Rasilind, I must apologize for not saying thank you for the excellent job you did for us. The hotel was great, the transportation arrangements were excellent, and the hotel did an excellent job on the meeting for us. Naturally, golf at the Ocean was unbelievable. We will be back.

The issue we discussed has indeed been a problem but the speed, professionalism and response has been much appreciated. I'd like to make it clear that all staff involved, especially the property manager and the maid, have been excellent.

I also appreciate the compensation you are providing and would certainly use and recommend your company again. Apart from the issue at the villa it was indeed luxury and we were very happy with it.

Villa Cortez is absolutely beautiful. We were surprised by how easy it was to find the place, and once we got there, it was even better than the pictures in your brochure.

Everything was just so great that we may make Cabo our 1st choice for vacations in the future. The computer hookup capability was an unexpected pleasure. Thanks for everything you've done.

The chef services were excellent—I highly recommend them! The local ESSV staff was the best—we called them several times to book activities for us. They even arranged taxis for us for evenings.

They were VERY HELPFUL, especially checking in, answering many questions and exploring the villa with us. The fresh flowers were a special touch! One night when returning to the villa at 10pm we discovered our air conditioning not working. I called the ESSV office and a repairman was at our villa in 30 minutes—impressive! It would have been awful to have had to wait until morning. The English-speaking maid was a true bonus!
