very large and spacious. The concierge was all over it. Anything we needed, we would just text him, and it was taken care of -- namely, any transportation needs, etc. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The pictures don’t do justice to the actual views. We saw whales and felt like we had the best view in Pedregal on a perch. The house was great. Clean and modern. Comfortably fit 16 people (8 couples). Highly recommend Villa Jade de Law.

The Villa was great place for golfers, take the whole villa, where we can cook our own Indian food, we didn't even go shopping for Groceries, the bell man took care of all our shopping needs. About the Villa it self - It was very nice and had most off the amenities. Bad thing about the Villa, is it does not have any in room safety deposit boxes, each individual rooms did not a room door locks. The villa owners should invest in door locks and Safety deposit boxes.

The availablity of a 24/7 contact was brilliant, all our needs were met without any fuss. We enjoyed the hospitality and friendship of the local community. Everything certainly surpassed our expectations. Well done - the family continues to talk about the great time we have.

The property is a little worn. Unfortunately, they were building a large house next door that looks right over the pool so not much privacy and at time very noisey. There was a lot of noise from below, parties etc. People would come and go without notice, gardener, repair people and there wasn't much information in the house itself. We had a nice time, but would have liked something more private.

Everything was perfect for our Framily of 11 adults, As in most of Mexico (it appears) the railings are low so a family with young children would want to look at that aspect closely. For us it was perfection!!!

The property was beautiful and spacious and well laid out. I will admit it’s not the easiest place to get to, but the views make up for the trek uphill. The security at the gated community was top notch. Highly recommend this house!

It is a beautiful property, equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The home is spacious, immaculate, and perfect for a group of six like ours. Each morning, we enjoyed sitting on the covered patio with our coffee, soaking in the incredible views and ocean breeze while the whales swam in the sea below us. Our afternoons were usually spent in the newly renovated pool and Jacuzzi or just lounging on the patio. A private beach is located a short walk from the home. One of the nicest grocery stores in the area is also just across the street, outside of the home’s gated community. It has wonderful fresh produce, meat, and a fantastic bakery. There are so many adventures to choose from near the house, and we had a great time whale watching and riding ATVs on the sand dunes. Traveling into San Jose is also a must! It’s full of quaint shops and wonderful restaurants. Art Walk in the town square on Thursday night was fun, filled with local artisans displaying their wares. (If you are looking for a special treat, try the Churros — they are delicious!) What a wonderful time we had on our first visit to Mexico and to Villa Estrella! We will be back soon!

The concierge staff were very accommodating and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend using them to arrange your rides into town as well, as security at Pedregal is strict and using a taxi company that is familiar with the rules and community was very helpful. We were able to play our music on a speaker we brought without issue. The beds were very comfortable!

Comfortably housed all twelve of us and had a view that you cannot beat. Our assigned concierge, Angel, was so amazing and would have cabs ready for us whenever we needed them. Can’t thank y’all enough - my wife and I are taking about our next trip with Cabo Villas for our anniversary. Highly recommended.

We had a great time and it was so convenient to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to go to. The pre-stocking idea was one of my favorites. I highly recommend and would stay here again. The villa looked just like the pictures, the community was very safe and pretty/clean. Thank you!

This place is big and beautiful with an amazing view. The pool and hot tub were the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee. Our concierge Hector was full of local knowledge and facilitated some transportation to the different activities that we scheduled. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked great, the water in the showers stayed hot, and the daily cleaning was great. Pedregal is the best neighborhood to stay if you want to be in a quiet place, while also being less than 10 minutes from all the action. Thank you again for such an amazing place to stay and we hope to be back soon! Sincerely, Chris Tips: - I would recommend Uber instead of the local taxis. Taxis charge $20 USD to pick you up from the villa and bring you to town. Ubers cost less than 50 pesos (~$3 USD). Order the car like you usually wold on your app, then call the gate to tell them the make/model of the car and the name of the driver, and the name of your villa. Give yourself 20-30 mins for them to get there from when you call. - There's a Circle K and small grocery store very close to the entrance gate to Pedregal. We stocked up on everything we needed there.

14 people stayed here comfortably. It is very spacious and the views are amazing!

We have already reserved it for next year making it the 5th year in a row. The accommodations are perfect for our large crew and everyone looks forward to this trip each year, I dare say it has become a family tradition. This year the villa had been freshly updated. Always clean with housekeeping there daily. The accommodations are great, and the infinity pool is lovely. The views of the ocean and the bay are breathtaking plus the whales were visible throughout the week this trip. I also have to mention the spectacular sunsets and sunrises, WOW! Both easy viewing from Clara Vista Villa. It is located in Pedregal, a gated community where you feel safe. Just minutes from all the fun and night life.

.. Villa Clara Vista is amazing and was the perfect retreat for our family! Views of sunrise and sunset, a chef who cooked us a gourmet meal, massages under the palapa, and every room has a view! I even saw a whale breach from the shower! We spent the evenings around the fire pit enjoying the stars. It was a short drive to town, but we seldom left the villa as it had everything we needed! This is a great property with unparalleled views of the ocean, bay, and town. Very close to town, nightlife, beaches, and just about anything you would want to do! We had a blast and will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed magnificent sunrises & sunsets; the views were spectacular with awesome whale watching from nearly every room in the house, as well as from ample terrace space. The entire house is spacious, airy and light, with a contemporary touch to its unique architecture that brings in all the magic of the special mountain/ocean/desert vibe that personifies Cabo. Great for up to 5 couples, or a perfect family retreat complete with the kids.

The house had everything we could have wanted; lots of rooms, beautiful, spacious, clean, and our concierge, Hector, was on speed dial for whatever we needed (and always answered!). Every room has an amazing view and comfortable beds, the hot tub works very well and takes just minutes to heat up. My ONLY complaint is the music system. It is not a bluetooth, but rather speakers connected to the Sonos app so it only plays music from the villa owner's Sonos profile. There was a ton of music and lots of variety so it worked out fine, we just waited for our boat trip to play our "Bachelorette Playlist" :) Planning a trip for 14 girls out of the country, I was nervous about all of the little details when it comes to booking, paying, planning, etc. Jessica made all of that INCREDIBLY easy. She offered ideas when needed, was timely in her responses, and was super helpful and genuinely excited for our trip. I will only book my Cabo trips through Cabo Villas for future vacations!

We were able to see the whales jumping out of the ocean in the mornings and watch the beautiful sunsets over the Pacific in the evenings. A swim in the heated pool made for a perfect ending of the day. Villa del Sol is just a 2 minute drive to the Pedregal beach. The beach, while beautiful, is unswimmable. This villa is also close to the marina and town. I recommend renting a car or taking a taxi of you go to town. It would be quite a hike up and down the steep roads in Pedregal. Thanks to Lola and Giovanni for another great vacation in Cabo.

Comfortable, clean, well located. Pool and outdoor area were wonderful. All services and amenities were top notch. Tino the property manager was great. We did not want for anything. Cabovillas is wonderful to rent through as everything is taken care of for you. Highly recommend Cabovillas and Villa Miraflores.

Steps from the secluded beach where you can take your daily walks or spend the day watching the waves. The covered patio has a view of the ocean and we watched the whales every day. The pool has been recently renovated and we spent hours swimming and sitting in the hot tub. Our rooms with private bathrooms and our own access to the pool and patio were spacious and the home itself was very accommodating to the six occupants. We had everything we needed to cook meals and the market was conveniently located just outside the community. Luis, the property manager, set up ATV riding and whale watching excursions for us and arranged transportation and made sure all our needs were met. There was also a maid halfway through the week which was a pleasant surprise! The wonderful town of San Jose was a short car ride away and a delightful place to spend the day or evening to shop, dine or just wander around. Definitely an "I want to go back!" vacation spot!
