The views from the house are incredible and the bedrooms were great! There was more than enough space for us. Ruben, Olga and Daniel (our cook, maid, and security) were all amazing and friendly. Ruben made us breakfast and lunch most days and it was all delicious. Olga made us drinks every day and Daniel was there throughout the day / night if we needed anything. The concierge arranged all of our taxis and we were able to coordinate everything through him. The pool and spa area were beautiful and where we spent most of our time. As the other reviews stated, the house is located in a remote area and it would be difficult to find on your own, but all of our taxis had no problem getting us home. The only thing I have to mention is, there were two small dogs onsite, which we had absolutely no problem with and the staff made sure of that, but just be aware that there may be animals on the property. It was an incredible house with an even more amazing staff! We hope to come back again soon!”

Modern, spacious, amazing views, and all the amenities we needed for an extended weekend getaway for 11 friends. I highly recommend their services. ps. schedule a massage at the house for right when you get there. It will set the tone for the rest of your trip. ps2. your own local chef is a must

I completely agree with the other reviews, the pictures do not do the villa or views justice. Angel was our concierge and he was great; always quick to respond and able to assist with taxis. With that being said, I would have liked to know that the house/villa next door was under construction and there would be workers there throughout the day, not a huge deal but simply for awareness. Having a gated community/security at the entrance was a big win as well. Overall it was a fantastic villa with amazing views. Highly recommend and we would absolutely go back. Just might need extra towels/washcloths for a group of 7 girls. :) Thanks for the great stay!

We where able to walk to and from the marina with no problem. The only trouble we had was using Uber sometimes they could not get in the front gate, but other then that great experience.

Great view, unbelieveable access to JW Marriott and Fundadores Beach Club.

The team at CaboVillas was easy to work with and very responsive. They were incredibly helpful when we were in Cabo arranging rides, service and recommendations. We couldn't have had a better time on our trip.

It already looked great in pictures, but they really didn't do the view justice!! The rooms aren't really photographed well either - they were much larger than expected. The 4th bedroom and bathroom are actually located above the garage and have a separate entrance from the rest of the house - could be convenient for some that want extra privacy/quiet, as long as they are okay with no wifi. The Pedregal community where this house is located is truly the "Beverly Hills of Cabo" - THE MOST STUNNING HOMES (*mansions*) ALL AROUND!! And the security gate staff definitely take their jobs seriously - we had to call our concierge to provide the car model and driver's name each time we requested an Uber, which felt slightly inconvenient at times, but honestly such a blessing because we felt incredibly safe and secure throughout our stay. It is legitimately a $3 Uber to get just about anywhere downtown - I would recommend this as the travel option. We booked a van through concierge on our first day, which charged $4/person per direction, which ultimately is still pretty cheap, but extremely expensive compared to the Ubers. The house was fully stocked with basics, the welcome margaritas were delicious, and we would absolutely return. Also, Lola was extremely friendly, responsive, and communicative leading up to the reservation to ensure we had a smooth, carefree stay. The free airport transfer was also a huge bonus!! Saved at least $40-$50 from this alone.

Our concierge was also extremely responsive and helpful, and even ran out to grab us tape when we forgot it!

Jessica handled all planning in advance, setting up all activities and transportation. Luis was our onsite contact and he more than delivered, providing unprecedented customer service. The house was gorgeous and we were able to truly relax and enjoy our stay. We couldn't have done it without Jessica and Luis.

This place was perfect! Each bedroom had a spectacular view and the kitchen/living room/pool/patio area was perfect for our socializing morning, noon, and night. Hector was waiting for us as we arrived and right on time for our departure as well. Lola was so responsive and very helpful in getting our airport transportation, Costco stop, massages at the house, and chef service. Whatever you want, she was readily available to organize. I got a lot of credit for putting together this trip, but honestly most of that credit should go to Lola. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing view

The best part of the villa is the pool area, you can take so many great pictures here and have front row seats to beautiful sunsets. My booking agent, Lola, was extremely helpful prior to our stay and helped me navigate through several options for activities in the area. Our concierge, Hector made himself available anytime to arrange transportation or for any other questions we had. We found that if we arranged cab services through him it was more cost efficient than calling a cab ourselves. The house was clean although the decor could use a bit of an update. We also had a few leakage problems when it rained. Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay overall.

Lola, Julie and Jessica were able to provide prompt, top-notch service and guidance for not only the property, but anything we wanted to do within Cabo. Absolutely recommend and plan on staying here again.

For pure relaxation and pool-partiers alike, the place has to be seen to be believed. You feel like you are on top of the world. The views from the pool decks (don't worry there are TWO) are absollutely stunning. Every detail has been carefully thought through. If you want to live like a literal rock star, go here. BBQ by the pool, or have Matter of Taste cater an event for you. The master bedroom is to die for. The amenities are on point. hot tub. movie theater, elevator, industrial kitchen, main kitchen and outdoor BBQ? Yes please. Watch the sea birds float by on the Baja's hot air currents. Play guitar by the pool. Or while wading in the pool. Shower outdoors, its fun! soak in the gorgeous views and the ocean air and see downtown unfurl below you as you tower above it like the VIP you are once you set foot in this awesome awesome one of a kind property. Book it now, you deserve it.

... luxurious accomodations, indoor/outdoor living, amazing panoramic views of the ocean and City lights, and location, location, location! So easy and quick to get into town for a bite to eat and to the harbor for our whale watching tour, but when lounging poolside, you feel a world away! We loved our stay at Villa Leonetti and we'll be back!

It is a great value and has awesome views. We will definitely stay there again.

Perched up over the beach, perfect for whale watching and relaxing with family and friends.

The pool is fun but small. The house is a bit dated, but has all of the amenities you need for a good trip (well-appointed kitchen, grill, roku for kids to watch TV). The only issue we had was some confusion on arranging a shuttle from the concierge (who was wonderful otherwise). We had massages at the house which we highly recommend! Overall, this was a great house in a beautiful location in Cabo!

It’s long lines hug the rocky hillside. The best feature is the huge, sliding doors in the great room, that open fully to create a true indoor/outdoor experience. We had the doors open most of the time, even in the winter. (No bugs, either!) 2 infinity pools, one heated, one unheated, are beautiful with the sea behind them. Views of the sea are incredible, and it is fun to watch cruise ships arriving everyday. All the suites are comfortable and private; we found nothing out of order during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we felt pampered. Loved the ping pong, pool table, movie theater, and hot tub. 10’ drive the shops and restaurants in town and access to boat trips. We especially enjoyed the firepit, early in the morning...drinking coffee and watching the gorgeous sunrises! All bedrooms have King beds with private bathrooms and ALL face the ocean! We also liked having Fortunato onsite, to answer any questions that we had or provide help when we needed it. I can't express how amazing this Villa is...and we are SO anxious to return again next year!!

Villa Diamante de Law was superb. Met all of our needs in every way. The Villa was beautifully appointed, offered great facilities & space, in a wonderful location – those views and surrounds. Wow! We all enjoyed our stay immensely. Hector our concierge provided excellent support and was a fountain of knowledge and connection. Our gorgeous house keeper spoiled us with her service. Our dinners out at Los Tres Gallos and Ramuri (now called la Pintada Cerveceria) were fabulous, without fault. Our meals and service were exceptional. Christmas lunch was delicious. We were indulged in taste and volume. A relaxing and enjoyable family feast. Our activities and adventures were exhilarating, fascinating and combined with the warmth of the local Mexicans. Even our experience with Hospiten Hospital was outstanding. Our visit exceeded our expectations and we definitely would love to return. We will have no hesitation in recommending CaboVillas to fellow Australians. Our heartfelt thanks for your contribution in our memorable family holiday.

Kimberly was very responsive with all of our group's questions and put my mind at ease. Our concierge, Louis was amazing. He helped us all week long with cabs, tips, and advice. He even ordered pizzas for our teenagers! Thank you Kimberly and Louis we had the best vacation!!! We hope to be back soon! The Villa is beautiful and the views from the terrazzo were great. We saw whales everyday. The hot tub was very popular. We had a group of 10 and were very comfortable with more than enough space. The maid service was outstanding. The house has a great stereo surround system. There was a gym but we didn't need it with all of the stairs on the property. lol. Some people say you can walk to town but we never tried it due to the steepness of the mountain the villa sits on. The whole neighborhood is magnificent and very safe. We enjoyed sunsets at the private beach.

Giovani , our concierge,greeted us with Margaritas and a tour of the Villa. Airport transportation , chef services and stocking of food and drinks were all arranged through Cabo Villas and could not have been easier! Giovani was just a text or phone call away for anything we needed. After a day at the beach we could not wait to get back to our paradise to relax by the pool or relax in the hot tub! This Villa is simply amazing and will be booking through Cabo Villas again!
