There was a second level being added to one of the houses in the complex that caused quite a bit of noise throughout the days, but even that couldn't affect relaxing by the pool, whale watching from the patio and just having quiet time with the family. Ruben was amazing and so very helpful during our stay. There were a couple small issues that happened (broken lock, new coffee maker needed, cold pool) and he handled all of them quickly and happily. If you're looking for complete silence 24/7, this isn't for you, but I used to live in NY - I can easily ignore normal noise levels, especially when the location is so amazingly picturesque. Would definitely return.

Beautiful view, clean pool, clean home, and a decent location between the destinations in both cities. Special thanks to Pablo for all his help procuring last minute transportation! Uber was certainly an option, but with four people it was often cramped and we had a few moments without seatbelts that left us booking travel through Pablo for the rest of our stay. Would definitely come back! Pro tip- inquire about construction in the neighborhood before choosing your location.

It was the perfect size for our party of 6. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The backyard and pool were our own private paradise. Our concierge, Mariana, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing! Every restaurant she booked was perfect and she answered texts/emails right away. All the transportation we arranged through Cabo Villas was always on time, friendly and we felt very safe at all times. I would highly recommend Cabo Villas to friends and family and would stay at Casa Jazmin again...it was a wonderful home away from home!

Property is safe (gated), few steps from the beach, and has an amazing pool and outdoor area! Feels and is very private! House felt very cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Concierge was absolutely the best showing around the property and answering all our questions! We will definitely come back and recommend Casa Jazmin to my friends! If you are looking to relax, or work, by the pool, take a walk down the beach (which is right outside your door) or take a quick cab to town, this is your place. The condo was very clean, secure, quiet, and well kept. We will be coming back!

The home was impeccable and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s spacious and has a beautiful exterior area. We had a wonderful week and I highly recommend!

The view of the ocean was stunning, and we were able to appreciate it from within the house as well as when we were spending time by the pool. We enjoyed having a full kitchen so that we could prepare meals to eat outside under the palapa. I was even able to use the spotting scope to do some whale watching! The easy access to the beach was wonderful. On our last day we walked across the beach to Mar del Cabo and ate at Restaurante Encanto.

Our concierge, Hector, was amazing - quick to respond and coordinated everything that we needed. We got stuck an extra day due to a hurricane, and they were very accommodating, flexible, and helpful throughout the whole process. We will definitely be back!!
