Luis and other staff members were so helpful and made getting around Cabo so easy.

Not only are the views amazing but the house is clean and spacious. Everyone I worked with at Cabo villas was helpful and kind. Thank you Kyla for helping me plan this wonderful stay, Angel for being an amazing concierge and helping me with last minute changes & HUGE shoutout to our driver Eduardo, who was the sweetest and most professional driver. He truly made us all feel very safe. We will definitely be back!!

Lovely open concept throughout. The pictures do not do justice to how spacious and elegant the villa is. The views are absolutely stunning. While not right on the beach, we also were not as close to the marina's fragrances or the noise of the main street. Our experience at the villa completely exceeded our expectations. I recommend booking the villa via CaboVillas instead of the other vacation rental website. Not only did we save that other site's rental fee, the Villa comes with a wide array of support and services that we really appreciated and enjoyed. Many thanks to Kimberly R, who cheerfully answered all of my many questions, booked restaurants and adventures for me, and generally is the reason why planning a week in Cabo for 8 people was easy. We used the PreStock option for many gallons of water and purified ice. The Villa comes with a concierge (muchas gracias, Pedro!) who greeted us warmly and with margaritas chips, salsa and guacamole. Pedro was always responsive available to help us with anything. I appreciated how he helped coordinate everything related to our stay. He knew our itinerary. He was essential in arranging comfortable, safe transport to and from the Villa with a team of professional, friendly, English-speaking drivers in an air-conditioned van big enough for all of us, who really knew their way around Cabo and got to know us (thank you Rogelio, Pepito, Gustavo, Ruben). So much better than simply calling a taxi. We enjoyed an outstanding lobster and eggs benedict breakfast and mimosas with Victor and Victor, which as like dining in an exquisite private dining room with executive chefs. The lobster was perfectly cooked and substantial (6oz, if not 8oz), with yummy eggs benedict with aspargus and greens, served to all 8 of us at the same time. --Catherine and her team at Chili+Lime provided a wide variety of empanadas with various accoutrements with the La Feria welcome package thoughtfully prepared and presented by Mario, which was so apprecia

Leonetti is a great house with unbeatable views

All of the bathrooms are sizable and clean. We had 10 ladies stay and we never once felt like the place was small or not amazing.

Such a beautiful, spacious villa with the most amazing views! Giovanni, our destination representative was so helpful in every way! Just fabulous! Absolutely beautiful villa!

Best trip of my life. The views are JUST AS GOOD in person as in the photos! They are seriously to die for. The service and staff are all SO NICE. They made our stay wonderful. I would absolutely come back and stay in this villa or any other CaboVillas.com villas. The only thing with this villa is the address on Google maps isn’t accurate so it’s hard for cab drivers to find- hopefully they can fix that!

It is a beautiful home with an unbelievable view!! We were able to spread out comfortably throughout the home but enjoyed the pool, living, and dining areas. The location is great for shopping, restaurants and beach!

A group of 9 friends and moms looking to get away for a relaxing long weekend, and we did just that. Booking was so easy thanks to Kimberly and then once we arrived we were blown away by the house and views! Pedro greeted us with chips, salsa, guacamole and margaritas and was a wonderful concierge throughout our stay. We had the best massages at the house plus a chef one night. Everything went according to plan. We will be back!

It’s well equipped for cooking and the concierge was very helpful and responsive! All in all, a great place to stay in Cabo.

It was definitely worth the wait. The large master suite on the main level was perfect for an older couple. The 2 large suites downstairs and the 4th smaller bedroom with twin beds worked out great. Everyone had plenty of space, and the home is very comfortable. We had a few small issues with AC and hot water, but those were quickly resolved by the property manager. The view from the back patio, pool, and hot tub is about the best you can get of the Cabo area. Also, the positioning of the house was perfect to block much of the wind that comes from the Pacific side. We have stayed in other villas in Pedregal, and some were so windy that it was hard to enjoy lounging by the pool. I have already mentioned this villa to several friends, and would happily recommend to anyone. It is actually nicer than the pictures online, and you will not be disappointed. We're ready to go back!

Four of us got together for a long needed trip and were happy this place was recommended to us by Amber at at Cabo Villas. The rooms were perfect and fit us comfortably with are own room, the kitchen and BBQ were well equipped for our crew that likes to cook and the view was spectacular. Our concierge was super helpful and there if we need anything from extra ice, beers to recommendations of what to do. One concern I had is that being on the other side you would have to take a long windy road in but there was another road/shortcut that dropped you right downtown to enjoy the bars and the nightlife. We are already decided that we will be back to Leonetti next year and book through Cabo Villas.

The Whale Watching and Zip Line excursions are forever memories that we could have never picked out on our own! ... luxurious accomodations, indoor/outdoor living, amazing panoramic views of the ocean and City lights, and location, location, location! So easy and quick to get into town for a bite to eat and to the harbor for our whale watching tour, but when lounging poolside, you feel a world away! We loved our stay at Villa Leonetti and we'll be back!

Giovani , our concierge,greeted us with Margaritas and a tour of the Villa. Airport transportation , chef services and stocking of food and drinks were all arranged through Cabo Villas and could not have been easier! Giovani was just a text or phone call away for anything we needed. After a day at the beach we could not wait to get back to our paradise to relax by the pool or relax in the hot tub! This Villa is simply amazing and will be booking through Cabo Villas again!

The villa was very large and spacious and in very good condition. The amenities were excellent. We felt 100% safe during the day and at night. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub, but a quick cab ride took us to a beautiful beach with tons of activities and service. Thank you Cabovillas. We would love to come back here again.

The views from the home are breathtaking! Had a great time for my birthday and Lola and the team are amazing hosts. Would definitely book again.

The villa is beautiful and the views are stunning, everything we expected and more. However, best of all was the service we received from Cabovillas. We were due to visit earlier on in the year but sadly had to cancel the day before due to a family bereavement. We expected to lose everything but the people at Cabovillas spoke with the owner of the villa and allowed us to reschedule for a date at no extra cost later that year. We were beyond grateful. On arrival we were met with welcome margaritas and chips, guac and salsa and given a tour of the villa. We couldn't wait to unpack and get outside to enjoy the pool and views. We had our 2 year old daughter with us, so we made use of the local businesses that supplied pool toys, which she thoroughly enjoyed. We spent most of our week in the villa and pool relaxing, it was perfection. I could go on but simply, it's an amazing villa and if you book through cabovillas you will have an amazing experience from start to finish.

The view was magnificent, the beds were comfortable, the sound system was amazing... I could go on and on, but I can't recommend Cabo Villas (and this villa specifically) enough. 10/10, would book this again!

com with Jessica. Upon arrival Giovanni amazed us even further. Our group consists of 4 couples and we had room to add 2 more couples if needed with plenty of space. The view could not be captured even using a panoramic camera, simply breathtaking. As we lounged pool side we could watch the boats scamper in every direction through out the day and night including cruise ships and mega yachts. All day whales could be spotted from every window, a pair of binoculars only emphasized this. The furnishings and decor where perfect and anything you might have thought you needed was a call away to Giovanni. Until next time.

Rented Villa Leonetti thru Cabovillas.com. Home and view were spectacular!! A big THANK YOU to Jessica Felts (Cabo specialist) and Giovani Barrios (our concierge). Loved the Caborey Sunset Dinner Cruise. Drive to La Paz and go to Balandra Beach - so beautiful! Medano Beach and Lover's Beach right in Cabo San Lucas fun too! So many great restaurants. For an extra special dinner occasion, make reservations in advance at Sunset MonaLisa ... on the pricier side but ABSOLUTELY worth it!! Ordered 3 times from Eat Cabo Catering (drop off dinner & breakfast) and last nite there had chef cook at the house ... sooo reasonable and food was delicious!! Our first time in Mexico - but won't be our last!!

We had an amazing stay. We come to Cabo every year and choose to book through Cabo Villas.

Everything was easy to book through Jessica and our concierge Angel was available to us the whole time. The house was so nice we really didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back!

Kimberly at Cabo Villas recommended this Villa because of the views and said that at night it is so great to look at the city lights and she was certainly right! We pulled up to this Villa and my girlfriends and I were just blow away! Luis, our Concierge, was waiting for us with Margaritas, Chips, Salsa and Guacamole. It was the perfect greeting! We used Cabo Kruzers to stock our Villa and they were AMAZING! We used FresCo. By EAT Cabo for our chef services on night and got the Sonora Grill dinner and it was soooooo good! Jose, our chef, was fabulous! The Villa itself was beautiful and the view couldn't get any better. I thought that I was in a dream! It was perfect for our group of 8 ladies. We all want to come back! It was a great location and we walked down to town a few times! Cabo Villas arranged transportation for us, which was at a reasonable price, to go out to Flora Farms for dinner. Flora Farms is a MUST to go while you are visiting Cabo. Thank you Cabo Villas for arranging such an amazing trip for us! It was beyond our expectations! Jaime K.

Since you are on a cliff you are able to see all of Cabo San Lucas, from the infinity pool, or walking out on any of the balconies. The staff there was incredible, and helped us with anything we needed. To get into town or to the beach is just a short drive away. Our group loved it here and did not want to leave, we will definitely be back!!

We have stayed in the Pedregal area of Cabo before (incidentally, also booked through CaboVillas previously), and while the other property was fantastic in it's own way, Villa Leonetti took it up a few notches. From start to finish the process was effortless. Our stateside concierge, Eve, was very attentive and helpful. She got everything set up before hand so that when we arrived at the airport (at almost midnight due to an airline delay) our transport was waiting for us with a smile. Our Cabo concierge, Hector, really took it to the next level. We arrive at the villa at 1am, and there he was with a pitcher full of the best margarita any of us had ever had from his own family recipe. The house was immaculate, and the fridge was stocked with everything we had asked for. Hector gave us a comprehensive tour along with great suggestions on places to go in town. He was so friendly and genuine we settled into our vacation instantly. The bedrooms were all beautiful with big jacuzzi tubs and full balconies. Beds were super comfortable. The AC worked perfectly (which was great given that in August, it was HOT!!!). The sensation of moving from the living room out to the balcony and back was like scooting from the pool to the jacuzzi and back, bliss. The view from up there over the city and the ocean was like nothing I'd seen, and it was equally awesome, but totally different day vs. night. Occasionally, as I bounded up the stairs in the morning, and took in the view, I imagined a choir of hundreds as background "oooooohhhhhhhhhhh". The next morning, Hector had our rental car delivered to the villa, that's just how he rolls. I'm not sure if he has voicemail because he always picked up his phone. Even in the middle of the night when we were jonesing for pizza, he set it all up. He even offered to drive it up there himself, no joke. The whole experience was just...WOW!
