Concierge was great from welcoming us to booking us cars, housekeeper/cooks were amazing and made the best food for our group. Highly recommend!

Everything was amazing the views, the rooms, and the private chefs. Booking was also handled so well by Alexandria she was on top of every detail and made the stay amazing.

The service is absolutely perfect. Communication is always right on.

We came to celebrate our bride to be. Everyone who helped when we arrived was great! Ivan for MVP! Ivonne and other lady did amazing at cleaning and making us breakfast! Our chef Victor was also amazing!

The best views I have seen in Pedregal. The house makes you feel like you’re on a cruise ship. The concierge Ivan took such good care of our group of 9. He organized all the transportation for us and made sure we were taken care of!! Breakfast with Alejandra’s cannot be beat, she was a fantastic cook! We can’t wait to go back next year!!

The villa’s staff played a large part in making our stay an unforgettable one. Our concierge, Angel, was very helpful and responded immediately with any requests we had. My group also looked forward to Alejandra’s breakfast each morning, she is a fantastic chef! The villa itself is peaceful, clean, and spacious with beautiful views from virtually everywhere in the home. Pedregal is also closely located to downtown Cabo and only a short taxi ride away from many great restaurants, bars, shops, and activities. Whatever the occasion, I can’t recommend this villa enough!

Everything went so perfectly. Alejandra was like a member of our family. We can’t wait to return!

Waking up to the view from the master bedroom never ceased to amaze me. I would rent this villa out again in a heartbeat!

It is a bit dated style-wise, but the stellar views, safe location, pool in tropical setting, and AMAZING chef and house manager, Yvonne, make up for anything one might find lacking. We had a family with small kids so staying in for dinner and having Yvonne cook her wonderful meals worked out great for us. Our concierge, Giovanni, was friendly and efficient and handled any transportation or other activity needs we had. Great experience overall!

You made our stay so easy...great chef, service and communication. Oh and the house was perfect...the views unexplainable. Looking forward to our next trip!

The views from the house were of the Land's End Arches. First, Cabo Villas set us up with everything we could possibly need- from transport, contact for travels around Cabo, recommendations, but most importantly our house manager- Yvonne! She was incredible! Her meals were amazing, better than anything we found in any restaurant. She became a small part of our family while we were there ( we tried to entice her to come home with us, but said her boss would be upset and we totally understand why...AMAZING!). We have already planned our next trip. Unfortunately Villa MiraMar was already taken. We are not worried because Cabo Villas won't let us down!

The villa has amazing vantage points for beautiful sunrises and amazing sunsets!! Evan more amazing was the service provided to us by our concierge, Pablo, and our housekeeper, Yvonne. Pablo arranged rides for our group without hesitation and made sure all of our prearranged services were in order. Yvonne treated us to a delicious assortments of breakfasts on the terrace each morning of our stay. Her friendly and warm personality made our stay even more superb. I can’t recommend staying here enough. We’re already planning our next stay!

The Villa was a short 5-10 min taxi to the main beaches and restaurants and was arranged by our awesome concierge, Ivan. He really made the trip great, taking care of any and all requests we had throughout our stay. The breakfasts each morning were delicious and the views were spectacular. Highly recommend!

Located in the Pedregal area of Cabo, you are literally 5 minutes from the marina and within 10 -15 minutes from most golf courses in the area. There is a private beach for the Pedregal area but it is about a 15 minute walk from the Villa. Very nice, few people and no vendors. Security is tight in this neighborhood as you have to check in/out at their security gate. You will feel very safe there. Our group opted for breakfast every morning and about four dinners at the Villa. Yvonne is a great cook as the food was excellent at every meal. This is a very economical way to dine as well. As far as the views, cannot say enough. We were able to watch whales everyday from out vantage point, and fireworks a few nights that were directly in front of the Villa at the beach down below. The Villa in immaculate and the pool/hot but were tended to everyday. Maid service was daily and Rubi kept things spotless. I highly recommend this Villa for anyone considering a nice stay in Cabo.

From working with Jessica at Cabo villas.com she was so efficient and made the booking so simple with the few days I gave her. To the staff and team members at Villa Miramar. Ivan the concierge was amazingly helpful and really took care of my group. To I believe her name is Maria(sorry if I’m wrong) that works as the house keeper she was so gracious to my group. The house is exactly as pictured. Pedregal community itself is super safe and guarded so I never felt any worries. The views from all areas of the house are a sight to see! I would definitely recommend this beautiful Villa and we can’t wait to visit again!

The house is beautifully situated in Pedregal so you have views of the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific. We used the infinity pool and hot tub a lot. It was wonderful to be in the pool and look at the unbelievable view. There was a lot of foliage around the house which added to the ambience. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were and the house was very clean. The staff at the house were great. One day Yvonne made breakfast for us--it was great. You can walk to the marina and downtown if you're a walker. We stopped at the security gate and got a map of Pedregal which we found very helpful on our walks. I highly recommend this house and would not hesitate to stay here again.We mainly worked with Jessica on our arrangements and everything went smoothlessly.

Not close to the beach so you'll need to drive but a stone throw away from the marina if you're planning on taking a boat out. I recommend this house for families and couples trips.

The location of the property was incredible and the views were awesome. My wife and I would get up every morning prior to the rest of the family and go walking throughout the neighbourhood where it was incredibly peaceful and beautiful. Evonne, Miguel and Luis were awesome hosts and staff at Cabovillas were incredibly accommodating.

Weeks leading up to the trip, Jessica was super responsive to every question and email sent, which made things very easy. Upon arrival, we had two staff members waiting to help us with luggage, blow up pool toys we had brought, and offering to make us a snack. We didn't realize how much help was included! We didn't have to cook, clean or do anything. The staff was amazing and never in the way or lingering- so very sweet- we really didn't want to leave them! We were a group of 8 girls and had PLENTY of room. Spent most of our time lounging in the pool and taking in the breathtaking views. The pool/view is as amazing as the photos show- breath taking! It was hard to decide which room had the best view, because every room has an ocean view and extremely spacious. The cleaning crew would sneak in every morning and clean our rooms- such a nice service to be included in an Airbnb! Would highly recommend staying in Pedregal- extremely safe security with huge sprawling properties overlooking the ocean- simply heaven!

We had two couples staying here, but could easily have 4 couples at this place. The layout is really nice. The staff consisted of Miguel who is caretaker / Maintenance man. He was always available to help with any issue. And Ivonne is the Chef / Housekeeper, Rubi assistant housekeeper. All three were included! ... What a nice perk!! Ivonne is an incredible cook. We loved every meal she made for us. She did all the shopping for us and then only charged us $10 - $20 per person for lunch and dinner, breakfasts were free, plus cost of the groceries. But, the amazing thing was that her food prep and secret recipes were unbelievable. Some of the best Mexican food we have ever tasted. I cannot recommend this place enough. The Villa is at the top of the hill in Pedregal which gives you amazing views of the the Pacific Ocean, city lights and view of the harbor. We could see cruise ships in Medano bay, and watch the endless parade of tour boats, fishing boats and yachts far below.
