There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. It was so nice having a contact person to organized all our taxis and other rides.

Amenities are top notch and location is privileged. The communication with CaboVillas and our concierge was excellent. A great experience overall, 100% recommended.

Quiet neighborhood. Gated community. Spacious home. Large rooms and bathrooms, kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 levels. Great view of the beach. Great location, close to the marina. Would definitely stay here again.

... views are great .... beach very easy to get to ... must rent a car or van to get to town .... its a long walk if drunk !!!! .... its to much fun !!!! .... Wifey & friends had a ball !!!!

I wanted to let you know how great our Concierge Angel was at Villa Ballena. He was on top of all our needs and activities from day one. On the night of the wedding, one of my relatives took our car to leave the party to go back to the Villa because she was sick. Unfortunately, she left the car running – with the keys locked inside. She called Angel who arranged to get a spare key from the airport and get it to us. He solved a big problem for us. Thanks again for all of your work and help.

Amber and her team of professionals made the trip and experience easy, successful and memorable. The team was always responsive, timely and on target. They always went the extra mike to ensure my daughter and our family had what we needed and answered all of our questions and concerns. There was simply nothing that was not perfectly done and ultimately successful. I would recommend Amber and her folks to anyone for anything in Cabo. We had a tough time selecting a property (so many options) but with the guidance from Cabovillas, we found this gem of a villa and it was perfect for our group. It had all of the amenities we could ask for! The pool deck area was the highlight of our stay - it was like a tropical grotto with a pool at the perfect temp. We had a hard time leaving the villa - it was so wonderful! We also had meals prepared by Eat Cabo Catering and the food/service was amazing. We did the day/night package and they came for breakfast and dinner daily - it was so easy to book with a great menu and we had all the food and drinks we could have wanted. MUCH better than staying in an all inclusive hotel! We will be back SOON! Thank you all for an amazing stay!

We were in awe as soon as we entered the Villa, and just loved the interior décor and the ambience. Everything was beautiful, and the rooms were exquisitely appointed, more than we expected, and even better than the photo descriptions. We loved every single thing about the Villa which was warm and inviting and we all felt “at home", that when it was time to leave, we didn't want go! We also had daily maid service which was a real plus! There were ten of us in our party and everything was perfect and comfortable, and more than enough room to have our own space if we needed. We came to Cabo for my daughter's wedding and we came in 5 days earlier to prepare for the wedding celebration that was held at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort. Staying at the Villa was a special time to spend time with our family who flew in from different areas to meet in Cabo before the wedding. So yes, this is now a very memorable, and sentimental landmark that holds a very special moment that touched our lives and we are very thankful that we were able to spend it at the lovely Villa Ballena! We are all looking forward to coming back again and hopefully making it an annual event!

We would stay again, one request is to supply more towels. Recommended for: Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Each bedroom was very nice with it's own bath. Having separate climate controls in several different areas was also a plus. The pool and hot tub were nice.We did have a few issues with ants in the kitchen and cockroaches in a downstairs bath but that was minor. The maid service was wonderful as well, she even does the dishes and we had the villa prestocked which made things easier. The maid doesn't work on Sundays however but most people are checking out then and it was only an issue for us as it was Memorial Day weekend. It is a long walk downhill to town but not too bad, the walk up however is tough and you should take a taxi! The walk to the private Pedregal beach is again not bad there but the return walk is tougher but worth the trip! The villa is so nice that we spent several days there not going anywhere at all just enjoying ourselves there. Pedregal is pretty quiet area and security is good about enforcing the noise levels after hours.

The villa itself is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you would find in a first rate home. The pool deck in the evenings was just beautiful, lots of plants and we truly enjoyed our swimming in the evening (great pool - perfect size with nice pool lights). It truly felt very tropical. We had a BBQ for about 20 people and the deck was the perfect size for it. The Jacuzzi being the highlight. This is the perfect villa for those that don't want too much sun, as there are several shaded areas of the pool deck. I have stayed in several villas in Pedregal and this one was a great price for the quality of the accommodations.
