From the minute we were greeted by Hector, until the transportation arrived to take us back to the airport, we had a wonderful stay. The villa is the perfect size for our group of four, with a large pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor area. The inside of Villa Carolina was incredible clean, very well maintained and had everything you could possibly expect. We look forward to staying at Villa Carolina on our next visit to Cabo San Lucas. Thank you Cabo Villas for another amazing trip, and making it worry free!

! Both birthday boys enjoyed the villa with its spectacular view and infinity pool, area golf, sunset boat ride, Ivan’s special welcome event Thursday, and Saturday’s birthday bash your catering group put together. Everything was perfect!!

! Again, the staff was fantastic and the food & drinks were all delicious. The Villa is simply beautiful! The pictures nor the videos do not reflect how beautiful this Villa and property truly are. The villas are a very short walk from one another, so it was great to all hang out at one villa and allowed everyone to have enough space to get some rest when needed. Amber was wonderful in helping plan much of the trip, including providing many recommendations, arranging transportation, and making reservations for activities and restaurants. Once there, our concierge Ivan was awesome! He was able to help with anything we needed 24/7 and was always very quick to respond. Lastly, the cleaning crew came and tidied up the place everyday, which was greatly appreciated, especially with our large group. Thank you CaboVillas and staff for an amazing stay and great experience! Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun experience in Cabo.

From the very beginning, Alexandria was the most helpful and answered all of my questions. She got us booked for all of the things we wanted to do. Chile & Lime catering services deserves all of the stars. The taco bar on arrival, breakfasts, steak & sea bass dinner were all exceptional. Our chefs, Victor & Graciela were wonderful. They even came out in the middle of the hurricane to cook for us. Book the private chefs! Hector, the concierge, was also wonderful. He deserves all the praise. He made sure we had flashlights, ice, and even came with a van for us to charge our phones when we were out of electricity due to hurricane Norma. We will definitely be back to Cabo when it is NOT hurricane season and will certainly choose CaboVillas. All in all, a wonderful experience considering the circumstances.

Wendy took care of us at the house and Mariana our concierge made sure we had everything we needed. Having access to the golf cart to drive to the beach club was amazing. We will certainly come back.

Great house and experience - will be back

Pablo was an excellent concierge and was available to us 24/7. Requesting shuttles for our activities was very fast and reasonably priced. Not to mention the house itself was incredible with the best views! The catering food was also delicious and the welcome drinks as well. The only issue we had was that the water stopped working in the house one day, but Pablo resolved it very quickly. I would highly recommend booking your stay with Cabo villas in the future!

Leading up to our stay she sent numerous emails to help us plan our trip and educate us on all the available amenities. This is our second time staying at Villa Bellissima and upon arrival at the house we were excited as the first time to see the view. In our opinion, there is no better view or location in Pedregal. There are no neighbors at Villa Bellissima that can see into the pool area of the house so privacy is unmatched in Pedregal. The scale of the house is massive and with so much room none of our guests felt cramped. Pablo and the on-site staff were amazing. The chef and transportation that Kimberly found for us were all incredible. All in all.... if you are looking for a world-class trip to Cabo you can't go wrong at Villa Bellissima.

The property was perfect for the small group we had and we would definitely go again! The pool was amazing. I would say if you have a group of 2-6 this the perfect location! Very walkable to town!

Everything was amazing the views, the rooms, and the private chefs. Booking was also handled so well by Alexandria she was on top of every detail and made the stay amazing.

I would definitely use them again for a future trip.

From Mariana to our chefs, we loved it!!

We had 14 people in for my wife’s 40th birthday and it was everything we expected plus more. The house was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It was equipped with everything possibly needed for a stay. The booking staff, as well as onsite staff, were very accommodating and pleasant. There was not a single issue during our stay. I would recommend to anyone. We will be back!

It was so much cheaper than Airbnb and Vrbo when comparing rates and had extra perks like concierge, drinks on arrival, and transportation. If we come back to Cabo I will always use them. Truly fantastic!! Thank you!

!! We were planning my bachelorette and a bit cautious as this new home had no reviews yet. Well it was absolutely GORGEOUS and so grand. Even better than the photos. My large group fit extremely spaciously and we had the time of our lives. The neighborhood is gorgeous on the hill but also extremely safe and quiet. The view from the outside deck was so lovely in the mornings with the sunrise. You could see the ocean and sailboats in the horizon. 10/10 recommend. Thank you!!!

From the airport shuttle service, safe gated community, private chef experience, incredible views, comfort, and the infinity pool it was a dream. Staying here for a bachelorette was so fun we barely needed to leave the house to have the resort experience. We worked directly with Alex Koenig who was so lovely and helped us through every step. Can't recommend enough!

Great service throughout the stay. Beds cleaned every morning and concierge provided anything we needed whenever we wanted. Also, beds were very comfortable. We loved every part of our stay!

The pictures do not do it justice. The architecture and decor of the home is stunning, as is the view. Villa management is wonderful and extremely responsive. The few small issues we had were taken care of almost immediately, no matter the time the request was made. Do yourself a favor and bring in Chef Lorenzo to handle your meals, and spring for the bartender. Highly recommend for your stay in Cabo.

The review could end there, but being an avid reader of reviews, would like to share the "why". Before we arrived, Cabo Villas handled all of the communication. Kimberly R was fantastic helping with pre-orders, boat tours, room assignments, massages, drivers, dinner reservations, all of it! When our party of 12 (6 couples) arrived to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday, we were all stunned. The "mansion" is a better description. Everyone had their own en-suites, everything was spotless, it was like we were living in a "lifestyles of the rich and famous" commercial. Luis the concierge was wonderful, responsive day and night. Angela the housekeeper and maintenance man, George (I believe that was his name due to the language barrier), cooked meals, did laundry, cleaned the pool, fixed the pool surround sound, great people. The pickle ball court was a huge bonus and we all played each morning. Easy 3 minutes to downtown by car or you could hike it. We never wanted to leave.

Very clean and spacious. We loved our view of the ocean from the pool and how close we were to the marina. Our specialist, Alex Koenig, made booking the trip and our rides so easy. Already planning our next stay!

Leonetti is a great house with unbeatable views

It enables us, as a group, to break off into smaller one off meetings/sessions as well as bond as a team all while enjoying beautiful views, great amenities, good food and amazing service. This is all accomplished with never having to leave the property. This is an absolute no brainer, this property will be on repeat when planning future business trips as well as family vacations.
