The review could end there, but being an avid reader of reviews, would like to share the "why". Before we arrived, Cabo Villas handled all of the communication. Kimberly R was fantastic helping with pre-orders, boat tours, room assignments, massages, drivers, dinner reservations, all of it! When our party of 12 (6 couples) arrived to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday, we were all stunned. The "mansion" is a better description. Everyone had their own en-suites, everything was spotless, it was like we were living in a "lifestyles of the rich and famous" commercial. Luis the concierge was wonderful, responsive day and night. Angela the housekeeper and maintenance man, George (I believe that was his name due to the language barrier), cooked meals, did laundry, cleaned the pool, fixed the pool surround sound, great people. The pickle ball court was a huge bonus and we all played each morning. Easy 3 minutes to downtown by car or you could hike it. We never wanted to leave.

Great service throughout the stay. Beds cleaned every morning and concierge provided anything we needed whenever we wanted. Also, beds were very comfortable. We loved every part of our stay!

Our staff was outstanding and incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in. We had our wedding here and would do it ten times over; just an unforgettable experience. If I had one complaint it would be that we could hear some of the music from the town, but that was expected facing the marina.

We loved all of the private amenities including tennis/pickleball court, infinity pool, hot tub, gym and movie theater. The villa felt so spacious and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. We appreciated the concierge and housekeeping staff and had a good experience with the recommended catering and spa services.

This Villa is truly amazing. Angel, Angeles and Jorge took great care of us during our stay. The location is wonderful, every detail has been thought of. If you are reasonably fit you can walk into the marina. The view from the villa is breathtaking.

The 7 or 8 floors, Steam room, Video room, awesome balconies, and great bedrooms will be insanely hard to beat if not impossible. All of the rooms had individual AC that was controllable and worked, Wifi was pretty good esp. for Cabo. I would say the only possible negative is that the 3 bottom rooms all connected, so the one in the middle wasn’t completely self contained, you had to walk through another room or outside to get in and out. But really not a big deal at all. Everyone was amazed and happy and we will certainly make this our first call on any future large group trips to Cabo.

EVERYTHING including communication up to the trip and attention to detail to make us feel so special, was amazing! The staff was phenomenal in making this an effortless, special trip of a lifetime. Victor was the highlight of our trip preparing the best meals ever!

The Team, Service, and Villa Chavez was exceptional. This was my first time booking a house versus a resort and I will be booking again soon for next year. And I would not think of any other service than Cabo Villas and Amber and her team.
