24/7 Concierge, amazing house, no problems with neighbors! Will absolutely be coming back!

From the moment we stepped foot into this tranquil haven, we knew we were in for an unforgettable experience. Situated high above the vibrant cityscape with panoramic and breathtaking views of the ocean, it was our serene retreat that provided the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation. The location was unbeatable – just a short drive from the bustling city center, where we indulged in delicious meals at local restaurants and explored charming shops. But what truly took our breath away was the mesmerizing view of the beach from the comfort of our own terrace. The spacious layout of the home allowed us to spread out and enjoy our own space, while still coming together for laughter-filled moments in the open living area. The kitchen was a godsend, equipped with everything we needed to whip up delicious meals and snacks for our group. And let’s not forget the pool – our daily ritual of lounging poolside, with a refreshing drink in hand, was the epitome of bliss. We used the recommended services and the staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring our every need was met with a smile. The food and drinks were amazing and always prepared with the freshest ingredients. I wish I could bottle all the salsas and sauces to take them home! Overall, Villa Chavez provided the perfect setting for our mom’s getaway, and we’re already counting down the days until we can return.

Not only this house is gorgeous, it is the most beautifully staffed house ever! The common area is so spacious for everyone to hang out in and the rooms are so clean and well kept! Had the most amazing time with my gfs and would definitely visit again!

The layout was perfect, with stunning views from every room and great natural lighting throughout. The bedroom suites were spacious and comfortable, accommodating everyone in our group with ease. The amenities were fantastic, offering something for everyone. From tennis court, movie room, game room, gym, to indoor sauna. The pool was a highlight, not too deep, making it safe for most. The property is located in a safe community, and the gate guard was very thorough in checking who comes in and out, adding an extra layer of security to our stay. Additionally, the home is just a quick and easy drive to the market, beach, and local restaurants and bars. The staff recommended by our host were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was memorable. Further, the property manager answered any questions we had promptly, and making our entire stay easy and convenient. The sound system, lighting, and AC control were all easy to use. Bugs were all manageable, thanks to the property’s upkeep. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. If you want a true vacation, this is the home to stay at. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cabo!

! We enjoyed all the amenities of the home from the theater room to the pickleball court. We had 16 of us and never felt crowded. The location is walking distance to the marina which makes it so nice. Beth at Cabo Villas is a pleasure to work with. The team in Cabo-Angel, Angeles and Jorge are incredible! We will be back!

Far exceeded our expectations! A lifetime of memories were made! The views, the property, the staff all were straight out of a movie! We absolutely had the time of our lives! The only negative feedback is that the hot tub did not consistently work as it was on a timed cycle, and was only hot in the mornings. The noise ordinance for the community is very strict. As the house lends itself to outdoor entertaining and being poolside, there is very little tolerance of music above a very low level. That needs to be stressed or there are large fines.

I would recommend Villa Chavez to anyone as the house was even better in person. Thank you for the best weekend!

The review could end there, but being an avid reader of reviews, would like to share the "why". Before we arrived, Cabo Villas handled all of the communication. Kimberly R was fantastic helping with pre-orders, boat tours, room assignments, massages, drivers, dinner reservations, all of it! When our party of 12 (6 couples) arrived to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday, we were all stunned. The "mansion" is a better description. Everyone had their own en-suites, everything was spotless, it was like we were living in a "lifestyles of the rich and famous" commercial. Luis the concierge was wonderful, responsive day and night. Angela the housekeeper and maintenance man, George (I believe that was his name due to the language barrier), cooked meals, did laundry, cleaned the pool, fixed the pool surround sound, great people. The pickle ball court was a huge bonus and we all played each morning. Easy 3 minutes to downtown by car or you could hike it. We never wanted to leave.

Great service throughout the stay. Beds cleaned every morning and concierge provided anything we needed whenever we wanted. Also, beds were very comfortable. We loved every part of our stay!

Our staff was outstanding and incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in. We had our wedding here and would do it ten times over; just an unforgettable experience. If I had one complaint it would be that we could hear some of the music from the town, but that was expected facing the marina.

We loved all of the private amenities including tennis/pickleball court, infinity pool, hot tub, gym and movie theater. The villa felt so spacious and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. We appreciated the concierge and housekeeping staff and had a good experience with the recommended catering and spa services.

This Villa is truly amazing. Angel, Angeles and Jorge took great care of us during our stay. The location is wonderful, every detail has been thought of. If you are reasonably fit you can walk into the marina. The view from the villa is breathtaking.

The 7 or 8 floors, Steam room, Video room, awesome balconies, and great bedrooms will be insanely hard to beat if not impossible. All of the rooms had individual AC that was controllable and worked, Wifi was pretty good esp. for Cabo. I would say the only possible negative is that the 3 bottom rooms all connected, so the one in the middle wasn’t completely self contained, you had to walk through another room or outside to get in and out. But really not a big deal at all. Everyone was amazed and happy and we will certainly make this our first call on any future large group trips to Cabo.

EVERYTHING including communication up to the trip and attention to detail to make us feel so special, was amazing! The staff was phenomenal in making this an effortless, special trip of a lifetime. Victor was the highlight of our trip preparing the best meals ever!

The Team, Service, and Villa Chavez was exceptional. This was my first time booking a house versus a resort and I will be booking again soon for next year. And I would not think of any other service than Cabo Villas and Amber and her team.
